Bought Bissett radiator from Nationwide arrived poorly powder coated, contacted Nationwide, ignored repeated emails over two months, the asked PayPal again ignored, PayPal asked me to return item at a cost of jut under £50 for a refund. This company is so much hassle to deal with, I have now asked my bank to help with the refund of delivery costs, they price it low leave you stranded. I dealt with Andrew who kept blaming Mike, they also use another name Galco to throw off the disputes process
Sadly it's now almost 2 months and I'm still waiting on my shower screen. Ordered as in stock and available and I'm still being ignored and lied to. Delivery moved more times than I can count. Each time it doesn't come you spend an hour on the phone trying to find out what happened. The people on the phone appear really nice but tell you whatever it takes to get you off the line. They ‘guarantee' ‘promise 100%' etc etc and it never comes true. Manager Mike will make promises to call you back and doesn't, promised to have screen sent straight from manufacturer-next person says that's impossible-more lies. Eventually order part delivered and screen missing. Company refused to send it out immediately stating insurance issues for glass-more lies. Now out of stock again, then in but not for us, then wrong item delivered. No form of goodwill offered due to extra costs. Emails ignored. It's so stressful and upsetting. Avoid and go with reputable company! Will cost you more in every way!

Really struggled to get any true information about the delivery date of my bath screen. Despite multiple calls to Nationwide Bathrooms, my expensive bathroom item never arrived. The company blamed the stock levels of the supplier, but checked and that was not true (I suspect that they are not up to date with payments to their supplier - maybe their account is on hold?). I cancelled my order, but as I write this my refund has still not been made. Easy to order online. Prompt delivery too. The only criticism is that the small tube of sealant had been packed in a much too large box and was stuffed with yards and yards of concertina type packing. Not very green!

These guys are criminals. They promised to deliver a £533 bath within 7 days. Once I paid they never replied to me again. They never picked up the phone. They they never delivered my bath (been over a month). I was lucky to be refunded by my bank.
Don't buy anything from them. There are 100s of cases like mine.

Would put 0 stars if I could! Order items for our plumbing & heating business, they didn't turn up, after numerous unanswered emails, called up to be advised the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund as they couldn't tell me when they would be in stock.
Well still haven't received the refund from September! I have sent emails, called them, even spoke to their chat, each time I am told, we will get this sorted & nothing.
Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman, as this is beyond ridiculous.

I was charged for discontinued items that the manufacturer no longer produces and they couldn't have sent me.
It took 3 weeks to process a 'refund' which despite paying by credit card was in the form of a cheque. The bank is 15 miles away so I tried to cal someone to be tld their 'customer support' is by e-mail only. Not to 'supportive' really.
The lady I spoke to was more unhelpful than the e-mail address and by the time the cheque arrives it will be over a month before I get the refund.
Certainly won't use them again and looks like many others have had poor service as well.
To much competition out there to waste time with these cowboys.

Ordered 2 of the same item, when arrived one item was incorrect. After eventually being able to get a response. They said they would send out the correct item and take the incorrect one back. The new item arrived and was incorrect again. I have spent the last 10 days emailing with no response.

Absolutely poor! Never dealt with such poor service! Placed a order on the 11h November and was not received till the 1st December although being told my purchase would be with me on the 18th November. Delivery didn't show up, then I was informed it would be delivered on 3 different dates, I was lied to as I was told that they attempted to deliver however my partner was in this whole day. To get through to someone you are on hold for over an hour, emails do not get responded to and I have since raised a complaint over a week ago which has still not been responded to! Would not order with company again and advise to not order from this company unless if you like hassle, minimal communication, rude staff, and waiting around 3 weeks for a delivery! Would not even provide one star but I have to!

I ordered several high value bathroom fitments from Nationwide Bathrooms and was assured delivery would be within a few weeks. After countless phone calls to the telephone sales dept, spending hours holding on listening to a voice telling me I was ‘number 9 in the queue', I realised my fitments were never going to arrive any time soon, despite the constant reassurances/lies from Mike and other sales members. Six weeks on, I still haven't received my goods. I'm now wasting more valuable time chasing Nationwide Bathrooms for the return of my money. You'd think that once the order was non delivered and cancelled, NW Bathrooms would reimburse me, but no. Eventually, after several phone calls, they have now reimbursed me for one lot of goods, I've now just rung, yet again and have been assured they will reimburse the remaining £1480 today - we'll see. Based on my experience, I suggest to do not use this company, don't trust their well trained salesmen, don't part with your money for goods unless you are prepared to pursue them for reimbursement if the goods don't arrive.

BUYER BEWARE: Nationwide Bathrooms sent us the wrong toilet and instead of helping to do all they can to resolve the issue caused by their mistake, while we are now trying to return to them the wrong item they have put in a money claims with the small claims court against us. You cannot get through to customer services and they are unresponsive to emails. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING BEFORE SHOPPING WITH THEM.

I have placed an order for two items now with Nationwide Bathrooms. Their confirmation and invoicing is very efficient, and the delivery schedule is excellent.

Bought a bath with a set of feet. A few days later they call me up to say there had been a mistake on there site and I'd only bought the 4 feet. I told them to cancel the order. They then sent the feet anyway, I refused delivery and it was sent and received back in store signed for by a Murphy.
No refund given what so ever - never responded to my messages to phone me, never answered emails.
Had to do a section 75. Got my money back and now they have tried to re-submit the charge!
Unfortunately for them I have the tracking codes so good luck with that, I'll let nationwide bathrooms explain to the bank why they are fraudulently claiming money for an item they recieved back months ago.
They'll be shortly recieving a letter from her majesty's county court service.
TRUST ME - DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SHOWER OUTFIT. I REPEAT…. NOTHING

They are the worst companyi have ever delt with online. I orded a shower tray with a 7-14 day delivery on the 14th day i contacted them to find out what was going on first i was told that the item was out of stock then it had been canceled mistakenly and was promisted next day delivery. It never turned up i phoned again and was told that the van had broken down by this point i had plumbers and tilers all waiting for the shower tray so i told them i wanted a refund as i had lost trust in them. They told me this would be prossesedbut it never has been after repeated calls and promises of calls back i still havent recieved any money and the refund was requested on the 18th march!

1 star, is 1 star too many.
I bought Carronite Quantum bath panels at £211. On their website they are 1700 x 750 which we all know that is the size of the bath, not the panel, so I called them and explained I needed 515mm high panels. All ok according to the guy on the phone.
1700 x 540mm turned up. And since then, Nationwide Bathrooms have been abysmal. Their response was it is my responsibility to check the dimensions - which honestly, I did. Website mistake and then spoke on the phone - what else do you want someone else to do?
So, their other advice is always to deal online. Purchase online (which they'll say they will take no responsibility for mistakes if they do) and then when I spoke to someone on the phone "the best thing to do is email us" which I did, and then as soon as you do that telephone calls cant happen according to them, because it's all via email. But they never respond to emails unless you wait for between 20 minutes and 1hour plus, at least half a dozen times, to express your frustration.
The guys on the phone sound nice, but they lie. Apparently new panels have been ordered and an email will come to me. But the email arrived saying it's my fault and I'll need to purchase new ones and get the others returned (courier cost £50). So now I'm really at a loss as to how this company is allowed to operate in the UK. I've now asked, rather sarcastically, for Nationwide Bathrooms to deliver the 1700x750mm bath panels because that is what I have ordered.
All in all, one of the worst decisions I've made in a long long time was to trust Nationwide Bathrooms over the telephone in the attempt to save £10 against the next cheapest product.
Please, avoid this company. They're the worst sort of people you could ever come across
