I ordered a SPANX, booty lifting mid thigh short, in size 3x. I received the delivery. However, to my dismay, a size 2x arrived. The price tag displayed a size 3x, as well as the invoice. The tag attached to the garment itself displayed a size 2x. I attempted to contact customer service, several different times. I heard the same recording, which offered info I didn't need. Net-A-Porter also claims that their customer service is 24 hours; a lie. I then emailed the company. Which proved even more burdensome. They proceeded to ignore my questions concerning their non working customer service. I decided to give the purchase to a friend. By the way, the item was beautifully wrapped. However, I prefer receiving my order in a brown paper bag, as long as it's what I ordered. Net-A-Porter turned me completely off. I thought this was a reputable company.
