I tried Nature Box because the organization I work for sent their employees samples. Make sure you know that this stupid company will charge a $30.00 non-refundable membership fee. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they don't have a working phone.

We thought it would be convenient to have snacks delivered, but their selection is pretty limited. It seems like there are a lot of options, but they are all pretty similar. The 'healthy' snacks were also saltier than most regular chips and pretzels. We're better off just buying healthy snacks at the grocery store. Cheaper and you don't have to be an annual fee.

I will admit that when we started out, we received a few snacks that we really didn't like at all, but Nature Box replaced those items in my next order without any trouble at all. Now we have kind of figured out the snacks everyone likes and they are on a rotation. There are some interesting things that you might not find in a grocery store (love the salt and pepper lentil loops and the asiago and cheddar cheese crisps). Yes, you will pay a little more for your snacks, but it's fun to receive the box every month and the snacks taste good.

I placed an order with nature box in excess of $100. When my order arrived it was missing several of the items I ordered. Instead of sending what I ordered, the nature box credited my account for what was not sent. I went back to the website but what I ordered was completely sold out. Nature box refused to refund my money and would only give me store credit to buy something else (that I did not want) from there store. They are frauds and cheats and have no customer service other than text chat. I suppose this is why they have a C rating with the better business bureau. Spend your money elsewhere.

Sneakily Duped an Elderly Disabled War Veteran/Senior into placing an order and then charging him every year for 5 years costing him over $250! SHAMEFUL! He finally caught the charges on his credit card and was able to put a stop to something he had no idea was happening. Had never received any emails letting him know this was what they were doing. I certainly hope KARMA comes back to them for doing this to someone who fought for our country!

I had trouble canceling my subscription and kept receiving charges on my card and more boxes of snacks. Finally…….they cancelled my subscription Last month, I received a 36 dollar charge out of nowhere, and notified my credit card company. Be careful with this company.

I used to love nature box, and i still do love their cookies and pretzels... my issue is that the quality of their teriyaki beef jerky has plummeted. Its so chewy and tough and not flavorful and tender anymore. Also, do NOT order the Stryve jerky that is on their site. I just got a bag in my order and omg it was the worst thing ive ever tasted. I put it in my mouth, and spit it right out. I was dry heaving. It was literally a bag of waxy fat. I cannot believe anyone would package and send that to a customer. It was so gross!

I loved how the first box was free! I tried the most appealing snacks and was hooked! The masa crisps are soooo good and I absolutely love the French toast granola. My boyfriend and I love easy snacks and I love that these are healthy, delicious, and have many vegan choices. The interface is easy to use and I love how there are no surprises. I always pick what I want in the box and then it is delivered to me. I highly recommend it!
