I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.

Netflix really have upped their game over the last few years. Now that they do their own tv shows without ads, I am a fan for life. I rarely watch any old tv shows and films anymore but I am always looking forward to their own shows.

Ok site. Not enough good 4k movies/content and has missing sequels for movies. For example they will have part 1 and part 4 of a movie, or just part 3 of a franchise, this is so pointless. Also the movie selection on the UK site is pretty dry compared to other countries.

The site is cool overall but those things i mentioned are a little annoying.

I like Netflix except for a few things:

1) When I finish watching a movie, it gives me 3 suggestions but only 10 seconds to pick one. There is no way to stop this count-down without losing the suggestions. This is on my PS3 so maybe it's different for people that view Netflix on other systems.

2) No subtitles in many new movies. Even when half the movie is in a language other than English, I can't turn the subtitles on.

Other than that, I love Netflix!

Except for their occasional down-time involving maintenance that they don't alert users to, I have a good selection of the shows I enjoy though I hope they'll offer more selections where it concerns older films, such as hulu offers.

I don't have cable so I depend on Netflix. There are always great tv shows and movies to watch immediately. Keep your DVD queue filled and they send DVD's right away. Easy to return because the envelope that you receive the DVD in is also used to send it back at no cost to you.

I can never get any help from customer service by calling or using chat. They are clueless and can not understand anything you tell them. They will never tell you a feature is not available on their site and instead they waste your time by running around the issue and suggesting meaningless things to do that never resolves the problem. Netflix has no clue which movies you watched and rated and will continue to show you same movies you rated and watched and suggest you watch again (No i'm not talking about MY LIST) and their staff can not comprehend the issue.

Firstly, I started with a free trial period and watched the most popular serials. But then, I decided to purchase family plan and share it with my family and it was worth it. I am totally satisfied with the service)

I have been using Netflix for a little under a year, and I think it's great for their original series and shows. However, my one complaint is that I feel like they try to have newer movies. A lot of the movies I come across I have either never heard of, or they're old.

I have recently become a member of Netflix. With Netflix I have been watching movies instantly online with my xbox 360 and my blu-ray player. This is very nice and a inexpensive method to see movies. They offer a large selection of movies at a reasonable price. Check it out for 1 month free.

I have been subscribing to Netflex for 17 years. Honestly I don't watch it but a few times a month. Last year Netflix changed the plans and I started paying over $20 per month not that original $7 I started with. I have 2 fire sticks in my house and travel with a third. I was recently stopped during logging into the system and informed that all devices must work within same WiFi address. I called in and was informed that was correct. As a weekly business traveler I enjoy watching my Firestick from the hotels I stay in. Unfortunately Netflex will not be on my Firestick anymore. I am the only person in my household. Only 1 log in a time! Netflix didn't think this through! But on a positive note, I saved $21.64 a month! All my other services are free! Good bye Netflix!

Tip for consumers:
Customer service was not helpful or understanding either! Perhaps if everyone terminated service they will come up with a better way to confirm a “Trusted Device” I could not believe that I would have to have a code emailed to me everytime I logged into my device!

Literally, when it comes to a night time and I'm looking for something to watch, I can never choose because there's literally so much on there. From romance to action to thriller to horror, you have so much choice. Netflix is a great price for what you get and it's great for watching your favourite movies!

Netflix is neat. No late fees, up to 3 DVDs a month, and a numerous selection online to watch instantly. The best part?

If you lose a DVD you obviously have to pay for it, but if you find it within 365 days (Yes a WHOLE freakin year), and mail it back to them, they will refund ALL of the money! How neat! No problems with netflix so far. =]

I have had Netflix for YEARS. All the sudden it starts logging me out of everything and I cannot log back in. I've reset the password multiple times and still cannot sign in. Nobody in my family can log back in now after being signed out and yet we are still being charged every month even after canceling the account.I'm still waiting on a resolution from customer service from 4 days ago.

Better places out there to watch shows. I don't like how they dictate which shows should be renewed, NOT based on the customer but on what Netflix decides, appalling attitude by changing last minute to not renew a show or to pull out after saying they will renew a good show. Starting to feel scammy, I heard something about it being for data. Netflix does not consider the needs of the customer.

Been with Netflix for a few years now - always been exceptionally good - good variety and I love the way it works across all devices and allows you to download movies and series now - which is great for travelling.

Having has Netflix for just over a year now I am pretty certain they have added a total of five films (or as it seems) Not a huge selection if you want newish films as the older ones most people have seen previously! I tend to find myself watching films i have seen a dozen times, the only reason i haven't switched to Amazon just yet is for one reason OITNB! I am hooked with the show! (orange is the new black)

Disgusting tweet made by CEO. No, any man cannot just identify as a female and then participate in professional sports, let alone any man cannot just join a sport and beat the top level women competing. Stop spreading hate and misinformation.

The selection of movies and tv shows have gone so downhill, taken off most of the good content.

Four calls and two and a half hours trying to cancel Netflix that I cancelled a month ago.but Netflix took it upon themselves to keep changing my account. Without my consent.when you cancel. Something that should be the end.but not Netflix.and to get a credit.is almost impossible.what a scam

I have been a fanboy of Netflix just for its quality contents, while no other platforms could entertain us more. But here in 2022, I think Netflix has fewer Contents than its competitors. One of the most viewed and great series like DARK came out of its production. We expect this type of mind blowing movies and series more. And the regional contents should be open for its worldwide subscribers. Other than that, Netflix is always the best.

I was one of the people who never "got" netflix until the rising cost of cable got the best of me and I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be more happy with it. It's like having a full video store at your fingertips. We play netflix through our X-box 360 and even with a sub-par internet connection it works amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone looking to cut the cost of there cable/satellite companies

Who doesn't love Netflix? I have rarely had problems, but when I did they were really responsive - for example, when a disc didn't play they sent out a replacement immediately. Their original content is terrific, their interface is exemplary... Netflix delivers!

I have so much fun watching movies on Netflix. They pay attention to what you watch, even let you rate the movies, and recommend what you might like. You just pay less than $9.00 a month and you can watch movies right on your laptop instantly. As many as you want. Way cool. I'm addicted to it. Lol

It's probably the best service out there. I started using it at the beginning of this year and I don't understand why I didn't do it earlier. Good quality, a wide variety of films and series. I actually think I watch Netflix every day since I bought it :)

Netflix puts fresh excitement into watching. Being able to see foreign series and films, brand new comedy and the latest actors is a wow.The spectrum is broad and the price puts all the commercial ones to shame. Can't do without it.

Recently I have joined this site and they are providing good service. If you join this then you can watch any of the movies online but the only thing is that they are charging a bit from the customers. They are updating the movies every time. In my personal point of view I like this service very much.
