NeatoShop is one of the best in terms of customer service. I had an issue with a t-shirt order and they replied so fast and was able to address the problem without any hassle nor extra cost to me. Great quality, neat products, and world class customer service. I had an change of plans before Christmas and emailed about changing my shipping details. The site host/customer service representative responded very quickly and personally, helping me make the changes necessary to get my item delivered on time. Additionally, the product itself was high quality and exactly what I expected when ordering. Would recommend to a friend.

I Recommend this site to those who likes unique quality shirts, their service was awesome. I needed my order by a certain date and got it in time. Customer service responds very fast on any questions you have regarding an order. So if u want a great shirt shop at neatoshop!

I have made two purchases so far and will continue to for a long time. I suggest getting the ring spun cotton as it is VERY soft. If you can find a shirt here from your favorite nerdy endeavor then the shirt doesn't exist. Customer service was very helpful when USPS lost a shirt of mine in the mail. They sent me out a new one with expedited shipping. Just go check out the site and you wont be disappointed.

Their designs and quality are awesome, and I love that they have ladies fit shirts and various color options - they don't sell just black, boxy unisex t-shirts like some other sites. Their customer service is very responsive to any questions or issues I've had. Most recently, I placed an order and selected the wrong shirt style. I reached out to them, and my order was corrected by the next morning - and they didn't even charge me the price difference to upgrade the shirt. You can't go wrong buying from this company!

I purchase many things over the internet, and have never written a review until today. NeatoShop has inspired me to do so. I have twice ordered t-shirts from this site and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. Their designs are very creative and when I received my orders the products were spot on. The shirts were well made, designs looked great, and fit exactly as they should. Both times, my orders were shipped to me incredibly fast. I made a mistake on my second order and when I realized I had ordered incorrectly, I emailed the NeatoShop. They responded within 24 hours, and quickly resolved my problem.
I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

So, as a customer from Germany there was a small issue regarding my order. Always a bit problematic, but the customer service was very nice and on top of the game. With a lot of information, which didn't feel like an automated answer, the shirt I ordered arrived a couple days later. I'm definitely gonna buy from them again, rarely felt that appreciated by a shop. 10/10 would by again.

I ordered a shirt from here (after checking my own size requirements, mind) and found it to be a bit too small (the world really needs Medium+/Large- options). After emailing them asking if I could return it for a replacement/get a discount for one, they just shipped me a Large for no additional cost or even asking that I send it back! Repeat customer right here.
They also have a size chart lot and of options for material (go for Ringspun, the extra comfort is definitely worth it) and the prices are competitive.

I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my son. My sons came in and was perfect, mine however was extremely small. When I wrote to NeatoShop to see where to return the shirt too, they told me no need and to keep the original and donate it and they would reprint another one in my size and send it at no charge! This is an exceptional company! Well done NeatoShop!

I ordered a shirt from these guys to see how it fit, which it did greatly once I got it. Unfortunately someone stole the package and I found the discarded envelope and packing slip. I spoke with Alex who quickly had another shirt printed for me and shipped out immediately to my work address. Got the shirt, the print looked great, it washed nice with no fading. Very happy with my purchase will be making another purchase in the next few weeks. :)

The print quality is very good and the price for such quality is not high, given that this is not the most popular store

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and their customer service was great in helping me. The quality of the shirt print looks good too. (Along the way, I learned that they do the printing personally, rather than outsourcing the shirt printing to someone else.)

I've ordered several times from this site because I really like some of their designs. That being said, shipping times are measured not in days, or even weeks but MONTHS. Will be looking at other options with faster shipping times for future orders.

I just placed my 1st order with NeatoShop and, I have to say, the customer service there is AMAZING! I messed something up on my order and I wrote them ~~ and not only did they get back to me very quickly, they remedied the situation AND without any extra charge or delay in preparing my order! I was expecting an order of a shirt prior to my move out date on an apartment rental, and it didn't happen due to back ups at NeatoShop. I explained the situation to them, saying I'd be out of the apartment before the shirt arrived and politely asked for a refund. Alex at NeatoShop not only offered to send another shirt to my new address in another city but also offered a bonus shirt for the inconvenience. Unparalleled customer service like I haven't received in years! Definitely recommend and will shop again.

I ordered couple of ringspun t-shirts with prints and really like the quality. The base t-shirt is "Next Level" brand with 100% cotton tag. I also changed my delivery address in the middle of the service and received the confirmation email right away. They changed the delivery service provider to fit my requirements with no extra charge and provided the tracking info.
This small business is doing a great service so I think they need positive feedback as a support.

My experience with customer service was awesome. The shirts were good quality. This is my 3rd time using this NeatoShop company, and I have never been disappointed. Would definitely advice to anybody who likes graphic T-shirts.

I recently ordered a couple of shirts from Neato Shop. They arrived as promised, and the prints are of a very high quality. Colors are well aligned, image is well placed and accurate to the site, etc. The price is arguably on the high side, but you really do get what you pay for for. I generally prefer supporting a small business like this. Either way, buying the cheapest thing possible usually isn't the same thing as getting the best value, and NeatoShop is a great *value*.

That opinion was justified by an interaction with customer service. I ordered one shirt from an order in the wrong size, which was my fault. When I contacted them, they responded very quickly and personably. They also provided an outstanding resolution to my issue with no hassle whatsoever. And *that* rare experience is why I'll definitely be ordering more stuff from this place in the future.

Its always scary ordering stuff online but this store is awesome. Ive bought $100+ and still buying... LOL. They have more designs than any other store and they use a really nice Ringspun shirt way way better than Gilden. The graphics are light so you don't feel like your e walking around with a piece of melted plastic on your chest all day. Bottom line way cooler designs, cool customer service and way better quality than anything from Hot Topic or Amazon.

These guys are legit. I order the wrong size shirt by mistake and when I told them what happened they sent me another shirt completely for free. Also the shirt was exactly as advertised and looked amazing. Once I get paid again I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Excellent t shirts. I had an issue with the size of a t shirt. I'm from the UK so wasn't sure how to go about sending it back for a different size. I contacted the shop and they were so helpful. They are shipping me another one straight away. No questions asked, no issues. Will definitely be using the shop again. Absolutely superb products and the best customer service I've ever had.

Print quality is exceptional, and colors are vibrant and really pop. The prints are also large and fill the shirt, unlike other shirt sites I've tried.
