Making a simple trip very uncomfortable. Confusing check-in, especially for EU citizens related to checking in with their EU ID. Check-in available only via their app, they charge for everything. Support suggests you to call the airline for simple things, basically useless.
I booked my flights from Naha Japan to ishigaki Japan. My flight got rescheduled from 10:40am to 7:20am without any reason. The 10:40 is not cancelled, not full and the airline didn't regroup both flights. I only got this flight change information subtly on a boarding information email from mytrip.com. I didn't receive the E ticket number nor the itinerary To further verify this information, I went to airline website and couldn't find my booking. Called the Mytrip hotline, they couldn't find my booking neither, only lying that 10:40 got cancelled. Refused to talk to airline and refused to pass us to the CS manager. The only solution from them is to reach the airline by myself during office hours. Purely waste of my time staying 1 hr discussing with the hotline person. They nearly messed up my whole trip. I will forever black list this company. Don't ever purchase from them.

Urgently only requested an ETA form and then you are stuck with a subscription of $ 89 every three months, without having asked for it. They refuse to pay back, this is the biggest scammer gang I've experienced. LOOK AFTER!
We booked flight on my trip and the connecting flights they provided were terrible. Don't ever go with them. They provided not connecting flights but flights with own reference numbers as if we book them individually. Worst customer service ever.
Purchased a simple ticket from a Canadian city to an American one with full flexibilty. The "flexible" ticket does not actually mean you can change anything on the reservation and despite contacting customer service on chat (they do not have a working phone line or a customer service email per my chat agent) nothing was resolved. All money for our flight was lost and while we have connected with our credit card company to report this one as a fraudulant service provider we have yet to land on a resolution. Its truly a shame that companies like this one are able to exist in this day and age and with the reviews I've now seen.

They scammed us out of money for a changed return flight. They didn't do anything. After we paid they said we hadn't even though we had a receipt. We had to rebook the change direct with the airline and pay again. We lost our money.
I should have done my research before using mytrip.com to book my flights to Singapore and Indonesia. They accidentally cancelled my flight to Singapore when I requested for a name correction. After paying $90 for handling fee, my flight got cancelled because of their screw up. I tried to check-in two days before departure date and my booking info wasn't available. After many phone calls, mytrip blamed on Singapore airlines then had the nerve to tell me it will take up to three days to fix this issue. I had to make numerous phone calls and live chat to Singapore airlines, begged them to help. They initially wouldn't do anything because I didn't purchase my tickets directly from the airlines. Finally, one guy took pity on me and helped to get back my booking. It was the longest two days I went through. Please don't ever use mytrip for anything. I learned it the hard way.

Still didn't get a refund, they tell me that I should speak with the airline company and tell them to transfer the refund, but the airline company said that they already transfer it to my trip.

My flight couldn't land in the destination airport. The airline offered a refund and processed it on the same day of the incident. Trip.com claims they haven't received the refund from the airline, even though I have a confirmation from the airline that the refund was processed and there are details of the card it was sent to. It's been already 18 days that Trip.com customer service is lying to me and playing dumb as if they are still waiting for a refund.
It is incredibly unfair that I had to go through an awful landing experience with a terrible turbulence, then had to spent one day trying to reach my place as the flight landed 600km away from the airport it was supposed to, missed one day in work wages, had to incur additional costs to come home and after all this I can not receive a refund of the money I paid for the original tkt. Trip.com benefited from my awful experience. The customer service makes an impression of being on a mission to just tire down the customer and make them give up on their rights. Shame on you, Trip.com

I bought a flexible ticket and they were unable to change my flight and send me to the airlines it self i went and they cannot change it because they need authorization and I called weeks before even 2 days before to change it and they told me i had to wait. Now the reservation is not even there anymore and I can't get my money back.
They took my money and did not send the ticket, when contacted, they said they sent it to the wrong email, and when asked to send it to the correct email, they claimed the transaction did not go through, when I asked for a refund they said they sent the ticket, repeat all that happened 3 times until I gave up, a bunch of thieves with $#*! customer services.

Exactly two months ago, my daughter and her two friends booked through Mytrip. Their flight got cancelled. The airline has refunded Mytrip for all three passengers bookings and yet my daughter and her friends have not yet seen a dime of their money! Mytrip representatives all tell you the same thing (spoke to 19 representatives so far)-" Your refund request has been made a priority" or they "have escalated your refund request to the support team/refund team/back office" They say their supervisor will call you back and the supervisors NEVER do. You cannot reply to an email sent by Mytrip. You have to keep sending new emails with a consent. Their website keep saying "Waiting to process payout" regarding our refund claim that they also states has been approved by the airline. Their website says their "phone support offers fast assistance" and their "support team can swiftly handle requests" but this is NOT true. How long Mytrip does it take to process a refund to the passenger! It said it would take 6 days at the end of June! Another month has gone by and still no refund. In total, two months since the flight cancellation happened and NOTHING has been refunded. Does Mytrip want to gain interest and keep the money they are withholding from passengers? How can those who are behind these unprofessional and unethical practices, at Mytrip, sleep at night! I will withdraw this review if Mytrip does the right thing and refund the money ASAP to my daughter and her friends who worked hard to save for this special trip to Europe.Next step, contacting television stations to do an investigative story on Mytrip and file with the legal courts if this matter is not resolved immediately.!
We booked tickets with this service for a midday flight. When we checked in, thank goodness early and thank goodness online, we learned that we were booked on a flight which left several hours earlier than our booked flight. We received no e-mail that times had been changed; and a bland assertion by a chat agent that the problem was that the airline changed the flight times. However, that route has several flights per day on the service, so that seems extremely unlikely. Book direct and spare yourself a problem with this site.
Never book through this website they are scammers, they just sell any ticket and then at airport you are denied boarding flights and they do not help at all, customer service is so rude and suck. These people are $#*!s who are just keeping people's money and not let them fly.

My wife and I used MyTrips.com to purchase our tickets from the UK to Italy for ITA airlines. The flight was canceled. I contacted MyTrips and spoke with a representative on the other side of the world who said that our flight was not shown as canceled. I informed the representative I was at the airport with my wife and our luggage and the flight was definitely canceled. We were looking for another flight to get us to our destination, but we also needed a refund. MyTrips said they would have to verify the flight was actually canceled. I received email from them regarding my contact with MyTrips, but without any email address to which I could reply. Later, I tried to contact MyTrips again, but could not get through the Chat line because it was temporarily down. I contacted MyTrips again because I was not receiving any sort of status on the matter, much less follow up. I was told by the MyTrips representative that they had contacted the airline, but that I needed to give them some time. I pointed out that it had already been 10 days and I was told they would move my request to a higher priority. Thus far, I am out close to $600 plus a lot of time, energy and patience.
We had booked a flight to Alaska from Dublin via Seattle. The night before we flew we tried to check in on line to discover that our tickets for the Dublin Seattle leg (return) had been cancelled. After several hours of ringing MyTrip, aer lingus and Alaska air we got no where and as we had a tour booked for Alaska we had to buy new tickets at enormous cost. Now we are home and trying to get a refund. My Trip are telling us it has to come from the airline and the airline are saying my trip have to give to us. Trying to talk to an agent from My Trip is a nightmare. They keep fobbing us off. They are total disaster and I would advise you to keep as far a way as possible.
