I love the cute prints and the comfort (they are like t-shirt material). They stretch and give as needed through the night. After a couple of washings I've noticed slight shrinkage, but not unreasonable. I found the pants tend to hit me closer to mid calf than near the ankle as depicted in the picture. The elastic holds it up just fine. The downside is however it's a bit expensive isn't it?
Last night, I took my son to Neiman Marcus in Tyson's Corner to go shopping in the Purple Brand area. He was celebrating his sweet 16 and had received many gift cards. While we were shopping, an elderly white lady with glasses kept following us. Despite others trying to get her attention, she seemed solely focused on us. After I complained to someone, she finally asked if she could help us. We declined, saying we were just looking, but she continued to pretend to be on the phone and follow our every move. My son ended up purchasing a hoodie but felt uncomfortable and targeted due to the lady's behavior, so we left.
Do not buy this machine, it broke 3 times in 10 months with minimal use, one time catching on fire. The worst thing is that Neiman Marcus Customer service, requests payment for service calls - while the machine is on warranty.
Fantasy Gifts: *******@neimanmarcus.com is avoiding calls, customer service managers are equally unimpressive in their offer to help. I am not stuck with fully paid liability.
If you really want this vending machine, get it from a no name vendor for 10th of a price. Check out Alibaba

I tried to buy a pair of $5000 Roberto Coin gold and diamond earrings. They were advertised on line Sunday Dec 4th in the evening. $5900 less 20%. Tried to order today Dec 6, called the customer service phone number, lady could not do the order since she told me sale ended this morning at 9am. Her supervisor Monique Whitehead could do it but I had to send her a picture of the ad, she could not receive the email because of her spam filter nor could the other representative Melanie Fanning. What a joke they wanted me to prove it was on sale, bad bad bad service for a company selling high end merchandise calling itself Nieman Marcus. John Butler
NM is an addiction my wallet is still reeling from, but this site has fantastic goods and even better service. Customer service is well trained and knowledgeable- the pricing is the best during sales. Just wonderful like the stores.
My order was never delivered. After numerous calls and chats to get an answer as to where my order was (almost a month later) they still couldn't tell me anything. Supervisor was just as bad at answering any questions. All the company had to do was communicate with me on any updates on my situation and all would have been good. I wasted approximately 4-5 hours on hold to get nothing. I will never order from Neiman Marcus again and I will be sure to tell everyone to be aware of purchasing online with them.

Okay packing. Neat and pretty, but no plastic bag to protect the item from weather or a leaking package.
The fit was very good. I worried when, as a size 10, I had only an 8 - 10 choice. A 10 to 12 in regular sizing is usually best for me. The long jacket fit well with extra room more like a 10 - 12. In vanity sizing, like Alfred Dunner, I wear an 8.
The long jacket is quilted brocade with pleather trim. The duster is made of quality materials and well constructed. Since it is princess seamed, it provides a smooth fit, but if you have a very large bust, you may want to go up a size. I am just a bit busty and the jacket fits me well.
I did not need to deal with customer service, so cannot comment on that area.

The don't have the most accessible or user friendly website and the online deals are few and far between. It doesn't rival the experience of shopping in-store. I would much rather visit a brick and mortar store. It is a much more pleasurable experience.
Company will tell you they have sent order and it isn't even sent. I bought some skin cream and it arrived way after it was supposed to. It wasn't the end of the earth, but don't be deceptive. This is not a company you ever want to do business with.
Subpar service. They pride themselves on not being Nordstroms but Nordstroms way out does them on service, return policies, service, alterations, service, transparency etc.
Better service at Zara and that is not saying much.

I'm busy working full time and raising kids- so I don't have time to shop. I buy most of my clothes here or from the lastcall site. The discounts are great, clothing is of high quality and offers selection and if it doesn't fit, returns aren't a problem.
The order was shipped late, shipping was supposed to be next day, fedex had delays due to "weather" even though my area wasn't affected, the shoes finally came in. Here's the best part, my Versace Trigreca sneakers had been worn, no tags were attached or in the box, there were an extra pair old black soles that did not fit in the shoes. I requested an exchange and was told that because I used affirm I would have to return via fedex ground and wait for roughly a week for the funds to be sent to affirm and then after affirm processed the refund I could purchase another pair of shoes. Absolutely not. I use affirm and PayPal to protect my purchases and should be treated the same as other customers. This is something I expect from a Walmart or similar department store not $900 versace designer sneakers.
I just went in my local NM to purchase my favorite lip gloss. As I was checking out, the credit care machine asked me if "I wanted to donate to LGBTQ+ to support human rights"! Are you kiding me! With all the other legitimate charities in the world this is what you are asking your clients to donate towards. I find this repulsive and offensive, you have lost a client and I will be fighting and supporting every against this woke agenda, perhaps you should understand your client base before doing this. Hope you go down just like Anheuser-Busch.
I will never order from Neiman Marcus again! They used to be the best, and now they are terrible. They did not send an item that was ordered (it was not out of stock at the time), and when I called and let them know (after 30 minutes on the phone), they told me the item is now out of stock and they will process a credit. The customer service is TERRIBLE and the wait time unacceptable for an easy fix.
This place doesn't deserve even 1 star out of 5. Terrible experience. I've returned full price item, got the refund back in a gift card form. Ok, nevermind.
Then, I used this gift card which I actually didn't need, just decided to save mine and their time. I've used this gift card + additional amount from a card. They canceled part of the order as the item they had online was out of stock. Sent me 10% of the cancelation amount as a refund in check form (why?) and now when I'm checking my banking statement 3 months later I see I never got the rest of the amount (which is almost 200$).
Guys, seriously. You have only expensive sh*t on your page, why the whole system is so messy?

I bought a $62.00 bottle of Dior Airflash Spray Foundation. I used it twice and it quit spraying. Customer service wouldn't work with me fairly at all. They said I could order another can of $62.00 foundation with a small discount. I offered to return my can so they could see I was being honest and felt a replacement was fair and just from a high end department store but both the rep and the manager were very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop at Neiman Marcus again! BUYERS BEWARE!
I returned a mail order gift that didn't fit my love. I had to purchase the gift from a different store. I paid for the original gift from NM using my credit card. NM sent a check to my love as a refund instead of crediting my account.
I won't use NM for gifts in such a manner - too much confusion was caused here.
I ordered an over $10,000 bed in June 2022 from them. In November, I was told the bed was being shipped to me. On 12.9.22 the bed was delivered to me WITHOUT the headboard, footboard and side rails. How multiple companies (Neiman Marcus, Bernhardt and Sun delivery) review a order and no one notice THERE IS NO BED is beyond me. I still have yet to receive my bed. Smh
January 2,2023: It was supposed to be delivered today between 8am-8pm. I take off work, make the appropriate arrangements, stay at home all day only for them to say can they come later at night. No, we agreed on between 8 and 8. I have other obligations and besides I don't feel comfortable having two strange men in my house this late. Why can't you deliver during the time we agreed upon seeing how long I've been waiting. You can't come during a 12 hour window? I've sent numerous emails requested a supervisor to call me and heard nothing. It's pathetic!
I can't say enough... I had an issue with a perfume I purchased, it was from the Creed collection. The perfume was expensive and although it smells good on my friend, it smelled awful on me, it just didn't go with my chemistry. I went to a local Neiman Marcus and tried other perfumes from the creed Collection and found one that went well with my chemistry. I love that they did the exchange for me. My choice for me is Love in Black.
Yes things are more expensive there, but the service is excellent and you get what you pay for.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered and paid for sunglasses in April. I have not received the sunglasses I ordered. I have received numerous standardised email, reassuring me that they are posted, or that they investigating the problem, or it is a problem with the local post office. All emails have turned out to be lies. I have lost hope that I will ever receive the glasses I ordered. But I can warn other potential customer. Beware

Not worth the few dollars less for a hassle. You have to prepare twice the money for a purchase because they hold the amount in bank until items shipped out. Then you will be deducted upon shipping and the amt. Earmarked for purchase returned after only up to 5 business days! Until then you are literally for twice the amount!
I placed a simple order for 3 shirts to be picked up at the store. When I arrived only 2 of the 3 shirts were there both of which were not what I had ordered. After some research the employee figured out that, even though it was a single order, the 3rd shirt was sent to another store 75 miles away. In summary I ordered 3 items and NM sent 2 that were wrong and the 3rd to the wrong place for a perfect 0% satisfaction rate. Pathetic!
I recently bought Chloe Aby handbag on line and was so excited because I bought $2190 bag for almost 75% off.
But guess what? When I opened the box... I find a Tory Burch tote without any tags! I was like What?! So I immediately called the online store and explanied what happened. The manager told me that Chloe Aby bags are sold out and what would I want to do. I was like well first of all I want to return Tory Burch Tote and get the Chloe one because I already paid for it but got the same answer Sorry, we are sold out.
How can a store like Neiman Marcus send a customer the wrong merchandise? So now I have to waste my time by going to the store to return the wrong bag!

Sometimes it takes me a little while to make a decision about certain purchases. I enjoy being able to shop in a brick and mortar store, try on a product before I purchase it, and have the convenience of making returns in person. With Neiman Marcus I can shop in the store but not feel forced to make a purchase right then and there. I can try on something for size and touch the product to feel for quality and then I can go home and make my purchase online! This works perfectly for me! And, if I change my mind, I can easily take my purchase in to the store for return or exchange.
