“Sent a letter that looked like junk mail”

Sent a letter that looked like junk mail. Thankfully we opened it up because they were charging $29.95 per month to a connection thru our website for a high-speed dial-up internet access account and it was already activited and we had to call to cancel. The company name is USB Organization, Inc. from San Francisco, CA
