I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.

We pay a huge price just to be told who can use our app or watch our account! That SHOULD NOT BE UP TO NETFLIX! We pay for the damn app! It should be our decision who we want to use our app regardless of where they live. Unacceptable! Netflix needs to get a clue before they lose their clientele to another company. So pissed right now!

I only gave 1 star because it won't allow me to save with none. I cancelled my Netflix approximately a 1yr and 3 months ago. I noticed back in September they were still withdrawing about $10/month and I hadn't used it or thought about it in a year. Since the charge was only about $10/month I had overlooked it. But it had cost me about $120 total after adding it up. I called to cancel it again. The service rep was extremely rude and claimed they could tell if I had called before and that I had never called to cancel; however, he ended up telling me he for sure had it cancelled this time and would put a note on the acct to refund the $120 if I disputed it with my bank. Well my bank can only legally dispute back like 60 days. And come to find out they have continued to take out the fee each month since. I had to put in a stop payment with my bank and am out about $150 total for a service(that has not been returned to me) that I haven't used and was suppose to be cancelled twice now!

Every month Netflixs is requesting a new email address because they are posting the payments to the wrong account They promise a discount on your next time billing yet they take the full amounts and still post to the wrong account. My kids enjoy the service when they can watch my payment was taken on the 10th of November and turned off on the 22nd of November 12days later they have the most incompetent billing department. And they take no responsibility. Irresponsible unconsiderate company out there I would rather go back to cable then play these games every month. I see why firesticks are so popular wow!

The problem with Netflix is most of the movies stay on for moths and are old movies I already have in my video library they push movie contents that you do not want to see, so I set up my preference action movies, and tv shows, well 50% the the movies were children movies, 10% I can deal with that, and then a large content of gay movies was being pushed my home page, great if that's what your like, this content should not be pushed on people so I contacted the customer service on how to remove this content I was told I could not. I cancelled my service, I could not control the content being shown, If I wanted my children to view only children movies they could not, If you want to see free movies visit crackle.com and visit youtube

A great site with a low price. I only watch via my X360, so I don't need the DVD's, I only stream and for $8, I can watch unlimited content. I'll never get why people cry so much. Go buy the X-Files complete series, it costs UPWARDS OF $200! I can watch the whole series and movies for $8. Not sure about you brain-dead monkies, but I'd rather pay the $8 instead of $200.

The reason I've given it 4/5 is because some shows are dated, being 3 or 4 seasons behind, and the movies are usually crappy B ones, but that's fine with me as there are plenty of TV shows to be watched.

If my husband didn't love football so much, we would definitely be replacing our satellite tv service with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. I especially love the shows they come out with like Orange is the New Black and House of Cards.

I think netflix is a big disappointment, they took off 2 shows I liked and I get the feeling now when I call customer service I am being lied to; I looked at another review and it said they wished Showtime and Sony would come back I agree. Why then when I called to ask about them adding the later color Outer Limits like HULU has did the rep. Tell me yeah that's a good suggestion we'll try to get it; how can they if Showtime is finished and I put a review on a great movie site and they just took it off! Also a series I liked is missing several episodes from about 6 seasons.

I love netflix. In Australia, I use to subscribe to the cable television network Foxtel, when I canceled my membership they asked me what the reason. I told them I habe netflix now, and I can watch whatever show I want, anytime I want, and it didn't have annoying ads. The phone operstor tried to change my mind, but a stern "No thank you" got her off my back.

Actually, there are plenty of streaming services in the internet which can be real competitors to this one, however I have never faced anything better. I used lots of streaming services for watching series and movies, however netflix is the best in my list. Susbcription here is pretty low and it affords peopel to watch all the series and movies which are avaliable on this platform. Moreover, if you have a fasmily and you like watching something with your family, you can take out family subscription for several devices. It's pretty convenient and saves lots of time in my opinion.

After being a faithful Netflix subscriber for more than a decade I canceled today both, streaming and disc subscriptions just because of the piece of trash 'The First Temptation of Christ' is. I invite all Christians, Catholics and people who think God should not be mocked to do the same. It is hard and will be hard to live without Netflix but I am sure we will find another option.

I love Netflix but I wish they had better online movies to stream, it feels like they focus too much on TV. However, I did watch Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, and Parks and Rec all on Netflix. Great deal for what you get for sure!

I have had Netflix a long time since the being had no problems until they up and canceled me without me knowing. When I called them to find out why the told me it was because I had said that they were negative on my account which was not true there qwere but they were never on there and I had proof but the were very rude about it and would not help me they said it was my fault

Been using Netflix since as young as I can remember. I cannot believe that the family account I've been on with my mother, father, sister, and brother cannot be shared anymore and my account cannot be used by me all because of Netflixes new rule. I have my own $#*!ing account within the account so I don't see the $#*!ing problem. Netflix is being annoying asf and I can't wait for all the other streaming services (which aren't doing this) to absolutely destroy Netflix in the race of who the general public's favorite is. Because mine definitely isn't them anymore, and I know a lot of ppl feel the same.

After being. A Foxtel customer for many yearsI decided that we were paying too much. We were at the shop and saw Fetch Tv which once connected allowed us to access Netflix. What a joy to be able to watch anything and no commercials under categories. I particularly like crime movies or series and documentaries and have had wonderful viewing. For the small price of $13.00 AUD month in comparison to full access to Foxtel at $179.00AUD a month is a no brainer. Yes some of the series are older than what we saw on Foxtel but now we have so much more to view. Will never go back to Foxtel!

I live in an English speaking country yet Netflix finds its best to provide my country with a Spanish feed. I remember sitting and finally deciding on a movie only to press play and the movie was in Spanish with Spanish subtitles. I was all the way done as the main reason I got rid of my cable company was for the exact same reason.

When I finally contacted a CSR I was told because of some licensing issue with my region and due to the fact that a Spanish company buys the rights, that's the reason we get that particular feed. That was the dumbest thing I ever heard because they just grouped together entirely different countries and nationalities and gave them one product.

I had 4 screens but changed it to 2 and really the only reason I still have Netflix is because I cancelled my cable and I at least get to see The Walking Dead in English. If the language issue is fixed one day that would be awesome, but for now Netflix is a disappointment on my side of the globe.

Every time I try to browse through videos, after 2-3 videos the selection menu freezes. This happens because netflix decided it was a good idea to preview each selection before making the selection. The result of this has made the selection freeze if you browse through it too quickly. Thus, garbage hacktard software has made the experience of looking for a video to watch unbearable and I have canceled my subscription. Stop releasing new features that break your software and maybe I will resub. I have a problem with crappy software (especially when I have to pay monthly for it).

Netflix I think has good service. However I had both streaming and DVD services. I hated the streaming cause there was nothing I was interested in and on the DVD they didn't have the dvd and I was always waiting for one to become available. In my onpinion they do not have the latest movie but pushing old movie which I can get all the old movies from Direct TV. So I cancelled all my service from them and rent the movies I want. Always available when I want them. No waiting.

You will notice almost all new Netflix movies are back buy China. That's how they are getting themselves into China. At other countries expense. Boycott Netflix and their community greed plan!

The on TV app is pretty good other than searching. But the browse, which is easy to search won't ler me watch anything because my briwser is supposedly out of date. I can watch 2 1080p YouTube's simultaneously on my computer, it can handle it. But Netflix blocks it! Boo!

It is a shame that u had to cancel my perfict landing season 2! The show needs to be brought back! It was a good show and you can't let covid19 screw up a good show... It is not to late to continue the show. It is very disappointing... Hope u can bring it back!

Not enough good movie on there. Netflix needs to put the blade movies on there. And better scary movies. All they have are stuff that's not scary, and also needs to put all the jeepers creepers on there to. Even the new on that will be coming out. Like goddammit guys why the $#*! can't u put it on the site. I shouldn't have to go throw the DVD by mail bull$#*!... So plz fix this the Netflix world would be better for me.

Dont bother asking them questions. They do not care what you say. They do not care what you think. They won't answer any questions you have. They will just give you polite platitudes & the run-around. I called, texted, tweeted, facebooked, emailed, & wrote to them to get an answer to a simple yes or no question. They refused. I told them I would cancel my membership if they didn't answer. Apparently they would rather lose a customer than answer a simple question.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect them to care about what you think or have to say.

Aeron from the Philippines was amazing! He deserves a raise!. I'm kinda a dumb blonde, lmao really just ditsy. He was so patient and helped me understand how to manage my devices and walked me through my problem so easily. He was truly great and I appreciate that.
