Their clothing quality is terrible. I ordered a bunch of stuff, it arrived later than expected but still quite quickly so I was impressed. However, based on their pricing I expected decent quality clothing only to get garbage I would expect from the likes of AliExpress. Not sure how they stay in business. I could go to H&M and get better quality clothes than this.

Nasty Gal- Specializes is fashion for young women... young woman range in different sizes and most of this sh*t is for girls that i can completely fit my arm around their bodies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered something and it arrived a week after the expected delivery date. The quality is worse than Forever 21 and double the price. It didn't even fit because the website provided false measurements. I don't want to return it because I have heard that they don't refund.
I would give NO stars if I could. It's the 3rd time I order from this site and it's definitely the LAST. Each time, I either had problems with the clothes or with refunds. You follow instructions perfectly as they request and the refund never comes. They ask you for proof you shipped back the merchandise, they make you wait AGAIN and never reply. I'm STILL waiting on a refund on merchandise I sent back 2 months ago and everytime, someone writes they will have to investigate and never follow up. The clothes and accessories arrive cheap and smell of chemicals. I received a pair of earrings and they weren't even the same lenght. Basically, crap company, terrible customer service. NastyGal tries to steal its customers money, PERIOD. Oh and customer service, don't bother replying to this review, Your word is crap to me.
I bought some accessories and dresses from nasty gal the accessories are cute but the dresses run smaller despite myself sizing up to a medium from a small to be on the safe side. The one dress I ordered ripped around the seams in multiple areas in the first two hours of wearing it obviously was not double stitched or sewed well I will be returning the other dress hopefully for a full refund. Dont buy the clothes its not worth it. Its clearly very cheaply made.
After seeing so many reviews about how poor the quality of their clothing is and how horrible their return policy is I was a bit hesitant but I thought I'd give it try since they were having a 80% off sale lol. I ordered 4 things that came in a week which I was pleasantly surprised about since it is international shipping. I got the 'More or Less Layered Necklace' which I absolutely love! Such a cute necklace. The 'Why Knot Printed Bodysuit' (size 6) is really cute online but I wish it wasn't a bodysuit lol. You would need to wear super high waisted bottoms so that the black part doesn't show. It's also extremely baggy at the bottom where you clip it so if you're petite it'll be a little loose down there. Also, their a few strings that come out at the seems. The 'On the Hole Crochet Crop Top' is the only item I was so disappointed in, seeing as how that was the most expensive item I purchased. I chose the size option S/M bc the only other option was M/L. I really wish they had a XS/S option though because the top is huge! It literally looks like a XL. It's so big on that I literally had to cut the back and tie it. The last thing I purchased was the 'Button Maxi Skirt' (size 6) which has to be my favorite item, super cute, nice quality, no complaints. It's a little long so you should wear it with a hell or wedge. All in all the quality isn't that bad for what you're paying for (just get it on sale lol) They do run small so I recommend sizing up. I'm 5'4,125lbs and I'm usually a size 4. Hope this helps!

PAID AN EXTRA 15.99 FOR A DRESS TO ARRIVE 2-3 BIZ DAYS FOR A WEDDING AND ITS NOT ARRIVING UNTIL 5 DAYS LATER AND THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DISCUSS! AND NOW IT WON'T LET ME PRINT A RETURN LABEL AND I DON'T NEED THIS DRESS ANYMORE! I WOULD HAVE KEPT IF REFUNDED THE 15.99 FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING BUT THEY WON'T DO THAT.
They refuse to refund my purchase after returning almost $100 worth of clothing to them. The quality of clothing is terrible and the customer service is even worse.
They will ship you the items but you cannot return them and you cannot unsubscribe from their email list. You have to pay for return shipping and they say they will refund you but they won't. When you try to unsubscribe from their emailing list they automatically re-sub you every time you try and you'll have to just block them.
They didn't even send me the items i paid for. I bought shoes, a romper, and earrings. Jewelry is cheap quality and non-refundable. Romper was cheap, ill-fitted, and itchy as well. The shoes were not the size or color that i ordered. They do not care.

I've never written a nasty review in my life, not for a restaurant, salon, let alone a store. But my experience with NastyGal is worth a nasty review.
My advice: don't buy from here unless you're absolutely positive you won't be returning your items (which is difficult to do bc of the sheer poor quality of their clothing).
To begin, they don't have a customer service # to call, which is just a giveaway that they don't want to deal with any customer issues. If you have any issues, you either have to find your answer on their FAQ page, or contact them through their website email portal.
So for me, when I received the items ordered, due to poor quality I returned three of the six items I ordered.
They don't pay for return shipping, so I paid $10 to ship it back, which is annoying but whatever it's fine. They say to wait a certain number of days for them to receive your return, then reach out if you don't get refunded. So I shipped my return, never heard back, so I emailed them on their site. They seemed nice, said they would look into it. Never got back to me. I emailed them a second time, same thing. Seemed nice and would get back, then they just stopped responding to my emails in that chain. So for the third time, I went to their website and started a new email chain. FINALLY, today, after over two months of going back and forth, I got my refund with an automated apology and an offer for 10% off of a future purchase. Safe to say I will not be using it.

I want to start off by saying I rarely ever write reviews. This experience with Nastygal was so frustrating, it warranted me registering for an account to write this. So, It's been awhile since I've shopped at Nastygal. Last purchase probably made 5 years ago... recently bought a few items for an upcoming vacation. Was incredibly disappointed they had sent me the incorrect bathing suit top. To top it all off, the material for all items I ordered was VERY cheap quality. Frustrated with receiving the incorrect bikini top and customer service not getting back to me quickly to correct this, I wanted to return my whole order. Sadly, I did not think anything I purchased was worth keeping. Sizing was not consistent and also off, material was cheap, nothing was quality about my purchase. The bathing suit was okay, just a standard two piece. I would've kept that had they not sent me the wrong top. Fast forward to customer service finally getting back to me, they mentioned I could return the bathing suit but could not exchange it. I had to repurchase and place a new order for the bikini top (that I had originally bought) in order to receive it and to top it all of, pay for the return shipping costs. No apologies, no nothing. Eventually, with enough photos of proof and constant requests, they ended up covering the shipping costs. So throughout the next month, I track my order so I can anticipate my refund. It took a month plus for them to finally refund me and that's only because I reached out to customer service again and resent them photos of my tracking info. They tell me to reach back out after 28 days. I reach back out after 30+ days. Finally got refunded. How it took that long for my refund, I do not know. Probably would've taken longer had I not tracked my order. Overall, TERRIBLE experience. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had by far. Towards the end as well, no ownership or sign of being apologetic whatsoever for such a dissatisfying customer experience. TL; DR - don't shop at Nastygal if you're looking for terribly slow customer service and poor quality clothing... also if you're looking to expect incorrect items shipped to you all the while you as a customer has to make sure you do the legwork to get issues and refunds corrected.

This is the absolute worst clothing store I have ever purchased from. Do not purchase from them unless you want all of your clothes to arrive late, poorly made, and absolutely unflattering. It it genuinely pure $#*!. I was so excited for my clothes to arrive for my birthday only to find that nothing looked as it did online. To top it off I had another package that was meant to arrive today( that I was already dreading) only to have it not deliver. When I tried to reach out to customer service they took forever to respond, were incredibly unhelpful, and pretended to care for like a minute. They also expect you to pay for shipping and tracking for returning items. A pure tras company with a terrible customer service ethic. Save your money and purchase from Zara or topshop where at least you know you can get some quality.

Talking to them in emails a whole month for items they received long time ago giving me stories about yes yes we got it but now it's going to UK wearhouse excuse me? Why do I care? We live in USA I had it ship to usa not UK. Than asking me for proof of my shipping Receipt with my credit card info for proof of return when I already send my order number and tracking we all know u got it!
