Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
I bought the chain mail dress - it comes in silver and gold - for my birthday party in 2021, which never happened because of COVID-19. I kept the dress until I had my birthday party last night. The dress literally started ripping and disintegrating on the dance floor! It was coming apart at the seams and I was shocked. I am 5'5 inches tall and I weigh 138 pounds and I bought a medium. I looked down and almost my entire butt was exposed. I wasn't jumping around and doing exercises... just regular dancing. IF you decide to buy it, bring another outfit with you in case it rips and
I am sure it will! Don't buy this dress. It won't last for a night of dancing and certainly don't plan on wearing it on New Years' Eve! It might work if all you are planning on doing is walking from your car into a restaurant, but dancing!?!? Forget it. I bought it a year ago, so I have no hope of getting my money back.

If you are looking to order through nasty gal if you are Australian, think again! I waited two months for my order, and then after I questioned the live chat service where my order was, they gave no reason as to why i had not received my order, or that they had even sent it. This meant that they had over US$200 of mine for over two months without any attempt of conmmunication with me? Dodgy as, I would NOT trust this website!

I returned my Alix Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress I ordered in January before the 30 days had expired (ORDER NUMBER: #*******).
My ups says it was delivered successfully to their address but its march and I never got a refund.! Tried emailing customer service 20 times and called them numerous times no answer!
I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on this website over the years and this is the customer service I get?
I also ordered a few weeks ago 200$ worth of stuff when they had 60-70-% off and never even got a tracking number. I will definitely sue this $#*!ty company if i dont get my money back for my refund and items delivered.

I bought a maxi dress from them and when i got it, the slit was so high you could see my entire Vag. I AM 5'2 145lbs! I have curves but I'm aware enough of my body to know my sizing. Especially for something as simple as a maxi dress.
I told them the problem. I paid for rush shipping to get it in time for my BF birthday. I was then told i had to pay for the shipping even though it states on their site that all returns in the US are free. Huh?
IM NOT here to bad mouth them, but just be aware that what you see may not be what you get. And you also may be out of extra money unnecessarily because the quality and fit isn't what you expected. Especially girls with a little more curves.

I don't know if it's because I'm in America but I always have the best experience with nastygal. If I call the customer service it is amazing and always resolves my problem quickly and they have even given me store credit in exchange for nothing. I have never had a problem with returns- they are always free and fast. The quality of the nastygal brand garments is not amazing but they are also not expensive so you get what you pay for and I have never had a problem with anything falling apart. I usually buy other brands other than nastygal off their site. I truly love this website and like I said I truly always have an amazing experience so I felt obligated to share. I literally have spent thousands of dollars on this website and I don't have one thing to complain about. Not a single thing..

I read these reviews before making my purchase on Nasty Gal and I was like these people come here just to say bad things, people who loved their purchase won't come here to post, so I ordered from Nasty Gal. BIG MISTAKE. They sent me a damaged dress that was the wrong size on top of it with a huge stain on the front. Now they want me to pay to ship it back! Why should I have to pay for their mistakes?!?

Great clothes, but too expensive for the quality. They sometime have amazing sales, though. So far, I've ordered only clothes (two jumpsuits, a jacket and a pair of pants) and I love them, but be wary of the sizing (check the charts!), I use a M on tops and 6 on pants and ended up getting 8 for the pants, which fit alright, but I would have NEVER been able to fit a 6 in that model.

I have written a review on here that I shouldn't have written but at the time was true. I ordered about 7 pieces of clothing and returned 2. I paid for the shipping to have it sent back but for a long time they claimed that they have not received it which made me angry and believe that I now lost my $45, the clothing, and the shipping. Although, recently I have received an email that my $45 will be refunded to my account and I am very satisfied. The clothing is nice so I probably will purchase from here again but make sure to get a signature card at the post office to ensure that they got your package and you're not being lied to about your package missing! I ordered a Jacket and 2 t-shirts from Nasty Gal and when my order arrived it was completely incorrect (they sent me an assortment of Lingerie)
When they re-ordered, they cancelled half my order without telling me and refused to pay the shipping cost to reorder. Overall the Customer service was horrible and they sent me around in circles putting me in touch with different reps each time.

I had a little issue with my package. However, I gave customer care a call and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve my issue. Of course, I'm still a little upset that my dress was defective. But, at least the customer care representatives cared enough to try and solve my issue. I'm so sad to see all these negative comments.

I bought a month ago some really pretty boots... they came 2 size bigger than my regular size... according to their size guide chart I am Size 8 (American) but they are so big I can't wear them, those things are enormous for me... so I tried to contact them but it seems to me you are only talking to a robot or something they kept telling me it was the right size and that they will return my money but I had to pay for the shipping my self... I paid for the shipping once why would I pay another 10dlls for a 30 dlls boots when they were obviously not the right size... they just said it was the right size and they can't do nothing about it... so now I'm stuck with the damn boots I can even sell them because they are too big. Just a waste of money and time. Don't buy anything from them they dont even bother to give you a phone number where you can talk with real people. So I gave them 0 star. This review will be very long if I add everything I want to say. This was the first time I ordered from this company at the first of January. I was supposed to receive my merchandise in 5-8 business days. I received one of the 3 items. As of today I still have not received the other 2 items. I have sent them over 12 emails reporting that the tracking hasn't moved since day one. They don't have a person you can talk to so email is the only option. I get a different customer service person every time I email them. Each time I'm promised something different. I was assured by the third of February I would either be refunded or they would resend the items. They lied. Now they are saying wait until the 22nd of February because that's the max amount of time they have with the courier. They are BS'ing me at every opportunity. I'm sure my items are no longer in stock and they were ordered for my husbands birthday party so I now have to wait to see if they come or look for another outfit. They do not care! I have reported this to the company that handled the transaction to see if I can get some help. You are on a island by yourself if you decide to order from them. It's unfortunate because I do love the one pair of boots I did receive but they will fold based how they treat their customers. I have a side business where I mail daily and treat my customers like they are queens. I don't understand their way of doing business so they won't be getting mine again.

I ordered three items from them a month in advance for this event I had coming up. Shipping was taking much longer than usual and the tracking said it had already been in the same city as me for 5 days. It took me forever to get through to usps for the problem since nastygal would not do the research for me, and when I finally did they told me the senders (nasty gal) had put in my address all wrong and it would never get to me unless they fixed it. So moral of the story, I never got my items which I was really looking forward to, and had to figure it out all on my own. I'm glad I got a full refund, but I would have muched rather just received the clothes.

Really disappointed. I order a few cute items with standard delivery and it took so long to post. The shorts I got weren't true to their sizes, I got a small pair of shorts and they were farrrr too big for me. What's more I can't return them because it would cost too much. I was surprised when the postman came to my door and asked me for £25 tax?! Altogether spent too much for items that weren't that amazing.

I ordered sale items. I went to pay, there was a server error page when I went to complete the order. Weird. So I go to my order history page, and the order had gone through so I was happy. LUCKILY I decided to check it, and they CHANGED the price to about 40$ MORE than I agreed to.
They had taken two things off sale. Never asked me, told me, or requested my permission to charge my card for more than I originally agreed to. And when I finally got a hold of someone she blamed me for not refreshing my shopping cart and would not honour the sale price I had originally agreed to pay.
Is that not illegal? Charging more than the customer agreed to pay?
Literally the most ridiculous shopping experience I have ever had.
I've purchased from them before, unless you are buying a brand off of them (like Unif) don't expect the quality to match their preciously edited pictures. Hence why I only bother will sale stuff now.

I love Nasty Gal's items, but the last purchase I made was a disaster! I bought the Helix dress, in white, in size M, which was first bigger than the sizes on their size chart (how should I have known I was a Nasty Gal small when the size chart says I'm a medium). To make this even worse, the material was dysfunctional and contorted making the dress unfit to wear in public. There were wrinkles and wire bends everywhere that shouldn't. The online picture was nothing like the actual dress.

I have never received my package worth $200, and it was a domestic delivery. I contacted Nasty Gal customer service as UPS has shown that it was delivered. However, Nasty Gal just responded that after opening an investigation with UPS, that the package was delivered and neither party is responsible for the package. But the customer service rep offered NO PROOF and no "make-good" for my lost order. They just won't take any responsibility not pursue UPS further. So I just lost $200 dollars and I will never order from nasty gal again. How can customers trust this brand when they care so little about our satisfaction?

Had a full cart, went through several headaches receiving various errors when trying to process payment. Tried to simplify by going directly with the card, no dice. Page was unresponsive completely. After refreshing and reentering information I noticed the previous page mistakenly selected my billing address same as shipping while simultaneously allowing input for a new shipping address. No idea why these completed fields kept being flagged by Klarna; I have to assume it has to do with Nasty Gal's checkout forms more so than any standards applied by the payment plan, as they would occasionally display incorrectly or require refresh. The last time I entered my payment info, the page was again unresponsive for awhile before eventually refreshing to the homepage and indicating my cart was empty. $#*! off it.

Obviously they have screwed ALL of us over on our orders, are providing us with NO HELP, and are delaying our problems with "nice" email responses or no responses at all. This unethical company is STEALING. If we can't get our money back, we can at least make sure as hell they won't receive any more $$ with other orders. We need to spread awareness to others and make sure this company doesn't have a chance to screw over more of people. I lost $300, and as a broke college student, I'm eating ramen with no nice clothes to show for it. Pissed is an understatement.

Okay so literally was freaking out tryna find an outfit cuz I'm going to the city in a couple weeks and I needed a pair of flared faux-leather pants and pulled the trigger on a pair from NastyGal without reading reviews or anything. A couple days later I was like "lemme check what others say." Worst thing ever. I got so scared that my pants were gonna be like awful quality and not fit at all and then if I wanted to return them it was going to be a headache. Just got them today. They're literally fine, a little loose around the waist but they fit great. What's goin on with the rest of y'all? Sucks that others had bad experiences but mine was pretty good, THANKFULLY. But holy crap was I nervous lol.

I placed an order and noticed that the quantity was off. I called them less than 10 minutes later and the representative said that she will cancel my order. I got an updated e-mail stating that my order was canceled. BUT there was still a charge on my credit card.
A week later, I got a package from them. I tried to print a return label online but it states that I have already returned the items. I complained to the company and they issued me a return label.
So it's been one month and I have not received my money back. STAY AWAY!

So I've ordered from Nastygal quite a few times. I'm always a little hesitant since the reviews are always quite bad but in my experience I've never had much of a problem. I've always received my things in a reasonable amount of time and I think I may have had to contact their customer service a few times for things but have always been helped. The return process was straightforward and I've been credited back just fine. I may have just gotten lucky with my purchases but no major complaints. *shrugs*

This was my first time and last time shopping with nastygal. I've shopped with many other companies and when there has been an issue it's been handled right away, for that reason I ended up returning there and shopping again and spending a lot of money.
Zero help from the agent. The app had issues which deleted all of my items and I had to re add everything which caused me to add the wrong color. I asked if I could place an order for the right item but get free shipping since they couldn't go in and change the order since it was placed. She wouldn't even honor that. A little goes a long way to keep a customer.
