Netflix has a rating of 2.5 stars from 1,822 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Netflix most frequently mention customer service, credit card, and good movies problems. Netflix ranks 2nd among Streaming Movies sites.
Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
I've had netflix for a few years now, and it seems every year they raise the monthly price. I don't see the difference in better changes at all, so why raise the price? Also, they don't have certain movies on there that I want to watch that brings back my childhood, " The Meteor Man" for example. Makes me miss Blockbusters.
Netflix should have been better prepared for the boxing matches tonight. The poor quality is inexcusable, and I realize now I should have followed my convictions and cut Netflix off when they made the poor decision to donate the hard earned money of their viewers to the Harris campaign. They obviously should have used that money to upgrade their live streaming capabilities.
This new recomendation system or something like it... its broken. I want to wach something new, and i got only what i saw already
Ok I'm so mad. I love Netflix and always had a break time, they had great shows like the office and friends and now they are raising the prices every year. They keep getting rid of the good shows and now they do this 3 segment thing that is beyond frustrating. The whole point of have. Netflix it is be able to binge shows! Not possible when they drip 3 episodes a week, very upset and I'm one more price raise away from cancelling. 🤔
Recently binge-watched the last season of Lupin... Thank you netflix for being such a top streaming service. The quality of your Tv serious is beyond the sky, no cap.
By the way, another interesting thing about it, heard of the remake of the GTA trilogy for phones? Having a subscription on Netflix benefits here, too, because you can enjoy this masterpiece on your phone just having it. Download the game and play with the delight! That what i am doing now, starting from GTA 3, of course.
They can even host all shows and movies. I'm watching one piece rn and they only have a few seasons on netflix. They just sent a notification saying a new season 5 or 6 is out. There are 20,000 other websites that actually have all 15 seasons ready to watch. I'm so tired of this company I cancelled my 8 year membership. I'll watch elsewhere. Good bye!
Although Netflix has movies and content not created by Netflix. What the corporate philosophy does is another matter entirely. The main ideology is Progressive Liberal Left to which gets inserted awkwardly into almost every storyline with token inclusive characters like they were checking off a checklist. To say it's bizarre is an understatement.

Review
Five stars for this wonderful service.
I have been a loyalist since the old "ordering queue" days.
Now I mainly just stream films and TV series online.
Honestly... I am addicted... would not know what to do without Netflix.
Mil gracias...
New single household policy means I'm closing an account I've had for 8 years between my mom and I. Guess I'll see what other streaming services there are, now that they've officially ruined a way for two women in a family to budget in streaming. Two people, but two households. That's why we paid for more screens at a time, this is actual bull$#*!.
Tip for consumers:
You sign up and get used to the site and find shows you like, but they constantly change the agreement. It's always getting more expensive to have the same thing. The only option you're ever given is cave to their new demands, or end your access immediately. They break you down, until it's no longer worth it anymore, just to see how far they can push people and still make money.
My mother works hard and pays for our family's Netflix subscription. Now that I've moved away for college I'm apparently not apart of the family according to Netflix because I don't live in the house with her?! Even though she pays for the premium subscription already and it allows for 6 devises but apparently we have to pay and extra 8$ a month just to "add me" to the plan?! Seriously?! I am part of the plan you're just trying to find ways to rip off people and con some more money into your bank account already full of billions of dollars.
This alledged movie has a fair start, no real message and disjointed little vinettes with no real ending or message I can see. Julia Roberts has lowered herself to B movies. The acting is meaningless and I wasted my time when I thought I was being entertained. Clearly Netflix wasted any money they paid for that one
I am on the line with a so-called "Customer Service" that cannot even set proper expectations nor empathize with a customer. I was asking for a reference number which you can surely give but he chooses not to. Kept me on hold for a very long time without any timeframe. Very rude tone in the Live Chat session.
If I could give zero stars I would. Like mostly everything Netflix has become unaffordable. With the new guidelines all my favourite things about the service are gone. They are becoming one step closer to becoming like the cable companies I so despise. My parents, Aunt and Uncle and sister and her family are all cancelling their services and I am downgrading with a serious consideration of cancelling all together. Thanks for ruining what was previously the best thing going when it comes to streaming services.

Was using premium but to protest the new changes I am switching to basic and considering cancelling altogether.
Had Netflix a long time, when my daughter moved out she also was able to watch plus we can watch on 3 TVs. After the huge changes were made, they increased the prices, had major restrictions how many TVs you can watch on in one house. And no longer allow a family member who moved out to watch. They really suck! At least have reasonable prices if you only allow it to be watched on one tv in the same house. No other streaming apps are like this.
Was kinda Overpriced before, but now that you decided to allow accounts through one home tv? What about all the grandparents and students in college who use their families accounts? Greedy companies striking once again. It's so unnecessary
Netflix seems to be he most popular of it's kind and user friendly. Having been a regular subscriber, the only suggestion I have is with regards to the content placement. More movies to cater for the need of adult viewers should be made available.
Although I belong to the 9.99 a month plan as advertised, I have repeatedly been charged $21.89 monthly. I no longer share my account with my children, because I can't. And it would just cost more. The content has dwindled greatly over the years, and I find more value in every, and any other application.
I have had the $9.99 sub and was occasionally overcharged for it a few times. But in the end I managed to get my money back. The limit on the number of devices you can connect to your account is infuriating. There are still a few good shows I occasionally tune in to, but I do not know if I am going to be spending on Netflix any longer with how things look lately.
I have payed for Netflix since it just about started. The only people I shared with was my daughter's. What you charge now and have cut the sharing to close family. I and all my kids have canceled any part of Netflix. You may have gained some people but you lost alot of loyal customers. I honestly hope you keep losing customers now that you just have people that got pushed into getting it because of sharing. Most will probably cancel when they are done with their shows. And now almost everything you see on Netflix you can see somewhere else. To bad after all these years I refuse to support Netflix as well as my entire family.
Netflix entire pitch to me 2 years ago was x amount of screens meant y amount of money. Now it's based on location?! What if I own multiple homes? This is a solid factor in my dropping my subscription.
I can not believe I paid for a family plan and my daughter who lives elsewhere now has to pay. Ridiculous! As if Netflix doesn't make enough money considering they are the number one stream for movies. You lost a customer I will get Apple TV!
Netflix has very few good movies. Most of A-list movies are at least twenty years old. Moreover movies won't play and the site opens with "Whoops - something went wrong. Your have open multiple tabs or browsers, close it and restart again." Yeah, right. Never again.
I use two out at the same time by mail. Always get it right. If broken they send immediate replacement never a question. Fast accurate service. Can see on line what you are in line for and put up a critique for every movie.
Of all the movie streaming services, Netflix continues to be our top choice. They have a larger selection than others. The library satisfies needs for our younger children as well as teens. They have begun producing their own shows including House of Cards which is excellent! Netflix has continued to update and improve the user interface (though your experience will vary depending on which device you use). The service is device friendly, working on tablets, game systems, phones, etc. We rarely experience down time from them. Years ago we used the option to rent actual DVDs/Games through the mail but have since discontinued that option. I do believe however, as of 2015 it is still available. They're not the only service we use, but in my opinion, it's a great bang for your $7.99/month!
Shows after shows cancelled and taken off, now they expect us to stay in the same address. Thank you Netflix for bringing back old technology. Nothing better than experiencing the drawbacks of cable TV on your phone. Let's $#*! around and find out shall we?
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
