I love the cute prints and the comfort (they are like t-shirt material). They stretch and give as needed through the night. After a couple of washings I've noticed slight shrinkage, but not unreasonable. I found the pants tend to hit me closer to mid calf than near the ankle as depicted in the picture. The elastic holds it up just fine. The downside is however it's a bit expensive isn't it?
Last night, I took my son to Neiman Marcus in Tyson's Corner to go shopping in the Purple Brand area. He was celebrating his sweet 16 and had received many gift cards. While we were shopping, an elderly white lady with glasses kept following us. Despite others trying to get her attention, she seemed solely focused on us. After I complained to someone, she finally asked if she could help us. We declined, saying we were just looking, but she continued to pretend to be on the phone and follow our every move. My son ended up purchasing a hoodie but felt uncomfortable and targeted due to the lady's behavior, so we left.
I feel completely scammed by Neiman Marcus after purchasing an order online that was not received. On top of that took them a month to realize that they never send me mine order.
Neiman Marcus is the Scrooge of Christmas! Those scumbags assured me up and down that my advent calendar was coming and that it was in stock and my order would ABSOLUTELY NOT be cancelled, and guess what? Best part is they did not even notify me, I had to search it out for myself. First year in 16 years that my kids don't have a fun advent calendar. If they had just been honest with me 3 days ago when we talked I could have scrambled and found another, or filled a wooden one I had, but NOOOOO, they assured me it was going to be overnighted and I would get it Tuesday. What complete jerks!
I tried to order items for Christmas from Neiman Marcus online. It started off hopeful – then turned into a challenge quickly. First, the banner at the top of the website is wrong. There is NO free shipping. Second, when shipping items to multiple addresses, the page keeps reverting to the sender's address, causing you to have to re-select the actual address (you JUST entered)…. Again and again (especially for multiple recipients.) I had ten items going to 8 locations. This turned into a tedious back and forth task double checking and correcting addresses. Then, once I was certain all the information was STILL correct…. I placed the order. Low and behold, they omitted an item on the summary (although the item count at the Order Summary charge showed 10). The online chat was slow and no real help. I called CS and they were able to confirm all ten items, but they had two of the same item going to one person. UGH! They did fix it by canceling that one item…and reordering it. BTW – my email confirmation only showed ONE ITEM! This is totally messed up! Taking my holiday business elsewhere for the remaining items I need. Lastly, this order process took nearly an hour and a half (not very efficient!) and totaled nearly $1000. Beware ordering online from NM. Might be faster to just call or visit a store!

They are prejudice I didn't receive my order and was told I couldn't get a replacement nor refund because fedex took a pic of the item being delivered to my correct address no signature no person item left at door I live in apartment complex and was supposed to have been delivered during my work hours while I wasn't there and I live alone I will never shop with them again I'm out of 900 dollars and it was for a wedding reception

Attempted to call the Northpark and Houston store. Could not reach anyone no matter how many times I was put on hold and no one answered. I don't know how many times I have attempted to make a purchase with a store and unable to reach an associate. Lines are busy, store managers not picking up, counter managers aren't in the store, I don't have the time. CAN YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER NEIMAN? I will shop a reputable store. Even corporate won't pick up. Really?!?!?

Tried to get assistance from calling the Troy store. My rep told me to call the store for an explanation on what happened with my order. Phone operators said they transferred the call. I was on hold for 5 minutes after attempting to reach anyone- i hung up and called back 8 times. Manager or anyone.still no one answered. I was on the phone for 20 minutes to try to resolve an issue. I called Dallas.the "corporate" store. What a joke. Same crap. How does this company stay in business? If you shop there, use a point person to call if you have problems and even then, no one apologizes if they have problems with fulfilling orders. It just happens.really? More than once this happened to me and they just came up with excuses. I told my girl to tell her manager I am not shopping there anymore. She said she did and still no apologies. Very unprofessional. Guess they don't care if they lose a customer.
Received my first red bottoms for Christmas but they were wrong size so I went to the store to find out what my size was. The sales person had no knowledge, telling me what my size was when I knew better than to agree with him. So we ordered the shoes, they came in a week later, still snug but the sales person assured me that they are supposed to be tight since they stretch out over time. My foot was spilling out of them and toes curled up. I was at Neiman Marcus after all and wanted to appear sophisticated as not to argue with "knowledgable" sales person. Got home tried them on, too small. Went to the store again asking for shoe manager. She placed an order in front of me, the order arrived with my red bottoms damaged, no red bags. Nothing. So disappointed. Who spends that much money on shoes to go through all this trouble?!?! So the person who gave me the shoes wants nothing to do with Neiman Marcus ever again and neither do I. At this price point you expect excellent service and quality. Shame on you Neiman Marcus. Gave you three attempts and a complete failure from your part.

I ordered a YSL purse on December 21st online. As of December 28th my order has not been shipped. I contacted CS on December 28th and was told i would receive my item on January 5th.I noticed on January 4th my order has not shipped so i called and canceled my order and was told it would take up to 3 days for my account to be credited. On January 5th i received an email stating i will receive my item on January 10th. I called CS and spoke to Tanya and she stated that my order couldn't be canceled because it was in process of shipping.BS lie if i canceled 3 days ago why is it in the process of shipping and it's still in the warehouse why can't i cancel. They do not have this item in stock. Just admit it

I have to get really mad to posts reviews and neiman Marcus has infuriated me. I purchased an expensive Valentino bag online and then a friend told me that the bag is 60% off at Saks and Barneys and 4 other retail stores. Since I placed the order already I would assume with all the money I spend at neimans and I'm a good customer they would price match because they say they will.
Saks and Barney's and harrods had a couple of bags left. I emailed neiman Marcus the link but by the time almost 2 days later they reviewed it the bags were all sold out. The same exact bag. They are claiming they cNt price match unless its in stock. I would have bought the bag yesterday or the day before somewhere else. They have proof of the bag being 60% off at more then 4 competitor stores. They are selling this bag and tins of other full price. This is disgusting and the fact that they won't price match is horrific since they were in stock when I originally contacted them.
There customer service is horrible no wonder the stores look like they are going to $#*!. Maybe they are going bankrupt. They are ripping off customers left and right. I will NEVER shop here again. I have worked in retail as a manager and this is appalling.
I WENT ON LINE AND ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES FOR $110. I GAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND THEN WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. I NOTICED THEIR WAS A HOLD ON $110 FROM MY BANK. I went to Neiman Marcus I told the cashier I want a Gucci clutch she said oh we don't have this one in stock but i can order it for you so I said okay that's fine I received the bag within a week or so they totally sent me the wrong bag the one I had ordered was around $1100 the one I received was for $1600 so I took it back and told them this isn't the bag I ordered so the lady told be well that can't be we can never send you a wrong bag it's not possible I'm standing there staring at her face like wtf are you serious right now. Anyway she told me since her manager is not here she can't do anything but we're going to "investigate" to see how this happened. So I did paperwork and they kept my bag and said they will get back to me by Monday It was such a nightmare I felt like they thought I stole the bag or something I would never buy anything from this store ever again!
Most slowest and unprofessional customer care department store i ever seen in my ENTIRE life!, when you ordering on line, it take take 5-7 das just receive email confirmation and trucking number, they lost some items and never informed me was waiting delivery 10 days, canceling order without informing clients, lost few items was never delivered and they never inform customers till you start to call them.

I ordered something from Neiman on 11/26. I realize it's the holiday season, so I wasn't expecting my item to come super fast. We are now at 12/14 and I still have not received the item. I have talked with their CS team multiple times and have basically been lied to every time. I was first told the item would arrive on 12/7. Well, that came and went. I was next told 12/10, then 12/13, then I was told that it would ship on 12/14 and arrive on 12/15. It's 4 p.m. East Coast time and my item still hasn't shipped, so I contacted them again and was told it would arrive 12/16. I have repeatedly told the CS team that I keep getting told different days every time I write. One lady even told me that the dates were just estimates. Ok, but they keep changing them. Why not just tell me you have no idea? To make matters worse, according to their website, I could place the order again today and have it delivered with free 2-day shipping. If that's the case, where is my order? Their CS team sucks and so does their shipping. I will never order from here again. Never!

There were some interruptions in the ordering process and I was wondering why didn't I receive a confirmation email. Payment was done through Paypal. Called Customer Service to clarify the purpose of this letter, and ended up with absolutely HORRIBLE customer experience
The person who answered the phone (didn't state her name) was extremely rude, spoke obnoxiously, and when I asked her to be more specific about the topic we discussed she asked me: "What is your language? What country you were born and raised?". That was totally inappropriate and sound like interrogation.
Lately, when I talked to the supervisor of the customer service, she refused to provide the name of the rude employee and was not polite either.
It is unbelievable that so called high end retailer has so poorly trained customer service.
I've been Neiman Marcus customer for 20+ years and was always pleased by their efficiency and excellent customer service. Well, it is all in the past, the things got changed and not in a good way. This company stoop way too low. I will definitely stop shopping in this store and will share this awful experience with as many people as I could.
I told myself after my last unpleasant online shopping/ return experience with NM that I wouldn't ever go though that again…well I DID and the one positive thing I can say about them is that they are consistently lousy at returns… I sent my return ( which was impossible to track) …20 days later & still no refund, I call customer service and I'm told I need to wait 10 more days…. Finally I told them I was going to have to have the charge reversed through my credit card company and whalaa, I got my refund. Avoid a headache and shop somewhere else.

Ordered the same brand of shoe, same size. Received different sizes after 2+ week wait for some. Returns extremely difficult - orders can't be found when you're logged in, only a single shipping label provided even if 3+ separate shipments were received (making it really difficult to send back), customer service wait time is long and service is rude.
MY boyfriend loved the gown and it's a great and comfortable dress. Also great if you're trying to hide a tummy... it doesn't make you look frumpy... great buy!

Terrible experience. I paid $200 for shoes for my wedding, a few months later I was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy and have very little feeling in my feet accompanied by poor balance so these 3 inch wedges just weren't a great idea. I decided to chat with a Nieman Marcus agent and see if they would be willing to help me out. The agent agreed to authorize the return as long as I paid the shipping, which I found more than fair seeing as I was months outside of their return window. I pay $25 for 2 day shipping with insurance through the postal service and after if finally makes it to texas it lands in the middle of the snowstorm so an other week passes and my shoes finally arrive for my refund only to be turned away and sent directly back to me because... You guessed it, out of the return window. I chat with an agent and explain the I was told the return was approved and they apologize and say there's nothing they will do for my except refund my shipping costs. So here I sit, no shoes, wedding in 3 months, hopefully they show up by then, and my choice is spend another $200 or so on a second pair and be in this for $400 or risk my crap balance and feet I can't feel forsaking me in the middle of my wedding. All because of a poorly trained agent and a company unwilling to stand by their word. Don't waste your time.
Today i received the item i ordered from NM last week which took only 6 days for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY!
I am quite satisfied and the item is wrapped accordingly.

I am writing to complain about my experience with Neiman Marcus. I placed an order on 2/28 that was $58.59. When I looked into my account the next day, 3/1, I saw I was charged twice for my order. (I had two indentical charges) I called their customer service line to talk about the issue and they claimed they had no record of a duplicate charge and it was an error on my banks end. I called my bank who then notified me I was not charged twice but three times by Neiman Marcus. They said it was an issue on Neiman Marcus' end but still agreed to refund and cancel the extra two charges for me, with no guarantee Neiman Marcus would not try to charge me again. I called your company again after I hung up with the bank to notify them of this issue and they still continued to claim they had no record of more than one charge. I received my order with no further issues on 3/7. I needed to return the order because it did not fit, I returned the order on 3/8 and was refunded on 3/15 the full amount. As of this morning 3/16 I was recharged the $58.59 AGAIN and due to this received an overdraft and a fee on my bank account. This order was so not worth all of the problems I had to deal with and can say I will never use Neiman Marcus again.
