I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.

Why is it that when a decent show that is entertaining and worth watching shows up on the home page for people with the `13+ age restriction it gets taken down for no serious reason? If a parent dislikes a specific series or movie then either prevent their child/children from watching said series or movie or Netflix can put a tool in settings to avoid particular things from popping up on the homepage because not every parent has the same rules for their children, not every child has the same mindset and not every show that is reported is bad for children. Recently, the popular series Wednesday Addams was on my 15-year-old's homepage and after watching a few episodes with her a notification on the TV screen suddenly popped up announcing that she could no longer watch that series as it was unavailable due to the age restriction set on her account, however, my child is mature enough to watch a series such as that and after watching the first few episodes with her I also know that is not too inappropriate for her. I don't expect you to fix such a problem right away, although I am hoping for at least a small change in the way you decide to review your shows in terms of age limitations or to at least upgrade your tool settings. Love watching series of good movies or tv series. But, would like to be able to only look at the only with three or more stars. Some just are such a waste of time.
Its nice when they release the entire season at once, but I hate it when they only have one episode per week. I get sick of waiting, but overall, I can't live without Netflix
Netflix keeps raising their prices and I only watch a few shows... but on top of it any TV I watch it on shuts off in the middle of what I'm watching and takes me back to the home screen...

I have been a user of Netflix since 2006. We love this service. Now they have their own content such as MindHunter (an awesome per Criminal Minds series!). I highly recommend this streaming service.
No it's not my internet because all my other apps are working perfectly fine but when I get on Netflix's it's constantly buffers and freezes. Idk what's going on I use to love Netflix.

Cool selection of movies and TV shows. I don't need television now that I have Netflix. Have been using this service for 3 years, and didn't have issues so far.

I've cut the cord and find this a shaky value. I subscribe to Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The ONLY reason I keep Netflix is for the ability to download for view offline for the times I have no internet service.

Ozark kept the (N-flix) afloat, you get better quality on Hulu, at a much better price, I will cancel my subscription until this CEO had been fired, they totally have forgotten about the consumer, sad sad company.

I like Netflix, the site is pretty cool. It is convenient to use and easy to find exactly what you need. So far I haven't had any problems with it and I hope it will stay that way :)

Far superior to Hulu, Good customer service, and a good selection. Only thing I do not like is they keep some movies for too much time. However, this is my OCD and not a problem with them.
Not as much content as I would like, but I love being able to go through a season so quickly. I get frustrated when a series disappears without notice.
My wife and I have been with Netflix since almost the beginning, but due to the way the recent "crackdown" has been executed, we are leaving Netflix for good. We have paid for the family plan for several years now and recently, we weren't able to get into our account because of the way Netflix mismanages their accounts (for example, it is impossible to change the confirmation phone number, even within your account or with customer service because they insist on sending a confirmation to a number than no longer exists). Given the hour plus wait-times on the so called customer service, I'm guessing a lot of people are having the same issues. My wife and I don't share our password but because we travel and use Netflix (as we do our other streaming services) in different areas with different TVs, Netflix insists that we open accounts in each area. So basically, Netflix has taken the approach the everyone is stealing from them, even legit, long time customers and the only way to solve it is to throw more money at them. This is beyond insulting and hence, we are leaving Netflix for good and giving our money to a streaming service that appreciates their customers. Bye-bye Netflix!
I travel a lot and I can access Netflix anywhere I go.the service is always available and I have never had any issues with the service.it's great. Love it.
Netflix is great. If I feel like watching a movie I can turn on my laptop and instantly watch something. There are no late fees and no stress if you don't put the movie in the mail on a certain day.
We log in from 3 different homes during the week as I babysit grandkids. Guess it will be Hulu for us now! Do better Netflix. When you do better I will subscribe again.
