Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
I bought two dresses from Nasty Gal, one that was described as 'satin' but when it arrived it was made out of spandex, and another that had its straps sewed on backwards and tore off when I first tried it on. Do not order from here - not worth the money whatsoever.

Why did I not read the reviews before I ordered from this dreadful company!
The quality of the products are a disgrace the material is cheap and the sizing and fit a joke. The dress I ordered was unfinished the stitching at the bottom had been left open! I have never ordered from a company and been so disappointed, on top of this I also received a custom clearance charge of £20.18 which is not refundable! My advice do not buy from this company

I purchased the Knit's A Date 3-Pc Fluffy Lounge Set in Large. When I tried it on it was not only too big but meant for someone who is 6 foot 7. It was ridiculous. There was also a weird musty odor. I will NEVER purchase from here again. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would.

I have been a long time shopper of Nasty Gayl and since the being bought out by Boo Hoo... the quality and selection has gone to the pits. It is more affordable and has a wider reach. But long time customers have certain expectations... at least I do. I honestly waited for the transition but pieces look the same and poor selection/quality... simply cheap, cheap, cheap. I have thrown in the towel.

I was searching for a certain star skirt so I googled it and found exactly what I was looking for on nastygal. I had briefly heard nasty gal be mentioned in YouTube videos but never heard anything about it. I just received the tracking number and the Royal Mail says it isn't able to track the parcel yet. I started reading reviews and now I'm so worried that I won't receive the things I ordered. I guess I just wait and see what happens but I hate that lol. I wish I could cancel everything right now and not even think or worry about it.

They sent me a totally wrong item. I ordered some creepers and I got some random boots. They didn't want to give me a discount or anything. I asked for them to just send me the right item and they refunded it. Now I have to totally repurchase. Awful site and customer service.

Ordered a bunch of stuff of Nastygal (which I successfully returned and got refunded, the only positive) the quality of the garments was horrific, as a sewer myself I could pinpoint the seams not being lined up correctly, uncentred prints on the tops and poor quality fabrics. Huge wake up call to never again support the fast fashion industry, I would hate to think what their factories are like if the quality of the clothing is at that bad of a level, hope it isn't small vulnerable children sewing the clothes. Think twice before you support a fast fashion horrendous quality clothing brand, I was disappointed in myself for getting sucked in.

Customer service is disgusting. The app doesn't let you apply gift cards - the website does but won't ship to my address even though the app will ship to my address perfectly fine. For an online store the IT is absolutely appalling.

I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of shoes using USPS Priority delivery to the UK. After waiting 10 days I looked at the tracking form and noticed my parcel was being held for 'payment charges'. I eventually found out that I had to pay an extra £96.84 on top of what I had paid for the items AND delivery. This was a customs duty and import VAT which the website does not tell you how much it can come to. I would NEVER recommend this website to any overseas customers.

I received a pair of shoes, and they were broken. I contacted customer service expecting that as they sent me a faulty product they would bear the cost of return and refund me. This is not the case and its more expensive to return than the product is worth.

Be cautious! I paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping and they shipped 4-5 days and therefore the shoes missed the party I had ordered them for. They REFUSE to refund any shipping, even though they pocketed money for shipping more slowly. Be very cautious about any expedited shipping as they won't do it even if you ay for it!

I ordered a bathing suit from them recently and emailed because they send me a top instead of the bottoms I ordered. They got back to me the very next day and refunded my money AND let me keep the top for their mistake. Very happy with their service!

I got charged extra $3 which I didn't know about until I checked my bank balance, the when the parcel finally arrived I was charged $55 dollars extra just to receive the parcel - shocking! Never shopping there again.

Had ordered a tee for Christmas and ordered a women's size large. Came in the post and was a men's size large. I didn't mind and gave it to my husband and ordered some sunnies that I get complimented on all the time. However placed a large order recently of 7 dresses all in a size 14. I'm a standard 14 and buy most of my clothes from cotton on etc and all fit great if not slightly big but literally every dress is TINY one dress I couldn't even put one leg in. There more like a 8-10. Sizing is WAY off and I'll be returning everything.

I ordered a simple body suit. Relatively expensive garment to begin with but I had to have it- it was beautiful. However. After waiting close to a month to receive my garment and contacting customer service three times (with them telling me they couldn't help me) I picked it up- and got charged insane in duties shipping and taxes (it doubled the price of the bodysuit) and went to try the bodysuit on- it has two product errors. Contacted the customer service and they stated there was nothing they could do. First and last experience ordering on nastygal. I don't care how beautiful the garment is I will never deal with them again. The bodysuit ended up having so many hidden fees from shipping duties taxes etc and- I'm not happy with the garment at all, I can see it falling apart in no time. Do not ship here!

I recently bought several items and I was pleased with my purchase - until I read the reviews. They were almost universally negative and I was convinced I was going to be disappointed. To my shock, I like all of the items sent to me and they all fit well. The shipping took about a week which was totally fine. The quality of the clothes was comparable to the price point and they all matched the pictures online. Maybe my good experience was a one-off, but I definitely am pleased with the items I received.

I ordered a dress a month ago and they didn't notify me about the dress not being in stock. So I practically waited a month thinking I was going to get a dress until I emailed them and they told me it would not be in stock for another week. This is very unprofessional for a website not to tell you that you spent money on something that is not there.

I have 3 valid forms of payment, tried to purchase $240 pieces for my 30th bday. It rejected all 3 forms. I checked everything and I had more than enough (was thinking fraud). I think purchased something from Party City online and it went right through. The strangest part!? It will not allow me to remove my card from my account! Do not buy!

Let's start off with 1 star is 1 star too many. There was no warning that the shipment would be coming all the way from the UK. The scheduled arrival date got pushed out multiple times. Then the package never got delivered to my apartment, and I was home all day when the package was apparently "unable to be delivered". I emailed Nasty Gal that I was extremely dissatisfied in the service and I was sent a generate non-apologetic response. It has been two months and I still never got my package. It is sitting in a USPS facility somewhere in California. At this point I just want my money back, especially considering that I a friend of mine just got a $100 dress that was so cheap and costume quality I might just drive out to USPS and ship everything back to be returned.

Ok... I ordered 2 tops from Nasty Gal. I was super happy first of all that I got the 40% off on my order. Then I paid the $12 for shipping. At that point I was like if I'm not in love with the product, I didn't pay too much so I'll wait and see. So, got my tops in 5 days. Wow I was so surprised because the tops came from the U. K. I live in Florida so that was incredible and I was really surprised that I received the so fast. Then I opened the package and I was even more surprised that I really like the tops. They look just like the picture and they fit perfect! I did read the reviews after I placed my order and I got s little discouraged but when I got my stuff so fast and the tops I ordered were true to the photos I'm extremely happy that I ordered the 2 tops. I'm very satisfied with Nasty Gal! I will definitely be shopping at Nasty Gal again.

I was so excited to get my order from this store. I picked out some seriously adorable items and when the package came I was beyond upset. First of all, the quality is horrendous. It's literally the worst quality ever! In addition, the sizing and fitting of the items is so off. I got a t-shirt that looked so cute online and when it came not only was the quality bad but so was the fitting of the shirt. The sleeves of two of the t-shirts that I got are just so horribly fitted and it looks really bad on. Their sweaters aren't too bad, but once again the quality is a huge turn off. Overall, I don't think I would recommend this shop to anybody. If you're thinking of ordering, I don't think you should waste your time. The package did come in time, but I will be returning most of the items that I ordered. Hopefully, the return process goes by smoothly. I don't think ordering from here is a good idea folks, so save your time and money, believe me!

Only after you order earrings you receive and want to return do you find out that you can't return earrings. It says on the order slip that you can't return hair accessories, intimates or body suits. It says nothing about earrings. When you contact them for a return slip, they tell you that it says in a different place on their website that earrings can't be returned. They advertise that returns are easy. Not my experience.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order earrings if you aren't sure you will like them.
