After 3 attempts, got 3 different pieces of advice. Don't create more trouble for yourself because of some dollar differences compared to other better airlines/platforms to book flight tickets.

My ticket is refunded by Air Canada to mytrip in March 2022 and as of sept 2022 I haven't received anytime. It seems like they are using their own credit cards when buying tickets from airlines. And also they are not refunding if your ticket gets cancelled. I will not recommend mytrip for buying tickets.
Overall it was easy, but annoying at the same time with the buying/adding suggestions to my ticket. I did like the end check out process, since some companies won't allow you to check out claiming something went wrong, yours is not like that.
They have a "guarantee flight refund" in case their sequence failed. It's a lie. They left me stranded. No updates. Ever. I literally had to figure out my flights by myself with the airline. Plus pay for my hotel and food and their refund promise is bull$#*!. I sent screenshots of my Airbnb/ Starbucks breakfast and they're like it's not proper. AFTER they first lied to me telling me all was okay that they had received my receipt. At follow up I'm finding out they need new things and they want them proper. But, leaving me stranded is proper right? Lol, they are absolutely horrible people. I hope they go out of business soon because there is no care to do things right. Skyscanner lead me to them I will be messaging them too to tell them to stop advertising these horrible scammers.
Was excited to see a fair price for airline tickets, they were one hundred dollars cheaper than most other flights. But when you go to purchase the flights, it takes thirty minutes to book because they offer you so many add ons. And when you click no thanks a pop up will come up and ask, "are you sure?" Add ons I could understand include luggage but you were even being asked if you want to pay for a check in? Who does that!? In the end, I was fooled into selecting seats that cost an additional $100 despite being at the back on the plane. So slimy, sneaky and borderline unethical.
I booked a flight on July 14 and now it's the end of September and they still haven't finished the refund application to the airline. I mean, how complicated could a refund application be? Why are they taking so long? I needed the money, and it just pisses me off. My advice is to not use their service especially if you expect a cancellation and need a refund soon.

I have booked my flights through mytrip, when I try to change dates for trip they asked for triple of amount of price which tickets are available on so many sites. Now after 4 months I am still waiting for my refund.
I dont believe i asked for a flexible ticket. Can this be amended and refunded please?
I had to cancel my family's ANA flight booked via myTrip. MyTrip said ANA will charge around $160 per person for cancellation and the site will charge around $42 person. They also said taxes among some other things are non-refundable. Imagine my surprise when the amount they said they would refund was $132 out of $4,000+! They could not explain why. They just kept me hanging in their chatroom. I say never book here!
After having booked a third flight in trying to get to MUC, also this one was cancelled by cheaptickets. The second, I cancelled. Apparently - although they offer it - they have no rights to sell Thai Airways flights.
So contrary to my recent review, I have to correct myself: this company is B******t. However the agents seem nice - whereas it is difficult to get to them via the stupid chatbot
I don't know why many people here are not happy with their services, I bought a ticket online and I changed the flight (due the Airline changing) very easy by a phone call. ( in less than 10 minutes)...

Booked and paid for my ticket well in advance. They emailed my a few hours before the departure saying they will not provide my agreed and paid for add-ons due to their own issues. No refund possible, customer service is nothing but a brick wall.

Refund & cancelled
My purchased ticket has cancelled by themselves & according to terms & conditions they should refund my money back unfortunately more than two years haven't got refund yet.
I have emailed them more than 100 times all the times same reply " refund is processing " but they doesn't know when refund process will be end.
I think cheat & stolen my money it was almost £200.

My flight was cancelled without any notice, and I had to buy new flights for 4 people so we wouldn't miss our connecting flight. I incurred significant costs at a last-minute price, and MyTrip is avoiding any refund, bouncing the responsibility to the airline, and questioning the cancellation itself, basically avoiding their obligations and wasting both my time and money.
I fully agree with other reviews that the company should not be allowed to operate with this modus operandi.
If anything goes wrong, you will lose your money—definitely not worth possibly saving a few cents.

So many extra fees! Also, your request to provide passport information is very frustrating! Your request for DOB doesn't allow scrolling quickly through the years. As I am 76 years old, this requires me to press the month reverse button over 900 times.
Extremely bad! I have not been reimbursed for 8 flights cancelled by the airlines two months ago! Unable to speak with any customer service rep - instead one has to email if you reside in North America. I will never use mytrip again and my mission is to let others know of the very poor customer service.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
