There was a lot of information to fulfill and / or skip (depending on the passenger's needs and preferences), though, somehow easier to navigate through the page and finally get to the payout format compared to other low flight sites / formats.
In the 35 minutes that it took to create this booking, the price jumped $100 and I had to repeat 2 steps of the booking because of the "suggested" highway robbery upgrades and I didn't want to spend an extra $50 to pick my seat. Everything about this experience sucked!
Easy, fast, good service, reasonable price. I travel a lot between Canada and Europe. One way tickes usually are out of my price limit. I am really happy and satisfied with this one. I will use your service again.

I made a booking on April 8,2025, but realized right after confirmation that there was an error in the itinerary. Within 30 minutes, I contacted Mytrip's customer service to cancel and rebook correctly. To my shock, the agent told me "there's nothing we can do", despite the fact that I was well within the 24-hour cancellation window. Since then, I've been calling their support daily, and it's been nothing but frustration. I was able to speak once with a helpful French-speaking representative (thank you to her for the professionalism), but the rest of the interactions have been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I received several email confirmations with callback slots, but no one ever called me back. I've kept a record of all my emails and phone calls – the lack of follow-up is unbelievable. Honestly, Mytrip is the worst travel booking platform I've ever dealt with. They clearly don't care about customers, and I strongly advise against using them.
Dear Sir/Madam It was an irresponsible act on your part to cut my money and forget to issue the ticket on time, and not even give options to refund my money on time. Yesterday was the fifth day, and I hope to see my money refunded to the penny. Thanks John Bono
I had to book my flight three separate times before it finally went through. And of course, each time I tried, the price to book the flight increased. By the time it went through, the price/fees had increased by $50. I feel like I've been scammed by mytrip. I do not like this website.
They delayed issuing the E-Ticket. So, I called them, they said they want more money in order to talk to the airline in order to issue the E-Ticket. I told them that was the price of ticket when I booked it and your sent meconfirmation and invoice. I told them you are in breach of contract between me and you
A second hospital emergency occurred.
~ 2.5 hrs after booking we had a family emergency landing a traveling family member in the hospital and we reached out ~ 5 hrs after booking, we were informed that they'll cancel but will charge all the taxes and $44 fee,we agreed. The connecting flight was not Managed. The hospital medical team resolved the emergency, we received hospital document and within 3 hrs we called back to reinstate the flight back. We were informed that it's too late. We can try to book another flight or book the same flight newly.
Always find great deals in this app. It is an easy process to book your trip. It gives you manny options in terms of flight hours and airlines. I like that it gives you a visual of the baggage for each flight. Love this app.
Way too many offers and fees! Just let me buy the ticket! Your seating choice page is quite deceptive, if I hadn't clicked the legend I would not have known I had to pay to select a seat.
What a great site. Easy, fast and cuts out all the searching for great deals. I was able to book the trip at the best price and it search all the airlines for me. I put in my departure and my arrival cities, done for me! I will absolutely use again, if you don't mind the layover. I was having a hard time booking my destination for under $400, I paid $195.

Easy to book your travel but the fact that you have to pay additional money to have your booking sent to your phone app is not efficient for either the traveler or the airline.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
