Netflix is my go-to streaming service for its vast library of movies, TV shows, and original content. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to discover new favorites, and the personalized recommendations help me find content tailored to my interests. I appreciate the ability to create multiple user profiles for personalized viewing experiences. The monthly subscription fee is well worth the endless hours of entertainment
I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
At a very small price, I have watched some quality originals on Netflix which include Tiger King. Also nice that they have content for my small babies as well. Good one
Tip for consumers:
the basic package is good value for money

They should add an option to the developer program so that we can develop and publish our own movies created by us and watch it online on the netflix website
I still think their selection is too narrow. If they added more movies it would be better. It's always the same kind of stuff and new stuff I rarely recognize.
Availability of good movies is getting pretty limited. Most offerings are either boring, or too offbeat, raunchy, or just useless. It takes too much time to sort through the junk.
For me there are more bad shows than good ones on Netflix. Maybe for teenagers it is still the best media-service but I can't find anything really interesting for myself.
Longtime Netflix Customer Here.
Had an issue with billing on my cc.
They took care of it pretty quickly after I emailed Customer Service.
We love netflix in this house.
Love Netflix, but I really wish they'd add more new shows! I'm sick of the ones they have already. Also, the interface is kind of confusing - should make searching easier
We have been using Netflix for five years and have been without cable since. There are so many series to watch I never find myself missing the extra monthly charge.
I use to love Netflix but lately they have been putting good shows and then canceling them for no good reason. I'm very dissatisfied that they canceled ginny and Georgia and that show just came out, they get you into shows just to cancel them, we'll I might just cancel Netflix because I'm tired of them doing that.
I really love using Netflix! The only complaint I would make is that they have a small variety of shows at some points. There movie selection is fabulous though.
Aside from sports, we watch only Netflix. We get the few television programs we enjoy watching, without any commercials. And loads of special documentaries in various genres. Love it!
I used to have their subscription but switched to YouTube. The variety is not that great, and you won't find here latest blockbusters. Nevertheless, they have good ipad app
They always wanna charge a extra fee but and u have to wait 8 days to get your payment back on the card they don't show nothing new I advise nobody to get Netflix because they are a waste of time
Our whole family LOVES Netflix. Great to binge watch series or plenty of movies to choose from. I like how you can create profiles so each family member has their own watch list and history.
With the amount of shows on Netflix that get canceled are overwhelming and give you no warning. I have started a black list of shows not to watch due to this. I feel like If you're going to cancel a show that ends in a cliffhanger at the end of a season CANCEL THE WHOLE SHOW! Make the show unavailable to even watch because wtf is the point in watching an incomplete show?! It's bull sh!t to allow it to be watched just for unsuspecting viewer to get disappointed and leave then unsatisfied, not with the show but with Netflix discontinuation of the show. Its ridiculous.
I like Netflix but I hate how they only have mostly run of the mill popular movies or content. Also like all streaming internet providers it works ok.
Every tv-series suggested by Netflix is something I can't miss, and have to watch all episodes and seasons. I don't know how they do it but that's amazing
Netflix is good. They're pretty cheap and get the job done. Unfortunately they don't have the greatest movie selection online, but their service is great for TV shows.
Netflix is the most expensive streaming service and it's not even that great. Now they have added you can no longer share in other households even though we have a premium account. It's trash!
Netflix shows the same movies so I started nine watching until I had to keep hitting the remote to continue watching a show. I watched all seasons of shameless without having to worry about pushing a button. Then 1 day it came back and it's worse. Every time I push a button I'm still asked directly after, are you still watching. I feel that if I'm paying for it why can't I remove that. The way they say to remove it still leaves you having to push a button but more often. They said they were going to give customers the option but that was in 2020. I could understand if this came on at night when people are usually sleeping but then again I would still like the option. I only keep this because my other likes it. I want to cancel it. I prefer to look at other channels on roku. I get more of a variety and not the same movies that were taken off and put back on as new shortly after that. I can go to free movies and see new movies before they even show on Netflix as well as TV shows. Hope this helps.
Let me tell you so worth the 5.95 a month. But you better hope you don't sit on your butt all week and binge watch every show trust me that's what I wanna do
Used to be great but totally woke now. If your not black, female or trans you won't get on any new shows. Absolutely pathetic
Go woke, you'll go broke
I'll be closing my account
The best movies, the latest films, HD format and that is all thanks to the Netflix TV shows collection.
Yeah it is quite expecnsive, but I agree to pay for this. Because I cant find smth similar to this except of HBO.
Constanly refresh content, so probably all people can find smth, also all films are divided to different so-called holders so it is pretty easy to find the favourite genre.
I was a skeptic of Netflix's model for a while, but they have provided to be able to innovate. I really enjoy their series selection, such as: Money Heist, Elite, Locked Up, The Crown, and The Queen's Gambit. Clearly I have had time on my hands due to COVID, haha. Keep up the good content!
I have been a member since 2001. For months now, my returned dvds are received by Netflix but the next dvds in my queue (400+ titles) do not get shipped out promptly like they used to. I constantly see the message informing me that the next dvd will be shipped out as soon as possible. So instead of shipping another dvd the same day, there is a delay of one to two business days. When I first called customer service, I was told that the delay is a rare occurrence and not to be concerned. However, now it's happening week after week and I get different answers when I inquire. I used to be able to watch four dvds per week on my 2-dvd plan; now I'm lucky to be able to watch two.
Another issue I have is the availability of newer titles. For example, I have been waiting for "Allied" since last November and for "Fences" since last December. Delays of eights months and counting are ridiculous. Could Netflix be purposely causing all these delays to reduce postal expense or perhaps in hopes of increasing their streaming only subscriptions -- or both?
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
