Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
I went to order a suit for a formal event and came across Nasty Gals high waisted tailored wide leg trousers. I immediately loved the look of them and went to find the matching jacket. I had a lot of difficulty finding it in both their app and website, but soon found it. The oversized single breasted blazer. I ordered the green, thinking it was the nice sage green like their website. It came 10ish business days later, and the quality was iffy at best. Not only was the jacket bulky, but the pants were way too long (although I am 5'1), but the color was absolutely horrid. It was the ugliest, brightest kelley green I have ever seen. Overall, I'm disappointed because I waited so long for such a poor outcome.

NastyGal will not honor my gift certificate. Not an honorable company. Scammers.
I returned some Citizens of Humanity jeans in Nov 2017 (back when they used to sell decent brands) and they issued me a gift certificate of $110. I tried to use my gift certificate and the new owners (Boohoo.com, ironic name choice for my circumstance!) wrote me, "unfortunately we are unable to process any store credit requests relating to orders, returns or credit predating 2017" despite spending a reputed $20M to buy the company.
This is unacceptable. NastyGal did not alert me that my gift certificate was going to expire. This is not how you treat loyal customers who helped build the brand to a position of getting bought by a new company.

They promise and don't deliver. I ordered via phone because the internet site wasn't responding. I was told that the item I wanted in the size I needed was available. I was asked if I wanted express or regular shipping. I asked the customer service rep if it made any difference, would I still get the item. She stated no, it would just take 5 to 7 days instead of 2 to 3. So, I ordered the item and requested standard shipping. My order was confirmed! 6 days later I received an email stating that the item was out of stock. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that express shipping was given a priority! In other words, I didn't get the item in the size I needed because it took them 6 days to try and fill my order and the people who had requested express shipping were given a "priority." Well if I had been told that maybe I would have paid the extra! Poor communication and customer service. I would not order from them again!

I ordered a pair of shoes which were sent to a city right beside mine. I found out and caught it in transit and tried to stop it but I couldn't because they returned to sender. This has been over a month ago. I've contacted them FIVE times now and I've heard zero! Nothing! I wanted my shoes reshipped but now I just want my credit. I've done so much business with them and to not get a single response is downright horrid. I urge anyone to stay away from this company and DO NOT ORDER from them! If I could rate them less than a star I would.

Used to shop from nasty gal for many years but im never shopping from them again. They changed their carrier and now if u live outside the U.S. you have to pay extra charges. Mine came up to 25euros. I refused to pay and the package was sent back to them but so far i havent gotten any refund.it's been 4 months. They also told me that this extra charges was due to the fact thet they paid the customs office on my behalf. I asked to see a receipt but they never showed me one. Terrible service and very dissapointed.

MY ORDER took over a month and a half to come in and I needed this order for a trip. I did not receive such order until after I returned but I no longer needed the items because they were placed specifically for the trip. I tried to reach out to nasty gal because my order was significantly delayed but there is not a real person you can even speak with. Then I tried to return my items and that was even more difficult because my order number could not be found, and I could only resort to automatic messages from a computer again no real person to help. Not to mention the clothing that came in is garbage literally. I will never order from here again I spent 200 for clothes I no longer needed because they did not come in on time and then I could not even return them! DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM HERE!

I've ordered from NastyGal several times and really love their clothing. It's slightly more expensive than some shops, but great quality. Recently, I ordered from them with my husband's card and the bank flagged it and suspended the account, as the name set off red flags. They thought NastyGal was a porn site and he got hacked. Lol. He wasn't embarassed or anything trying to explain to the bank teller, with a line of people behind him, that it's just a women's clothing company. Lol. From now on, I'll stick to ordering from them with my own card or PayPal.

I returned my clothing to them over a month ago. I lost my returns receipt but I kept the tracking information. They received it but are refusing to refund me! They are scammers. They will not refund you. Do not buy from Nastygal under any circumstances.

Worst Experience ever.
I bought from "wedding guest dresses" section and bought 2 dresses different colours in 2 sizes so I get the best fit. The dress was not a dress. The material was so thin and poor quality you could see through the material. There were holes in the dress. It was a wrap not a dress. The sewing pattern in it was so horrible, it looked like a bad cheap halloween outfit. I bough this last minute as well so this was supposed to be what I would attend the wedding in. Luckly a family member borrowed me a dress.
The accessories. The earring I bough heart shaped pearl earring one of the pearl was fallen of the earring and apparently I can not return earrings.
This company is cheap cheap terrible quality stuff.
Returning everything now. Never buying from here again its like buy a 2 pound item from Ebay. You will not get what you see in picture. Pictures are misleading big time!

If I could give this website less than one star I would. I ordered a top nearly 5 months ago, they stuffed up the address so the item was sent back to them. Since I ordered express shipping I was notified when they received it back. This was MONTHS ago, I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back for their error and they have just said each time that they will do it eventually. This is ridiculous and boardline robbery, obviously they expect costumers to forget so they can keep the profit. I can only assume since nasty gal has been brought out by boohoo this is the reason behind the ridiculous service Ive recieved as I had never experienced anything like this before when I used to shop with them. Ive also heard and seen from close friends that the quality is not there anymore. Such a shame a good company was brought out but idiots.

I purchased 1 dress, & 2 skirts from Nasty Gal. On the photo description it said that the pieces were made in America, I got the pieces and it's is ALL made in CHINA. As an ethical blogger I can no longer wear these pieces except to explain the lie of this company. Please be aware guys, if the manufacturer matters to you,@nastygal isn't always honest.

I wish I would have read the reviews here before purchasing with Nasty Gal. I purchased a pair of heels, prior to ordering I asked the agent if there would be any upcoming sales for the holidays, she stated she was unaware of any and that inventory was low so I should order. I did on 11/20 I did not receive my item for 1 week, 11/27. The next few days were Thanksgiving. On sunday I notice the heels are 33% off, not an insignificant amount nor a sale not worth mentioning. I tried to get in touch with an agent but was unsuccessful, finally on 12/3 I get ahold of one where I am told price matches are 10days. It is stated no where on the site, most online companies are 14days, and they don't considerate a "customer curtsey" as does Nasty Gal, but a normal part of doing business. I am 2 days off of being in touch, I had the shoes for 1 business day. They are not willing to match and therefore unfortunately have lost my business.

Worst quality of clothes ever. I cannot believe they charge such prices for such clearly forsaken items. 1$00usd for a single piece of chiffon printed dress (no inner lining, inner collar was left unsewn, ill-fitting etc) is just absurd. First time I felt cheated of my online purchase. First and last time I am shopping with Nastygal. Really disappointing. I sent it back with the reason that the quality did not meet my expectations but have yet to hear from them about it after 2 weeks. Checked with customer relations but all I got was that till they have processed it, customer relations cannot attend to my order. WHAT? So what is your customer relations unit for? To inform your customers that they cannot do anything about it? Thanks, but no thanks. Please focus more on the quality of your items rather than your branding and image Nastygal.

Gotta love this website, eventhough its based in america, it still ships worldwide and gives great customer service if you're ever in doubt about your order :). This is great as I am a costumer from ireland and I rarely find a great american clothing website that ships internationally for a reasonable price!

Well I paid for a blazer which is worth AUD75. The shipping is ok I received the item in time. But, the quality is really poor it looks like something worth $20 nothing more. I returned it and I was patiently waiting for my credit. They confirmed that they have received the returned item already an I was told I should wait for 3-5 business days for the credit. The got those response over and over as I was explaining to each and everyone who gets my email that I have returned it provided the tracking number (several times) and was told several times to wait for the credit 3-5 business days. I was a bit irritated cos the customer agents were not reading the thread that I need to be like a parrot just to get my money! So they said they did returned the money and I called paypal and they can't find anything from this Nasty Store. So they file a claim for me! The next day the Nasty store offered the credit through my dispute on Paypal. Will never buy from this nasty store again!

Buy if you are sure to keep the item because they are really NASTY about refund and returns! Overpriced for a cheap quality! Never looked like the photos on their website!

I wish I could leave them zero stars. I returned 3 items from my order on 2/17. The items return value was over $80. They provided me with a return label, of which I used.
Due to the management change, they are unable to refund my money, and only offered me $20 as "a gesture of goodwill." I told them the items I ordered and sent my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, everything they needed in order to get me my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I think we all need lawyers.

Just shop somewhere else... returned a dress that was too small, ordered larger size, shipping was fast... BUT, getting your money back is not a guarantee. I was told my return package had night lights in it, not a dress. Not possible. They actually asked me on the phone and in an email if I wanted them to ship night lights back to me. I called several times to see what was up, they were not going to give me my money back until they investigated what was going on in their warehouse, then I received an email saying that my shipment was cancelled and that my credit card would not be charged... ummm my shipment happened 2 weeks ago, and I was charged back then! I will say, every girl that I spoke to on the phone was very very nice, this was not their fault, just really a bizzare company. Finally, 8 days later, I just received notification that my money is being refunded. We shall see... by the way, I figure I have now paid about $75 for a dress that was maybe worth $20

I won't buy from nastygal again, the quality of the items are really poor and parts of the bag I bought weren't even sewn up properly, I had to sew them together on my own machine. The photos of the fit of the items on their website are false advertising, the bum bag and belt I bought do not fit me like they do the model in the photos even though we are both size 8. Waste of my time and money.

Don't buy from here they take money from your account. I decided to buy a skirt (first time) and they took $4more out of my account and I paid 9 for shipping plus the price of the skirt please save your money and go buy somewhere else. Oh and they also require a signature upon delivery.

I ordered 3 dresses back in January, 1 did not fit so I sent it back and thought I had the credit! So recently I tried to make a purchase using the credit and I couldn't log into my account! I contacted customer service via email, told them I couldn't log into my account, and they told me that company was bought out by a new company and they don't have access to help me with logging in, so I should just start a New account! That doesn't help me with my store credit though? The main issue! So I emailed them the receipt of my credit and they said they will be emailing me a credit in separate thread! After reading what they're doing to all the other customers, I'm just another Victim! I will be taking action! Do not take your chances ordering from this company!

I bought a slippers to wear to New Years eve party. Which I had to send to USA and then shipped to Jamaica. It is very expensive to get stuff to Jamaica but we always foot the cost/ chargers. Anyways, when I got my order a size 7/40 slippers was sent to me instead of the size 9 I ordered. When I contacted the company they insisted that it was a size 9. I want to know wear in the world is China size 7 shoes a size 9. The person that answered me in Instagram was not helpful and in fact was very rude. Poor poor customer service. Do not and I repeat do not order any shoes from Nasty Gyal. My issue was not resolved I had to take the loss.

On February 17th I placed an order with Nasty Gal and paid $84.21 since they were going out of business and everything was on sale. I received a receipt telling me my order would arrive in 5-11 business days. I never received a tracking number and reached out after 11 days to ask where my order was. They informed me that orders were delayed and I would receive it mid March. It still never came so I wrote to the company again and they informed me it would come by March 31st or my money would be returned. It never came and I wrote back on March 31st, and now I am being told that because they have new owners they are unable to track any previous orders and I am out of luck. They are literally stealing money and not taking any responsibility. I have tried being patient, but now I am disgusted by the way they are treating customers, and want someone at the company to take accountability and return my money.

Asked for £25 at the door by the poor UPS woman who had had to do the same to 4 other Nasty Gal customers that day. Although the 'FAQ' section says you might get hit with import charges, this is NOT made remotely clear at any point during checkout (it says it in tiny writing at some point but not at all noticeable. Apparently they are working on software to sort the issues out but that is probably a load of balls. Can't comment on the clothes yet as I asked UPS to give me a night to think it over! I am going to pay the charge but have complained HARD to Nasty, and asked for clothing vouchers, but of course they said no...

I placed an order for over $200 to Canada on the website, which states that shipping is free for orders over $150. However, the package wasn't even delivered to my house. I just received a tag that said I had to go to the post office to retrieve it, and I would have to pay $80 that would be sent back to the sender (Nasty Gal). Why advertise free shipping when I'm going to have to unexpectedly pay $80? I have friends who have ordered from Nasty Gal and never had this issue. I am outraged and will never order from Nasty Gal again.

My first experience with nastygal.com was not a pleasant one. When I received the over priced item that I ordered, it was ripped in two places. When I called to exchange the item they were not willing to compensate me at all for my purchase they told me that I had to pay to ship it back and then they would reimburse me for my order. They would not just exchange the order. I would have to order the item again, this is an example of poor customer service. I will never order form this site again.
