As i said neofinancials can 't do basic such as id verification and password verification.
I have no money in this "bank" since it's nothing but problems to get into account and log in plus they don't know how to verify id on phone professionally and ask dob before other info!
Now they are trying to avoid my review by asking for docs with the trust pilot. The proof is that I have no money there and they have the f proof of conversations in their office since it was a phone conversation (they avoided the email conversations too). They don't answer my last email when i had so many problems... I don't think its possible to prove with docs about this absurdity with neofinancials since communication was not on email and i did not take the screen shots of the trouble with login and temporary pages for etransfers done wrongly.
Neofinancials can't d basic things like proper etransfers since the email was attached to my first bank and messed up my first bank and then when i changed my email... they actually did not take the money but asked me to choose the bank?
So i sad forget it, i will send money to my old bank where i have no problems...
It is hell to manage the password login and id verification is abusive on the phone when they just focus on dob. They refused to get their manage when i wanted to discuss the id verification.
They can't even send emails to verify a new password which was already right in the first place that had to get changed because they have trouble accepting good passwords.
I change my pwords at least 2 times and I did not etransfer any more money there, it was too complicated...
