My experience so far tells me I've made a serious mistake ordering from Mytyres as I didn't get an email confirmation and the company the tyres are supposed to be sent to have no idea about my order? They also state a 3 day delivery but after waiting 40 mind for my phone to be answered its more like 10 days and I'm not holding my breath for that date?
AN UPDATE - IVE WAITED MORE THAN 2.5 HOURS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AT MYTYRES WITH NO SUCCESS. AT THE MOMENT I THINK THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. IVE REPORTED THIS TO MY BANK AND IM HOPING THEY CAN RETURN MY MONEY.
MYTYRES are not in the UK but are in EASTERN EUROPE. They claim they are approved dealers for Goodyear, Continental and Bridgestone and I have emailed all three companies and alerted them to these claims? I suspect not and have asked them if they think its wise having their logos on the Mytyres.co.uk website.
I IMPLORE ANY CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY NOT TO!

None as none arrived
They quote fast delivery but that is not the case. 2 weeks later, I contacted them to check where my tyres were and they said that they were in customs and they couldn't tell me when they would be delivered. They don't tell you that they ship from Germany. So, I cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid using this company
I was foolish enough to not read up on the reviews about this lot before I ordered a new tyre for my motorbike. What a joke.
It looks and feels like a UK-based company when you visit their web site, but it seems not. The first time I realised it wasn't was when the invoice/order confirmation email arrived in my inbox informing me that the tyres would "probably arrive" in a fortnight's time. It seems they are actually coming from Germany.
I'mnormally quite wise to these companies and pretty furious with myself for getting caught out this time. A while ago I ordered some parts to service my car from autodoc, only to realise after ordering that they too are based in Germany. And they also took about 2 weeks to arrive.
All these companies have one thing in common; they take your money before making it plain where they are based and after the consequences of that become clear, making it almost impossible to cancel the order and go to a local supplier. For the sake of the ten quid I 'saved' on the cost of the tyre I will happily never use companies like this lot ever again.
Caveat emptor!
Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for the .co.uk domain, it's a con.
Go to a local supplier. You'll be glad you did on the end...
