Ordered on the 13th Nov 2015. They said 4 to 7 business days. 7 business days later & still no dress. They blame it on Australia Post but it hasn't left the U.S. Yet,
I should have read reviews on this company before my purchase.
Thank goodness I paid via PayPal, I will lodge my complaint, if I don't get me order soon.
The saddest part is my daughter doesn't have a dress to go to her formal.
So pleassssse avoid this Nasty Gal site.

After purchasing 3 items from nasty gal and then checking the review, I was extremely worried. But I got my items in about 5 days. I didn't love the quality it felt too f21 to me so I returned two of them. Took about two weeks I believe to get my money back into my bank account. I wouldn't really shop here again unless I found something I really wanted for cheap but overall I had an ok experience
I had orders a pair of white high heels off NastyGal. The shoes came in 3 days after I had purchased the order which was fine. On the day I received these shoes when I open the boxes to find very very poor quality of these shoes and off white colour not as described on the website. When I had decided to return theses shoes the day that I had received them, which I had to pay $15 to ship back to them. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my money back. Thankfully I went through PayPal and they are solving this issue for me
Terrible terrible service! I order a skirt, which I love, but it was a little bit to big; so, I tried to return it and order another one that fit better. THE SITE DID NOT WORK, I wrote the exact order number and email, and the site said that it did not exist. I, then, wrote to them, and the costumer service proceeded to give me the same useless advice (try again, clear the cookies and cache, try another internet, etc). Non of that worked, of course, so, eventually, they stopped replying altogether. Terrible terrible! I'm never buying from this site again and hopefully, no one will have to deal with this as so many others have (see the other reviews). Shame, honestly
I ordered from Nastygal and returned the order the day it arrived, within the clear guidelines of their Return Policy. Without warning, the company changed management and claims to have no access to previous customer orders, refusing to issue a refund. Terrible company and customer service under this new management. Cheating hundreds of loyal customers out of their money...
Won't let me check out with American Express, yet they claim that they take the card.
American Express is very protective of their clients, that is probably why. But claiming to take that form of payment and then giving some faulty message is very frustrating.
The refund policy is horrible. They gave me store credit when I returned cheap looking items I bought for a decent price, I wanted a refund. Their clothes look different on the website, the colors were totally different on a dress I bought. So instead of getting a refund that I wanted, I ended up having to purchase another ugly dress, ended up paying more on top of that and now I have to ship it back and they won't give me store credit until they receive the item. Nastygal is a complete waste of time. I rather shop where refunds and exchanges are not an issue!
I ordered through Nasty Gal over a month ago and was charged over $31 in custom fees that I was unaware of when ordering. I refused to pay the UPS guy when he delivered my order because I had no idea what these fees were about and I was given no heads up about them. So my order was sent back because I wasn't going to pay them. Nasty Gal said they would reimburse me the fees, but I have yet to hear back from them to get that resolved. I also had another order come from them (items from the original items that were in stock) and got charged $25 in custom fees that time. I paid them since Nasty Gal said they'd pay me back, but they have yet to resolve that either. I've given them my Order Number about 20 times now and they still haven't helped me resolve these 2 issues. I won't be ordering from them ever again as their customer service is crap. U.S. Customers should be given a heads up about these fees before ordering (and not in fine print) as I am out $56.40 in fees right now.
I bought a slip dress from then back in June. I hadn't worn it until this weekend at a wedding out of state, so of course i only packed what i needed to pack lightly. I took the tags off the dress put the dress on, went to put my shoes on for the wedding and my strap snapped (super thankful it happened at the hotel and not the wedding). Front desk brought me a handful of safety pins, thankfully i packed them all because when i got to the wedding my other strap snapped off the dress! I had to have gold safety pins holding my dress up from before the wedding the whole night. I will NEVER purchase from them again cause I know i can't even return it without getting screwed without line even more!
I usually don't leave feedback, but with all the negative feedback this site gets I thought I should. I would have given this 4.5 stars, but I couldn't. I ordered from this site on Sunday, and everything I ordered was here by Thursday. I'm 4'11 and 100 pounds. It's very hard to find clothes that fit. This site offers tons of smaller sizes, so that was very much appreciated. I didn't give it 5 stars, because the packaging was roughed up a bit. All the clothing was in perfect shape.
I placed my order at 9pm on a Friday and I received it at 11am Saturday! Actually so shocked how quickly it came and I didn't even pay for shipping as they were giving customers a code for free shipping! Love my items, first time I've ordered from here - definitely will be buying more in future
I placed an order from Canada and received an order confirmation. I was excited to get my order to wear to a party that was three weeks away. I chose express shipping to guarantee my order arrives on time. I never received a shipping confirmation, only an order confirmation. My money was refunded, no reason was given. I emailed them several times and received no response. I called them but could not wait it out on hold. I googled around and assumed that they yet again sold something they do not have in stock, and they did not inform the customer of this. I was extremely disappointed because this seemed like a legitimate business - and this behaviour is a scam.
I have ordered from NG a number of times and while I have loved the items I have received, dealing with their carelessness for customer satisfaction has driven me away from ever supporting their business again. I ordered an item, got an email notification that it shipped, received my shipment only to see that my item was missing. I then checked the order through the website only to find that my item was cancelled due to it being out of stock - although at the time of order, it was in stock. Fast forward to me seeing that the item was in stock again, I contacted customer service ( because they apparently don't take the initiative to simply backfill your order or to tell you it's back in stock) only to be told that they would not honor the price that I originally purchased the item at. I will not purchase from here again.

I finally placed the order and was waiting for the order to be shipped to england.
Waited and waited and waited and it still never came so i emailed them and they said oh its at with customs and revenue which they never decided to tell me.
Once i called customs and revenue i was told i would be charged £100 because of the weight or something. - surely you would think that the 40 quid delivery would have covered this bearing in mind i am only 17 and struggle with money as it was. I had no other choice but to pay it. I emailed and explained the matter and was told id receive free delivery next time which still prevent the issue happening again and also the items were not as good as they seemed in the pictures
WOW! I wouldn't even give a 1 star because their customer service was horrible.
I actually saw a 25% discount on First Purchase on one of the websites. It also said that it worked just 2 hrs. Ago.
For some reason It did not work for me so I contacted the customer service over email and she wrote, " if you place your order we can refund the 25% difference."
So, I went ahead and ordered it and informed her with my order#. No response. I waited over night and still was not discounted. So I called the customer service and even talked to the Nastygal supervisor, even though, one of their CS told me specifically that they would give me 25% discount. The Supervisor didn't do $#*!. So i cancelled the order and they were quick to cancel my order! Very DISAPPOINTED! They apparently don't care to get new customers!

2. They send an email with a tracking number from Aramex, saying that your order was " Dispatched"
3. The tracking number from Aramex never updates, only shows: "Record Created"
4. The package was never sent
5. They inform you that the package returned to them: wrong address or wrong info
6. You know that your address is OK that is not an excuse... is a scam
7. Obviously, Nasty Gal refunds you the money without the shipment money.
8. They expect that you never claim the shipment money... they want to keep it
9. Please claim the shipment money, don't let them steal your money.
10. If you want to buy anyway pay with paypal.
11. Nasty Gal never answers your questions with honesty, don't believe in them.
I have been shopping vintage for many years and that has included on eBay. I was glad to check out a new source, Nasty Gal. I was disppointed in the quality and diversity of vintage clothing on the site. The truth is I would not be caught dead in any of it. I associate vintage fashions with style and elegance not trashy, which is what most of the items on the site appear to be. Further, they are overpriced. I am a professional woman who desire, again, elegance and style, which are not synonymous with Nasty Gal.
First off they sent me a black long sleeve mock neck when I ordered a white sleeveless turtle neck, and every single size I ordered was bigger than what I ordered! I ordered a size 12 in a dress and they sent me a 20! Never ordering from them again, horrible company no wonder why they are going out of business!
I never used this site before and never will again. It's like the company is hiding from you. I went on-line as instructed to get return shipping label and request a refund to PayPal. There is NO contact information or instructions on how to do a return on the receipt that came with the dress Their website would not take my information. Tried 6 times. Finally had to go to PayPal who provided me with a telephone number *******502 and it was just a voicemail recording rather than a live customer service representative. Thank Goodness I used PayPal and so I have filed a complaint and PayPal will pursue the matter on my behalf. By the way I ordered an "extra-large" shift dress and it was so small I couldn't even get it on!
This is a terrible company regarding customer service. I ordered clothes from them, the package got lost, and while I understand that is not their fault, my post office said I need to contact them. When I did, I learned they do not have a phone number - probably because they would get too many complaints, you can actually only contact them through social media. When you contact them its 100% a bot, you speak to a different "person" every message, and are constantly told different things. I cant review the clothes because I never got them, but here's a hint - the clothes aren't always 50-60% because its a good deal, its because that's the price they should be. For a start, this company should reevaluate their customer service methods so people don't continue to waste their money.

Answer: Hi! I had to order 2 sizes up... these clothes are made for slim petite women. If u are not then order at least one size up.
Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
