I love the cute prints and the comfort (they are like t-shirt material). They stretch and give as needed through the night. After a couple of washings I've noticed slight shrinkage, but not unreasonable. I found the pants tend to hit me closer to mid calf than near the ankle as depicted in the picture. The elastic holds it up just fine. The downside is however it's a bit expensive isn't it?
Last night, I took my son to Neiman Marcus in Tyson's Corner to go shopping in the Purple Brand area. He was celebrating his sweet 16 and had received many gift cards. While we were shopping, an elderly white lady with glasses kept following us. Despite others trying to get her attention, she seemed solely focused on us. After I complained to someone, she finally asked if she could help us. We declined, saying we were just looking, but she continued to pretend to be on the phone and follow our every move. My son ended up purchasing a hoodie but felt uncomfortable and targeted due to the lady's behavior, so we left.
I ordered 1 coat online, they called me, left voice mail, couldn't process my card,. I made new purchase, the same coat and used different card, they emailed me again, they couldn't process card, so I called back and BOOM... my card worked... but... they charged me twice. Tried to call the store, was on hold for almost 40 mins, and still didn't get a good answer, why I've been charged twice. Thought the store is a good quality and great service, turned out... opposite. No more!

Ordering process was amazing, shipping was delayed slightly because of the christmas season but it was handled expertly when inquired about it and the packaging was extraordinary as well as gift wrapping
I ordered a $115.00 bottle of Jo Malone cologne and when I received it there was only a naked bottle in a plastic bag. It was not in a factory sealed packaged box. It was as if they shipped me a tester unit. It was intended as a gift. Even if you buy a fragrance from Walmart, Kmart, CVS or a street vendor selling fakes they are sealed in boxes.
I was very disgusted.
I used Neiman Marcus to shop for a "luxury" handbag for the first time. Let's say this is not what I was expecting. I made an online order for pick up on December 18th 2022. It is now January 3rd of the NEW YEAR, and still no word on what's going on with my package. Every single time without fail when I reach out to customer support via text through their website, or over the phone, I keep getting told the same thing, "It will be shipped the next day" and guess what? The item never does! This is the most frustrating experience I've had and I'm a first time buyer. I was really hoping for much speedier shipping times. Going on 3 weeks and I'm just hoping that it will be shipped soon. This is just ridiculous. Why won't they call another NM who has what I ordered and have THEM ship it out instead of inconveniencing the customer to cancel their order, wait for a refund and re-order. I'll update to let you know if I EVER receive my package. So far, I do not recommend.

I ordered 2 designer sandals and 2 shoes. 2 of them were cancelled, but when I ordered them online, it said on the website that there were 2 pairs remaining. And btw, I haven't gotten my money back. The other 1 is back order and the one for my husband was an Off white brand sneakers which we had to return. We received 2 right foot shoes with 2 different sizes. One was so dirty and used, and the other one was brand new.

After the comments on their Facebook about bad experience with customer service, the management fixed the problem. The major problem in their customer service are:
They don't have any problem solving skills. You want problems to be fixed, and they don't make effort to fix it, just telling you to return your order.
They also don't have basic math skills. That can be related to lack of job training too. No logical thinking either. They can't do simple task like doing price adjustment.
Another problem is they lie to the customers. When I called to double check if they did price adjustment for me. The staff said I can do it for you. I asked "did the staff I talk to earlier do it?" The staff answered " yes, she did it, I will do it for you again." If the staff did it earlier, why you need to do it again. The bunch of lies.
The staff in their customer service are not helping their company to grow. They are their to destroy the company.
I ordered a perfume online and they sent me the perfume unwrapped and the box was open? I then call them to get an exchange for their mistake. I ship my perfume back and without my knowledge, they charge my card again for an exchange.
I ordered online and it has been over a month and I still have not received my shipment. When call customer service you are on hold for 20-30 minutes. They out source the customer service so someone from a foreign country will answer. When you get in touch they do not have any information and cannot help you. They ask to place you on hold to get their manager and you have to wait another 30 minutes. They also purposely disconnect you and you have to call again and start the process again. They are the worst to deal with. I still have no answers and do not know when I will get my shipment. They do not care and they outsource everything. Horrible and will never do business with them again.

Worst online customer service. Tried to chat with online CS. First agent was assigned after 4 minutes of waiting. (3.22 entered into chat, 3.26 pm agent was assigned, 3.29 no reply from the agent).
2 nd attempt today 3.33 pm entered into chat, they said waiting time is 2 minutes, but until 3.55 no agent is assigned. What a wasted 22 minutes

Don't fall for the gift card campaigns, it's legit a scam. They will either tell you that the sale hadn't started yet (even though you put in a valid promo code) or they will send you one that is empty.
I purchased a $800 watch from Neiman Marcus online in early January 2016. I was sent a different watch than what I ordered, same brand, wrong color. I called customer service and returned the watch. On January 15, I received an email confirming the receipt of the return and a credit to my credit card. On February 24, more than 1 month later, I received an email informing me that I have been charged $800 since I have decided to keep the watch. I called customer service and was told that a credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. I called customer service again on March 1 and again on March 10, each time was told a credit would be issued withing 2 to 3 days. It is now March 17, still no credit, no watch and I am out $800. I contacted AMEX and am currently disputing the charge back. Neiman Marcus is beyond incompetent when dealing with issues like the one I am having.
Today my daughter and I were looking for a rehearsal dinner, an after ceremony dress and a suit for myself. After having no luck in finding someone who wanted to help I ran into Daniel. He was very pleasant and he asked what we were looking for. He listened attentively and showed several outfits. He was very professional and didn't lose interest or dropped us when we couldn't find the size or color we wanted. He also tried to find us the item online but it wasn't available. I opened an account at NM at 2AM EST and I called to get my credit limit since it is not indicated on credit approval. Nevertheless, the agent states my account was opened the day before but I could still qualify for the 5000 points. I called again to check the status of my order an again was told the points will show. Now its 5 days later still no points. The third agent says I opened the account the previous day at 11:30 pm and the points cant be added but a request will be submitted to the marketing team. Its a bunch of BS and false advertising. Make sure youre in the right time zone when you apply for these marketing schemes. I wont be spending anymore money with NM and may return my purchase. Thanks for this useless card NM!

I ordered a chemise to be shipped to Singapore and inside the box is a Mens Givenchy Jacket that has been shoved like it's garbage. I waited a couple days wondering if NM is going to contact me about the wrong item shipped. Nothing! I sent the item back and it's been almost a month and still waiting for my credit to show up. Other online retailers (Netaporter/MatchesFashion/MyTheresa/Farfetch) with an International shipping platforms do not take a MONTH for refunds. Avoid Neiman Marcus if you live outside of the United States.
Ive been NM customer for decades because they used to have excellent customer service. Now they are unresponsive, uncaring and lack ordinary common courtesy toward their loyal customers, particularly in their SF couture Department. Alice Steinmiller, the Couture Department Manager, never returned my calls. I contacted Shannon Blunden, the Assistant Store Manager, who also didnt return my calls as she promised. The issue is that I need to replace a $27,500 coat I bought at NM, but they no longer carry high-end coats. When I asked for their help finding a similar-priced cost at one of their other stores, they simply ignored me. They dont want my business and their behavior is unprofessional and inexcusable, to say the least.
Terrible experience here. I bought a jacket that was over $2k. Alexander McQueen. I wore it ONCE. It was not the right color, and we had to wear logo colors, so I tried to return it. After ONE wear, the jacket apparently had sweat stain DAMAGE (cheap material?) and part of the button color had come off! Really? $2k? What WASTE. The worst part? Of course, NON-RETURNABLE due to this damage after just ONE wear. Don't EVERY buy Alexander Mc Queen and I will NEVER shop Neiman Marcus again.

If you are willing to spend $2k on a fabulous jacket for work trade shows, it had better be stellar quality and you need to be able to use and rely on it for more than ONE use! If ti's not up to par we need a FULL REFUND not to be told that because the quality sucks we can't return it.

I attempted to place an online order for two hours but could not get to my checkout site. I wrote to customer service who suggested I try LiveChat. I was disconnected once and the second time I gave my phone number and email address in case I was disconnected. I spent 15 minutes online and was disconnected. There was no attempt to communicate with me. I then connected with them again, but the salesperson - Val - was no longer logged in - he had disappeared along with my order. The next person could not find my order. I tried to make a phone order but the item I was looking for was now sold out - three hours in total, so not surprising. There was no attempt by Customer Service to rectify this.
I recently spent over $1000. 00 on skincare purchases at Neimans online and there was one gift with purchase that did not add onto my cart. So I called and texted them and they told me that its one gift with purchase which is a TOTAL LIE because out of so many items I purchased it only comes with one tiny free sample gift? Other retailers like Saks, bloomingdale's and Nordstrom pile you with free gifts! They don't give a crap about customer loyalty AT ALL
I found there were no reviews when I purchased lobster items on Neimans website. I would like to have posted but they would not allow. I wanted to post my review of the items I purchased but they will not allow it. If you purchase anything regarding lobster go to the Hancock gourmet lobster company and read the reviews there. It would be nice to have read their reviews before I purchased from Neimans.
I used to shop at Neiman Marcus, not minding that I paid a little extra for class and creativity. I used to love this store until I found out that it sold Dina Mackney jewelry. Dina Mackney and her murdering mob connected father singlehandedly drove her husband Chris Mackney to commit suicide because she left him without contact to their two children and completely penniless. If this is the kind of class that I pay for at Neiman Marcus, I can spend my money elsewhere and not support murderers.
They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes and waited 2 weeks, I had to call them just to get answers and they weren't helpful at all, they offered a refund, but I really really want those shoes! They are horrible, they don't even contact you when they are wrong for their mistakes. So I just ordered the same shoes that i want in www.robecart.com and I'm surprise because the service is fast and the quality is perfect.
Someone used my credit card to make a phone purchase of a $6,000 Chanel handbag. Had my CC # and sent it to my co-op address. Someone signed the Fedex tablet with my name (but not my signature). The co-op has a computerized package receipt system and the log shows no packages arriving for me that day. Neiman Marcus insists that it was me dispite all the facts. The Fedex signature was on a Tuesday at 10:14 in the morning. I'm in a different state working at my desk at that time. Neiman Marcus refuses to relinquish the charge. I'm now stuck with a $6,000- charge on my Chase credit card and Chase keeps telling me that Neiman Marcus says it's a valid charge. I had never been in a NM store before. This is ridiculous. My cards aren't worth $6k each. They are the big beating up on the little and something should be done. I didn't order it, I didn't receive it. Some little $#*! in their Short Hills store won't take the blame so I am stuck with it. Someone please help!

The location is so difficult confusing. Other thing the hours open is super short they close at 7:00 Other programs. They have like 3 sale associates on floor nobody assistant for helping. The lady was helping to me she was so rude and so disrespectful to me and my kids. It seems like " Human Resource " in Nemans never evaluated their associates saller. They are so disrespectful to customers in this location.
