Ran into an issue where the mining difficulty wasn't updating correctly for my rigs. Support was helpful and responded, but it took a couple of days to get everything straightened out. Would've liked it to be quicker, but they did fix the issue in the end

Honestly, was tired of same old mining pools and wanted something fresh. Neopool is new and way more modern than others I've tried. I like how they listen to miners, even small ones like me. No hidden fees too, what you see is what you get. It's clear they're building something great here. Big respect to the team!
