Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
I have been a member since 2001. For months now, my returned dvds are received by Netflix but the next dvds in my queue (400+ titles) do not get shipped out promptly like they used to. I constantly see the message informing me that the next dvd will be shipped out as soon as possible. So instead of shipping another dvd the same day, there is a delay of one to two business days. When I first called customer service, I was told that the delay is a rare occurrence and not to be concerned. However, now it's happening week after week and I get different answers when I inquire. I used to be able to watch four dvds per week on my 2-dvd plan; now I'm lucky to be able to watch two.
Another issue I have is the availability of newer titles. For example, I have been waiting for "Allied" since last November and for "Fences" since last December. Delays of eights months and counting are ridiculous. Could Netflix be purposely causing all these delays to reduce postal expense or perhaps in hopes of increasing their streaming only subscriptions -- or both?
Great app, i enjoy using netflix they offer alot of great movies, whether they are new or old. They have alot of classic movies and new movies. Their hot picks are really great and also their Tv series too. I love watching That 70's Show, Sons Of Anarchy, Two And Half Man, Breaking Bad and Heroes. For only $8 dollars monthly you get great delas
I wanted to love Netflix - it's so easy. I put my account on hold quite a while ago because I rarely watched the DVDs I ordered right away (maybe 1 a month) and rarely used the junk streaming content - I thought I might get wistful for crap movies and shows and I'd spent so much time feeding their ratings machine, but I didn't. I logged in and canceled my account, sad for the lost ratings. I noticed a charge on my online credit card statement recently and investigated - they had reactivated my account three months ago (yeah yeah, I should be more vigilant with the statements, whatever). When I called, Tayvon said he could only authorize one month of credit but could see I hadn't used it since I placed the hold. I asked to escalate, he put me on hold then offered to give two months credit because his supervisor was busy. He told me I could call my bank and dispute the third charge (likely a policy because AMEX will eat a small charge rather than go to the trouble to dispute it). Ick.
I was a loyal Netflix customer. We started years ago when we got two DVD's a week.
Then we moved and I started seeing two charges on my Mastercard. One at the beginning of the month then another at the end of the month. I thought that perhaps there was a single charge hitting the account early or late. Then I got cancer, the big hairy kind that knocks one out of commission for many months. Once I felt a little better I checked into these charges. I contacted my bank and they suggested canceling one payment and the other would keep Netflix rolling. Then it happened again. This time Discover pulled back my money and canceled the accounts. Immediately Netflix had kicked me off like a bad habit. I called Netflix tonight and it took a full hour to find out they were willing to take more money from me with no thought to the double payments they received for at least 12 months. No discount, no refund. Nothing. With all the streaming networks out there one might think Netflix would at least given me a credit for six months or so but their answer was no. So, I have started my conversation with the world...Buy Hulu, Disney, Max, Amazon Prime. Just to name a few. Spend your hard earned money anywhere but Netflix. They will never see another dime from me. They already stole over $240 from me.

Got rid of Netflix for good
Just site back and relax! This service has everything for my entertainment watching my favorite series. All in one place and with reasonable terms - I love it!
Always find new things to watch. Not much of an actual tv watcher so having Netflix is a plus. Can't wait for the new seasons of all my favorite shows to be released.
Not feeling the whole "the best one" vibe... Yeah, the service is good and has some really great shows to entertain yourself at the weekend evening. But there is nothing "more", you know.
Great variety of entertainment. Has its own programming of excellent shows. Allows your ability to purchase other streaming programming and still pay much less than cable services.
Love this app! Suits my family well! I just wish it had more TV series from nz and oz? But apart from that it is the only app so far to never disappoint!
Amazing streaming service. I am so happy Netflix came around, it really made a difference in the streaming quality of everyone else. Way to set the standard!
I would say this is a good site. Sometimes users face the problem because of maintenance process. They should do this quickly like other do. Overall better.
We are long time subscribers and they do have a great choice for people like us who like documentaries. The only down side is it takes forever to get a newly released movie, so we go to Redbox.
Sure I had this service in the old days, but you would think it is cheaper now that they don't have to mail out videos and have all that staffing, but yet their pricing is hire than ever
I've been using Netflix more than 1 year and so for have nothing to complaint about. No ads, a variety of movies and series. Maybe the only one cons I could recall is the lack of classic movies.
Been using this site for years, and I love the fact that there are literally thousands of movies on demand for a low monthly rate! Plus many TV shows to watch whenever you wish, and they add new ones all the time. There is a wait for new releases, but 8 bucks a month is worth it.
I kinda wish they still had their contract with showtime and sony though. They lost a lot of good shows and movies when they let those two drop off. I also wish all the movies you can get on DVD could also be streamed. My only problem with them is that they charge twice as much to obtain DVD's as they do to stream. I wish they'd go back to the old prices or at least add their DVD selection to streaming. I also wish they would let you stream more then two devices at one time. If you can have up to five devices, you should be able to stream those five devices if its your wish.
Other then that, this site is awesome and I don't even use cable or buy DVD's anymore! It saves on space in my house as well as money just to watch netflix and hulu.
Where was I all these years that I spent $100 ++ on cable with all the bells and whistles? During those years I only watched Netflix occasionally and did not discover the amazing amount of interesting content they offer. Now that I have free television with limited (but sufficient) content, I have found many Netflix "treasures" that I would never have discovered before. The documentaries are unique, plentiful, and top rate. The older classic movies... those I never had a chance to watch when they were produced... are wonderful entertainment, much to my surprise. I have found that these older films actually rely on good plots and good character interaction... unlike many current favorites that rely mostly on special effects and competition for the fastest action possible. Best of all are the foreign movies which give me an opportunity to be part of the cultures and concerns of countries I would never be able to visit. Also, I find that I do not mind waiting a year or so for the latest episodes of a favorite television show that I cannot access with free television. I have enough to view with all the other choices available.
IT'S RIDICULOUS HOW MANY OF THEIR SHOWS MANAGE TO HAVE GAYS AND TRANS.
WAY TO WOKE FOR, I'M SURE, THE MAJORITY OF THE VIEWERS. WE DON'T APPRECIATE YOU RAMMING YOUR WOKE, INCLUSIVE AGENDA NONSENSE DOWN OUR THROATS.
AS A BUSINESS MODEL, YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO CATER TO THE MASSES NOT THE VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE THAT PUSH THIS CRAP. YOUR CEO OBVIOUSLY ISN'T A VERY GOOD STUDENT OF THIS BASIC BUSINESS CONCEPT.
Maybe Netflix doesn't have many quality Tv shows, except maybe The Witcher or Stranger Things, but when it comes to documentaries, they are the best by my opinion, from historical to crime documentaries, everyone can find something.
This site is terrific. I am so hooked on netflix, very reliable and such a nice company to deal with. I recommend this site highly if you enjoy renting movies. No late fees either which is great.
I'm a Netflix lover, you don't have to be what I am but you probably like Netflix because you can watch movies, shows, & episodes of any kind (my fav is A Big Miracle) for FREE (I know you have to pay to have it). You may also like it because it entertains the kids while having you adult time ( I mean am I right) and I should know because I myself am a child & I always bug my parents for Netflix. But for me, my most likely reason is that you can sit down on the couch with your family & feel free to watch whatever you want when you want without having to worried about purchases.
Tip for consumers:
Kids advise: if you use this be sure to ask an adult first to purchase don't watch anything that an adult or guardian of your own does not approve for you adult advice: don't purchase what you can't afford because it might hold you to purchase for months check what your kids are watching daily watching something kids aren't allowed to I would suggest putting your room off-limits for now and go in there.

That is private information sorry
There are lot of TV series, Netflix original series and movies that makes me go back day after day to Netflix. One fixed monthly payment is a very predictable expense for entertainment.
To me, Netflix is a must have service. With such a large catalog, I'm delighted at their current pricing. They are now producing their own series which have been very well received
Just Netflix and chill :) Great service, guys! When I feel bored I always run for Netflix. Luke Cage season two is awesome! Where do you get all this ideas for your show?
Netflix, knows how to do business: like Amazon Prime, they listen, respond & react to customer complaints. It is an evolving company: One to be emulated.
I like this service. They have a very user-friendly application interface, a huge selection of movies. Would be nice if they were coupled with disney+. :)
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
