Netflix has a rating of 2.5 stars from 1,822 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Netflix most frequently mention customer service, credit card, and good movies problems. Netflix ranks 3rd among Streaming Movies sites.
Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
I love Netflix!
However, I usually only use the "Instant" feature on my Xbox 360. Whether you get the DVD's or view them via the internet, Netflix is always very quick about getting the movie to you! It saves the hassle of driving to and from the movie rental stores and also supports our postal system!
I'm trying to watch an old series on Netflix and it just keeps shutting off.I realize these greedy scumbags need to get paid from every single gle domicile, even though some of our kids are serving our nation and live in other cities and or countries to protect you freedoms, you need to generate qs much money as possible so my son can no longer share my Netflix, hope the 15 or 20 dollars is worth it to your greedy pos..

You should have thought about college kids and military 20 yr Olds that don't live at home, pos
Everyone knows about netflix. In the past, I shipped the DVDs back and forth and it came out to a little over $1 per rental. Now I just use their streaming plan. Their software is available for every capable device, and it works very well. I use the basic streaming plan and can have two people watching separate programs at any given time. There are no limits to how much you can watch other than that, and maybe your bandwidth limitations.
It is only about $8 per month and the selections are vast, plus- they are constantly adding new content. They have many Netflix exclusives. Sometimes I watch movies, shows, or I watch Stand-Up Comedy, Reality, or nature documentaries.
I will continue to be a customer, as long as they keep up what they are doing.
Netflix has never really had very good movies. Proff THey are over stocked with Nicholas Cage movies LOL
Netflix is like the bad section of a video store. Have no idea who picks their movies, but it getting worse. Why raise the price of use, when they make huge profits off already prices./
I've used both the streaming and mail programs Nexflix offers and love them both. We've been using the streaming subscription for almost two years now. Even on slow connection days the video will stream; you may have to take a 10 or 15 minute break to let the video buffer but it's worth it to stay in and have such a huge collection of movies to watch. We do also get the DVD's delivered because most of the new titles are not available via streaming (in fact it's pretty rare that they are). We love Netflix's flexibility and options; they work really great with our families needs.
My wife and I watch netflix almost every night. Just so easy to use and the content is great. We recently watched American Crime Story on the OJ trial and it was fascinating. Also liked stranger things!
Love this streaming service, quite cheap price for the good quality films and serials. There is always something new to watch and watch it with subtitles and in such a way improve your language. Recently I have watched the serial "LaInnocente" - an awesome Spanish thriller, recommended for everyone.
Very disappointed that a error in billing was not corrected. They don't email you with billing charges if you are using a gift card, so there is no way to catch an error till the card is used up. They refused to refund, saying it was my fault however I believe it was their free trial that picked the default program. Not fair!
I have long since abandoned Cable TV. Netflix provides a wonderful service for a good low price. They have always respected my email preferences and privacy (as far as I know). The service is quite fast and the video content is structured well. You can not get "brand new" movies on Netflix, most items are several months old or made for TV type of programs. This would be -1 star but Netflix makes up for that with original programming and their own shows! I am very impressed with a verity of the Netflix originals, Peaky Blinders was quite good, Marco Polo was original and semi-educational, and their comedy specials are quite good. They have limited blockbusters but this is an AAA+++ rating if you alike intelligent videos and shows. Great company, great service, great idea, well worth the small monthly fee.
The show selection sucks, the player is buggy as hell, and that timing out crap is the most useless feature of all. I subscribed simply to cut cable and now I truly regret it. I have already looked into alternative services and am waiting for any of them to be half-competant so my viewing bar may raise 5-6 fold. Come on stand alone HBO go... I'm waiting!
3.75% with almost 1,500 reviews and they called us averagely satisfied... Wow. I call them rip off artists. They started from $9.99 a month and they're up to $30 a month for some regular accounts. Smh two TVs is 15 plus a month... If you all stop paying this garbage they'll stop getting away with this garbage. I got so many other apps to watch shows on and none of them do me the way Netflix does.

Netflix is getting worse and worse every year. Them cancelling popular shows because "they doesn't make enough money" is truly disgusting. Just unsubscribed to their subscription, and you should do that too. What a horrible company.
Netflix is almost perfect - really great shows, really great streaming service, all good. But a lot of titles are missing and some titles dissapear to fast. It would be better if you could save your favorites.
I have been a Netflix customer for six months, and I enjoy the
Quality and variety of their offerings, but service is sketchy.
Sometimes I will be viewing a program and it will just quit and then a little circle comes up and begins going around and never gets past 25%. It could be an issue with my provider (Comcast), but it
Is very annoying.
I must say I was a little leary about using netflix for the first time, but after getting set up I can't help but use netflix instead of my cable! Although I don't get all of the newest shows and movies, I still get a wide variety. I will be getting married soon and our tight budget will not allow a lot of room for the extra things, so we've decided to keep netflix instead of cable! It's great for college kids and others on a tight budget who are wanting to stay afloat during a bad economy!
At first it felt like perusing the selections in the middle of the video store, where the new releases were always on the walls. But as time goes on and my family have all been hooked on the many series offered, I find we are watching cable less and less. If it weren't for sports I would cancel cable. Watch it through Apple TV and get high quality with no streaming problems. The movies are getting better. Watched "the Interview". Thanks Sony, but I didn't think it was worthy of all your problems with Kimmy boy. Netflix is worth the bucks.
I am so tired of watching shows with promises of a second season and then find out they are cancelled. ( the society)The same goes for the movies.(Bright 2) they do what they want. Not what the people want. So many serious and keep getting cut like the show Insatiable. It is really disappointing.

Netflix offers the best entertainment selections. From Netflixes own programming to the wide variety of TV and Movies available for streaming commercial free, why have cable? Netflix and Binge Watching are synonymous with good entertaining anywhere, anytime for 1 low price!
I am very happy with Netflix. Not only me but my kids too. I think their original films and series are first class. The subscription price is good. I don't need to go to the trouble of getting pirate videos. I can download the films I want and watch them later offline. It's perfect! Please don't put the subscription price up. Netflix is the present and future for entertainment.

Netflix is good value for money, they have wide and varied selection of TV and films
I have been a Netflix customer for years. In June my credit card that was used for auto pay was "red flagged" for some reason that no one could explain at netflix customer service. I went to my bank and they saw no action from Netflix attempting payment. I then spoke again with a Netflix customer rep who was so rude. I asked to speak with a manager and was told "no". Finally I did reach a manager and he could not explain or rectify the problem. I am done with them. So many other better choices out there. I can't say I have never been treated so poorly by a so called customer service before. Hulu, here I come!
This site is moderately expensive but they are truthful about every word. However you need to have high computer setting for it i. E. you have to have Windows 7 and high speed internet etc. I recommend tubeplus. It is free and also has all the new releases, granted their quality isn't the best and their advertisements are annoying but I still highly recommend checking Tubeplus before using Netflix.
I signed up for Netflix over a year ago. There are a lot of films, TV series and programs, including those with different professional translations. I watch many new items here. And I watch most of the popular TV shows here faster, and in better quality than anywhere else, plus I am very pleased with the user-friendly interface
Ive had Netflix for 8 years, started at 9.99 Dollar a month. Over the gears if increased to 14.99 and now 18.99. Since i am an Amazon Prime member, i use prime video which is included in the membership anyways. So i cancelled my subscription with Netflix and since this say Netflix is asking me to rejoin. So i asked for a loser price to come back. They wont lower it for people who were with them for years. Not really a way to show that you appreciate longtime customers. There are a lot other streaming channels who are a way cheaper and have a better costumer service.
Using this site is simple; logging on and making changes to account is no brainer. You can even set up parent controls online so when your kids watch they have to type in PIN to unlock.
Changing payment info; starting stopping service convenient without having to re-sign back up again. You can extend easily. Very easy site to use; user friendly.
What I really like about Netflix is the Original Programming! Series like "Stranger Things", "Glitch" and "The Mist" make it worth having. A couple of things I don't like is they take off Movies without warning, and they don't have a lot of the newer TV Series and it takes forever to get new movies. And the cost of it has gone up very quickly! I was paying $8.99 (Which was a lot higher than my son's price of $5.99 but ok, I was a little late to the party) Then in November 2016 it went to $9.99. Then 6 months later in May 2017 it went to $11.99. And now in November of 2017 it goes up to $13.99 so I can have a small amount of shows in HD! I am rethinking the HD thing! So that is over 50% increase in 1 year! Maybe the new Disney Streaming Service will be less expensive. Or maybe Netflix will go down, since it is going to lose all Disney/Marvel/Star Wars movies when the Disney service goes on line (or maybe sooner!)
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
