The Airline has cancelled my flight and sent back the money to mytrip. I have the proof of transfer, but mytrip keep the money and doesnt send it to me. Of course, they only have an american phone number, so no possible to call them by phone if we are not American. Only email contact, but they dont answer. Easy money for them. I dont understand how this kind of compagny is allowed to keep working.
Flexible ticket is not flexible and not worth the money. I tried to change the time of my ticket and had to argue with the customer service person that I had purchased a flexible ticket. Then I got disconnected. I tried again to change the time of my flight only, not the date, only to be told six days before the flight is not earlier enough and oh yeah! There are limited seats allotted for rebooking. So there is no flexibility in the flexible ticket. And guess what there is no refund for a flexible ticket. So no options.
I don't recommend getting a flexible ticket. And I don't recommend using this provider.
Absolutely terrible people are running this unprofessional company. I bought a flight with flexible option. The week before of the flight they informed me that the carrier canceled or rescheduled the flight and that i have the option to rebook or receive full refund. I asked for full refund since proposed schedule was not practical for me. Company refunded me 10% of the ticket with not a justification and i could not reach them for make things right. I went through my bank directly and dispute the charge for "service not received" and the mytrip.com people answered to the bank claiming that the flight took place as per schedule.
Unbelievable! I would never even consider this company and i strongly advise to avoid this company at any cost!
I have been trying since last week to contact them to cancel my ticket with no answer. Sent them over three emails with no response. I missed one call and thats it, they don't really answer since then... this is a scam company. I almost begged them to call me. They are wasting the time until the flight date when there is no cancelation is applicable. Thieves.

I purchased a ticket and my return flight was booked for a different day. I received a confirmation with the correct date but when I look at the ticket the date of travel was changed after.
NIGHTMARE! Three attempts to get service. First call for information was OK, second call told the refund was OK but their system down call back in 3 hours. Called back in 3 hours and told I missed the refund window, and was hang up on.
I booked flight with mytrip for an air asia flight. Air asia cancels the flight. Since booking was not through the airasia.com website I have to ask refund from mytrip.
FIVE emails to Mytrip remain unanswered.
Telephone contact after waiting 40 minutes to get connected to an agent: Mytrip says they have to get approval from Air Asia first. They also tell me that in case of refund 30€ will be withhold for cancellation assistence.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Made a mistake with the return date and tried to change it in less than 24 hours and was told that I had to pay an additional $1050 to make the change on a ticket that cost me $1500. Even the worst sites atleast give you 24 hours to cancel or change but not here. Once you hit pay forget about trying to get ahold of them or try to make any changes. I would not recommend their services to any one. THE WORST COMPANY
Absolutely horrendous. I wish I looked at their reviews before I booked with them. My flight kept getting cancelled because of COVID — whenever I would call them to reschedule they kept telling me that I had to contact the airline my flight was book through (Air Tahiti) after being on hold for two hours. This happened twice — I'm never using MyTrip ever again, and I suggest no one else does too
I purchased my RT flight in August 2022 for a flight occurring in December 2022. About a month ago, one leg was rescheduled and the whole outbound flight was canceled since I now only had a 20 minute layover between the domestic and international flight. After confirming with MyTrip a month ago to book another outbound flight, I have yet to receive confirmation for the outbound flight. After contacting TAP airlines, their records only show a return flight, and the outbound was never booked, otherwise any changes would appear on their records. It is a bit unnerving since the flight is now only a month away and I still have no outbound flight scheduled.
I sure wish I checked out this company prior. How is it even still going.
1st issue my return flights was changed without consent, just told my new flight date 19 days different.
2nd check in wasn't possible in mytrip app. App said checkin at airport, check in cost £55 each. (9 of us)
3rd refund for changed flight has zero hope thanks to poor basically null customer support. Most the calls made were to the same person eating while on the phone.
Refund after 2 months and hours on a phone still not recieved, actually now saying its been made and case closed without listening or viewing proof.
They refused to acknowledge that we had flexible tickets and we are out thousands of dollars.
Has anyone been successful disputing the charges with their credit cards?
Went through booking process then went to pay but wouldn't accept three credit cards, Then went through whole process from beginning agian and at payment said one leg was full, this is for a flight in March 2020!
Complete timewasters... lure you in with cheap flights then if you don't choose any of their multiple add ons there must be an algorithm that kicks in preventing yoy paying.

I bkg flight from Sofia Bulgaria to Montreal Canada with Turkish airline.
They canceled the connecting flight so i apply to full refund.
8 weeks later they don't even submit claim to Turkish Airline for refund.
I am going back to the the airline for refund.
As per customer service this is India based business
Whatever amount of money you might think you'll be saving using their garbage service, I promise you it's not worth it. Your sanity & time are worth so much more.
I have booked my flight from Jeddah to Mumbai on 12june2018, now I want to extend it and chasing them for past 15 days.on every mail I am getting a response shortly our executive will contact you and still now I am dropping ail to them daily. If my dates are crossed who is going to pay for it. Over phone to customer care they are saying shortly our executive will contact you. And directly also they don't have any option to change or cancel itinerary from their website. Total fraudster they are. Plz plz plz avoid making any kind of booking through them.

I had a trip booked and when we get to the airport our reservations are not even linked. Therefore missed our flight had to book new flights. Therefire they cancel our eturn flights. Try to talk to someone is a joke.DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY! Use the direct airline website. Lesson learned the expensive way.
The worst company I have ever dealt with, completely unhelpful with crazy terms and conditions bordering on being fraudulent!
I had a minor change to my flight schedule and needed my flight changing, a good three weeks before the flight, they didnt manage to reschudule me, or cancel my return flight, or provide me with a refund, compensation or any explanation!

I would not reccomend anyone to book a trip from this page. When ordering the tickets they are trying to get the customers to add different kinds of insuranse and guarantees to the booking, but when you try to use any of this later they refuse to help. Worst customer service ever. The customer "support" ended the call and chat when i tried to get help.
DO NOT BOOK TICKETS FROM HERE! I am absolutely disappointed and outraged about how we were treated by Mytrip. We booked a flight thorugh the company and paid an extra fee for a flexible ticket so we can reschedule the flight if needed. When we tried to reschedule, they asked for an additional fee, which is unprofessional in itself, but they still did not forward the money to the airline, therefore the airline thinks we owe them the rescheduling fee, when we have already transferred it to Mytrip. We called the customer service line multiple times and wrote a number of emails, but still no change. Our trip is coming up in three weeks and we cannot access our tickets. We cannot afford to lose this money - I cannot describe how disappointed and angry I am about this unfair and unprofessional treatment by Mytrip.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
