The management here is untrusting of the employees. Most of us are consistently micromanaged because managers have a terrible and ineffective management style. Instead of investing in the employees by providing better resources and sufficient training and support, they choose to micromanage us and watch our every move. The management should change its approach if it wants to see better results.
