Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
Movies are great but if they cost you money to view for limited times and cost 1GB of data per view it's actually cheaper to rent a dvd or get movies on demand for free with SBS on demand. Don't wait until you get your internet bill because you will have a heart attack! 1GB of data isn't enough for some movies. And 1GB of data on average prepaid costs $10-15. That one old movie for the price you can buy a copy ondvd for in stores. Incredibly expensive and misleading advertising. Nothing is free but Netflix is a joke.
In my opinion, the best entertainment app in the world. Very innovative and dynamic. Certainly something well studied and worked, with the experience and the effort of its employees, the app is always improving every day more.

I love some of the Netflix original shows. It's also great to watch tv shows that have great reviews but you never started from the beginning. But, I don't want to watch shows all the time. I wish it had a better selection of movies to watch.
Vampire diaries is literally so many peoples comfort show including mine.and it's bs how y'all are taking it off Netflix. I literally love the show y'all are literally going to lose so much business for taking it off some people just have Netflix for the vampire diaries.
Absolutely rediculous - was on basic plan (£6.99) and in November Netflix advertised a £1 increase to that plan, or you could choose a cheaper one - without disclosing that the cheaper plan does NOT WORK on many devices. The basic plan no longer exists, and they are telling me my only option is to choose a more expensive plan (£10.99) - they WON'T refund the difference, despite the fact that they missold their product!
I have had Netflix for 5 years. It is the worst streaming channel that I have. I have to constantly reset the channel due to buffering at night. I am just about fed up with Netflix. HBO, Peacock, Roku, Paramount Plus, Starz, Showtime, AMC, and Hulu never give me this problem. In this case, it has to be a Netflix problem. If you are thinking about getting Netflix, try a trial period and make sure you don't have this problem.
I ( and most Americans) quit netflix when the skunbogger C. E. O. Tried to double the rates. But they beagled down and said they were sorry and showed the c. E. o.'s heart in a jar... and went back to providing quality at-home movies. I could almost quit Comcast except for my addiction to sports and MSNBC. But with reverend Al gone from the 6 PM slot. I don't know. I may pull the plug.
Netflix wasn't so bad at the beginning. But now they are garbage. I have had Netflix for 10 years now. And I have finally realized that it's time to say goodbye. They want me to pay extra money for any device that uses my account outside my house hold. Not so bad but I watch Netflix on my phone at work. And since they can't determine if it's me or someone else they don't care. And on top of that it freezes on my tvs every once in awhile to where I have to back out of everything in order to get my tv to work again. And when I call them about it they said it was my brand of tv. And when I told them I have three different brands of tv and it dose it on all of them then they play the well I don't know what could be the problem. If I were you I would get Hulu or Amazon were you get a bundle deal for about the same price.
I love Netflix and has some main series that you might want to watch, although I dont think it is too good for movies... 9/10 movies you search and expect to be on there aren't! Even the most obvious ones. I think it needs a good update.
I am so glad to have Netflix. So many shows I have not seen and with Netflix I could catch up on previous seasons. I watched four seasons of Scandal to catch up to watch regularly. I think it is better than any premium channel!
I love Netflix! I feel it is great value for the cost. Netflix is more movie oriented that it is TV show oriented and that is fine by me. If I need my fix of favorite current TV shows, that's what Hulu plus is for.
Have had Netflix since their 2nd year of existence and couldn't be more pleased. With costs of movie theater tickets going up, up, up it's wonderful to have an alternative. Initially we used Roku and still do on the bedroom TV. Also. We stream thru our Smart TV, as well as, our laptops and IPad. They have thousands of available choices. Love it and the price!
I like Netflix for the most part. The only thing is that it doesn't work half the time! I pay for a month of service and half the time I get a message saying cannot play this title at this time. I understand it's cheap but should I have to pay for 30 days and get 10?
They want 19.99 a month for hardly anything. I've been a customer for YEARS. They want 19.99 a month for 2 tvs and no ads. I get a better deal with Hulu disney+ and ESPN for 19.99 a month with no ads. Netflix has become to expensive and there isn't anything good on there anymore. I even talked to customer service and all they said was that they didn't care I canceled my service. I've had them since 2008! Ridiculous they don't want to keep loyal customers.

I used the streaming service that was absolutely horrible
I like Netflix and have had the service for many years. I am not going to say anything negative about it. I am just concerned about what I've heard in the news regarding limiting the number of users to 2 per household. I travel and I am a teacher. If I go to visit my kids, we use Netflix in their houses. At school, the students and I watch movies on Netflix sometimes as incentive, if we stay in a hotel we use Netflix. I use Netflix on my iPhone, iPad, laptops, etc. If Netflix decides to put these limits on their customers and ask for more money to use the service in other places, I will be unsubscribing.

For the last year I've been contacting Netflix to stop double charging me they say they are handling it but they don't. They don't even want to give you your money back for double charging you. Netflix is a scam DON'T subscribe..
Tip for consumers:
Netflix steals from their customers
Keep trying to charge my acct called was on hold For over 20 minutes and then when I finally got a representative on the phone which was Asian I'm sure in another country she was very rude so they will no longer be taking my money. I've heard that service is changed a lot with Netflix and I believe it it's a shame.
Easy to get the programs i want. I love it, i get to watch tv on my busy daily routine. Easy to use, i have never had a problem. Even my children get the shows they want. Best of all its at a great low price.
I don't believe it should b 16 a month for ur service it's poor connection quality. I an others if having movie issues an or connection should have to pay 15 to 16 dollars a month for poor service. Disappointed netflix.
This is one of the best streaming services there is! They have a huuge selection of shows and movies and their originals rock!
I cant wait to see what Netflix has next to offer from their original shows!

I watched everything! My favorite was Locke & Key.
Now its utter rubbish, this new rating system means I have to spend alot of time on other websites to find the good shows and or movies. I should not have to use other web sites to find the good content. Useless to complain about it though, they wont change it, thinking about just getting rid of it since I have hulu and prime. Sad...
I recently had got stuck on my payment update, my payment was done but I was not able to subscribe to Netflix i. E I was not able to watch movies etc. but as I got contacted with Netflix support they instantly helped me and solved my issue within a day. Thanks to Netflix and keep bringing up new thrilling Movies.
It's such a great movie,. It brings back lots of great memories from back in the old days. I know that if you give this movie a try all the whole family would love it and would want to watch it again and again.
In my free time I like to go and watch new and interesting shows and movies. I enjoy doing this on my favorite app, Netflix. Sometimes it is very hard to find good movies/shows on Netflix because a lot of them are old and irrelevant, or the movies that you do want to watch aren't on Netflix. For example, Netflix has a lot of Disney movies and Pixar movies but where are the classic movies that we grew up on? Where are "The Lion King" "Toy Story" "Finding Nemo"? Don't get me wrong, Netflix has some good movies but there should be more variety. When there are new movies that come out on DVD Netflix should be able to put them on there for us to watch as well. I think doing this it would make a lot of customers very happy and Netflix will even gain more customers.
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
