What a bunch of whining, entitled cheapskate IDIOTS you all are! You want INSTANT international delivery for FREE on everything, you blame the company for the customs charges you pay to your government as if the store has ANYTHING to do with it, and you expect HIGH QUALITY clothing for dirt cheap from a store that specializes in mass produced junk made in sweatshops. All a bunch of freaking IDIOTS! If you want quality, don't support this kind of a bullsh** store. Don't buy disposable clothing... be willing to pay a FAIR price for better quality from better stores!
It came in the exact date as it should (8 business days), the size on the waist was perfect but it was too long? Even thought I'm the exact same height as the model (160cm).
Ordered the Call It Knit's Pom Pom Balloon Sleeve Sweater and just received it. Super excited to wear it but it has dark brown stains on the front of the sweater. Total disappointment.

I absolutely adored Nastygal's merchandise and I always thought their stuff was of good quality in the past. However, I just ordered 4 pieces from their website and they were horrible quality, an awkward fit, and looked a lot better online than in person. I usually don't write reviews but I am just so disappointed and wanted to let people know, so that they don't spend the money on these items. They do have good sales constantly, however, their pricing is just wayyyy too high for the quality you get. I felt like all of the stuff I ordered were from 3rd party sellers off amazon like Romwe. The sizing is inconsistent, as well. For example, the last thing I ordered from Nastygal was a top in size 6 that turned out to be WAY too small. This time, I made sure to order an 8 in this other top. When i received it, it looked like it was 10 sizes too big for me. If these pieces were like $10 or less then I would understand why. You pay for quality. That being said, I really don't believe spending that much money on stuff of such poor quality. I'm so bummed because I love their style.
They have a great selection of fun items, but it seems to me they spend way too much time Instagramming in Paris and bragging about being "Nasty Gals" (so demeaning) and not enough time doing their jobs.
I returned one of my two shoe purchases, and it was received by them on Sept 25th. TWO WEEKS later it still had not been processed, so I called and was told they were behind & it would be processed "the following week". Which it was... sort of. My order status updated, but guess what? No money. A full week from it being "processed" I called again and asked where my funds were. Because they had just moved their warehouse (which, I understand is a legit excuse for the physical processing to be delayed, but should have NOTHING to do with financials) she stated it would be another week before funds were returned. I said I wasn't okay with this and wanted to speak with someone else. She kindly put me only hold and returned saying my money would be put back on my card today. Thanks, but... it shouldn't have taken that much harassment to get my money back... a month to process a return is not right!
And considering the reviews regarding this matter are pretty consistent, warehouse move or not, maybe they should change their FAQ's that state returns will take a week...
Boycott this company! I was looking at my order history and realised I didn't receive a $78 jumper (I paid $26 on sale). Because of their own negligence, they left the item out. I flagged this with them but was informed that because I didn't notice within 14 days there was nothing they could do. The item is literally still in stock and all they have to do is send the item I PAID FOR. Making it the customer's issue/fault (when it clearly isn't) is appalling. I've been a regular customer over the years (having spent over $1200 on their products). You'd think they'd send a product that a loyal customer had paid for. I did not know about this 14-day policy (which frankly should be illegal if it isn't already) as their returns policy is longer. I also expressed to the customer service team that I had not been home in that 14 day period and was unable to check my order. Any other company would ship the missing item that has been PAID for. I asked the customer service team to escalate the issue and was met with another 'no' and a closed ticket! It's Nasty Gal's responsibility to ship the items their consumers pay for. Whether I spent $26 or $1000, no company in their right mind would refuse to provide a product that has been paid for. They've literally stolen my money. This company is Nasty and I'm never buying from them again.
I'll also add that their shipping and return fees are ridiculous. A few Nasty Gal tops have pilling after less than a year of wear. I've had to return multiple items over the years due to poor quality or odd sizing. I've put up with it as I liked their designs. Never again. We deserve better as customers. There are so many better options out there - looking forward to them going bankrupt!
I TRIED to order a dress and the site wouldn't let me order anything - kept getting an "error". I order with this card from LITERALLY EVERYWHERE - dollskill, solestruck, asos. Com, blackmilkclothing etc etc and i've never EVER had a problem with placing an order.
Then i called for some help but no luck. They couldn't do anything, s o i didn't order. Ridiculous
I bought a pair of black pumps on black friday, so I got $98 shoes for like $68 altogether. They got here today and they're a little hard on the inside of the shoe all around but I still really like them. However, they are a little too snug. I went online to fill out the exchange form, but you can't exchange them, only refund. Furthermore, unless you want a refund in store credit, you get charged $5.99 if you want your money back. So I called customer service and the girl was nice, but she said I have to first return these because they don't do exchanges. She informed me that there was only 1 pair left in the size I needed, so I should order them right then on the phone with her. But she wouldn't be able to give me them for the sale price I got them for- I'd have to wait for them to receive the other ones and then they will supposedly price match... but I don't exactly trust them to do this, since it says this no where in writing. I didn't want to buy another pair of the shoes for $100, and then also be waiting on my original $68- It just seemed so uncertain and I may end up with a new size that is too big/not right, and may possibly never see my money back ($168!) for either pair. I decided to just keep the original pair- they're better now that I broke them in walking around the house. I like them a lot but I will not buy again from nastygal- there's just sooo many websites with much easier/more accomodating return and exchange policies that I would much rather give my business too. Hope this helps.
Okay let me just say i put a $200+ order in before i read these horrible horrible reviews and was freaking out after thinking i wasn't going to get it and it would be bad. I was like okay i need to cancel my order and wow am i glad i did not. I ordered on 11 items for my upcoming vacation on Sunday night 6/30 and paid for 2-3 days shipping so it would get here before we left the night or 7/3. My shipping updates were saying it would be here by the end of the day on the 3rd. Well it's the 2nd and i have all 11 items in the correct sizes i ordered them in. Now when i picked the size for my items i paid great attention to their size guide and models wearing size. Everything fits perfect and we all know it's a gamble when ordering online from anywhere anyways. The quality of the items don't seem like they're gunna last a super short period of time and if they do i mean the prices were a tell tale sign. However i don't think they look cheap as some people say. I am very satisfied with my order and how fast i received them. To top it off, after pay let's me keep money in my pocket for the trip! Thanks nasty gal.

The most horrific shopping experience I've ever had. Placed an order only to get half of it canceled because the items "were no longer in stock" when I checked the website again, they we in fact IN stock so I had to place a different order with the stuff they had taken out. I received half of my order like 20 days after placing it... The bag looked open so I contacted their incredibly incompetente customer service to let them know it was incomplete and that it looked open. They said to wait because it was shipped in different batches. 6 days later I receive another package and the order is still incomplete (8 items still missing, about $200 US worth) I contact them again and they said I should wait a bit more and it should all arrive. I give them another 15 days and nothing (it was holiday season and covid, so I assume curriers are having a hard time). When I contact them again about not getting my order they say there's nothing they can do because it's now outside the 28 days when they can resolve any issues and that I should have contacted them sooner... BUT I DID! And it was them who said to wait... why didn't they warn if more that 28 days passed they wouldn't be able to help?! Long story short, they never offered a refund or to replace the items. They basically stole my money. This company should be sued and not allowed to operate. I feel it's so unfair I was ROBBED of my money just like that and there's nothing they can do! If anyone knows any further action I can take, please advice. This is NOT fair and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this HORRID shopping experience.
I, like many others apparently, had never ordered from Nastygal but had previously heard that the quality of their clothes was good. So, when I got an email on black Friday that the whole site was 60% off, I was a little blown away. I ended up placing two orders (some items for myself, some as gifts for my roommate) and it was a little slow. When I got the shipping notifications, the shipper was "royal mail" or something and when I clicked the tracking links the royal mail site said they couldn't find my package at that time, and it couldn't find it even after it was delivered to me. I ordered a shirt, a shirt dress (both very boxy and unflattering on me, but these were gifts so I didn't return them), earrings that were decent enough, a bodysuit (cheap plastic clasps at the crotch kept coming undone and there were strings everywhere showing how cheap the sowing was but didn't look too bad on) and a sherpa-esque jacket which wasn't that bad.
The quality wasn't poor enough to scare me away given the "60% off" pricing and the pictures and styles are appealing, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

I never shopped nastygal prior and this will be my first and certainly last exsperience. I have ordered 6 items. Shipping took 9 days. Quality is so poor I did not bother trying some of the dresses. 100% Cotton dresses were absolutely see through. Sizing does not match their size chart, evreything was either too big or too small. When I looked in the bag there was no return shipping label with itemized receipt, like ASOS does. Their website sent me to a returns link that could not recognize my order number and prompted me to email customer service. I will wait on their response, but it's not the most convenient way and I sense this will be a nightmare of its own. Most sites offer you to retun smth using the link from the order number itself. Website pictures do not portray items accurately, some are missing fabric composition, which is very important to me. I was also bothered by the fact, that I have received a promo code to complete the purchase with the exact content of my cart, after the order has been placed already for 2 days. "Seal the deal" they said. Well, it was too late and gave me so much remorse as I am a deal shopper, I felt cheated.
Used to be cool, edgy, accessible when Sophia was there. Now it's just another would-be-trendy place to pay high prices for not-that-special items.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
