I'm disappointed that Netflix has added adds now. This was one of the major draws of a streaming service and now you have to watch adds or pay a premium to not have them. Very annoying. Also, I hate how most of the Netflix originals most of the time are not family friendly. There is often so much foul language and sexual content that the majority of the time, if I see that it is a Netflix original, I just skip over it. Shows don't have to have all of that to be good. Wish they would stop feeling like they have to add more and more of it.
Now that my adult children have left, I no longer have my Satellite service going to their former rooms; but when they come home, they can use my Netflix account to have the TV they want during their visits!
I canceled my service with Netflix over 3 months ago ok no problem until tonite when I received an alert saying they deducted $22 from my account I called customer service but as usual received no help there so now Monday after Working a 12 hour shift I get the pleasure of going to my bank and dealing with the nonsense of trying to get my money back that netflix stole from me
We Suspended our DVD plan 1 year ago, because we found that it was not useful. We do NOT use DVDs at all anymore. However, after "suspending" this part of our plan, we were still being charged $10/month - for NOT GETTING ANY DVD's! When I made this change It did NOT tell me that I would still be charged for the DVD plan. Why anyone would want to "Suspend" their DVD Plan and be charged for it, I have NO IDEA! I have called Customer Service and they said it has to be "Canceled." a "Suspension" just stops the DVDs from being delivered to your house. NETFLIX could be much Clearer about this on their website! Check your BILL and see what they are charging you for!
Quite self-explanatory. All the good movies are getting removed, and all the bad ones are getting added. I'm gonna switch to HBO Max if u don't improve.
My family uses Roku and we watch alot of Netflix. They show the most recent releases plus a variety of classics. There is a variety of movies for everyone in your household.
The only way Netflix is making any money is by charging more & digging in the pockets of their loyal customers. They aren't providing any new content that is even remotely good.
We enjoy Netflix in the privacy of our own home, away when traveling, visiting kinfolks, where ever. So many venues to choose from. So far, we have enjoyed it to the max.
If you're going to raise my price, please raise your quality. There are amazing shows that are originals on this site and they are really great. I highly recommend watching the majority of Netflix original series'. The problem is, they put up A LOT of TV shows that were amazing, but got canceled so it'd be nice to have some sort of closure to that and for them to at least try to pick up some of the shows people are actually asking them to like: Constantine, Survivors, Resurrection, etc... Cliff hanger endings are no fun. Also, the amount of time between the Jessica Jones seasons is too long. Also, you need a better selection of movies... especially horror. The price raise was annoying, but I like the service so I'll keep with it for now. I also was screwed out of a lot of money because of their old DVD plan. They kept mine on even though DVDs had gone out and just kept recharging me over what I should've paid since I NEVER got DVDs from them. If they'd return that extra money, I probably would be giving them a higher review right now.
UPDATE: I have noticed that Netflix is also only putting up one season of shows that have multiple seasons or putting episodes out of order and that is annoying.

They Always something to watch! And They have some great original series that We enjoy watching! Also has great new movies for the whole family to enjoy!
Overall, it's pretty good, and always have what I want. And it does come out with some awesome original content (like Tiger King, The Witcher or Money Heist) which makes it a worthwhile subscription.
Love the selection of TV shows, movies, documentaries and more. I use the online service. There's more than I can watch in a lifetime. And I don't have to pay for Cable TV!

The main problem with netflix is that they don't know how to update all the tv shows! If they kept up with updating all the tv showing it would be so much better.

I love netflix, other than some little wifi connectivity problems it has, which is due to my own wifi, it is perfect, I love the accessibility of it and it makes me happy when I have lazy days.

Their original series are usually pretty good. Love House of Cards. Good place to catch up on old seasons of various shows. Not really up to date on a lot of A list movies though.
Well, it is a good thing to spend the time. But content not always suitable for me. And I don't have possibility to stop it for a while. But as I said - really not bad.
When I get time to watch a movie, I know where to locate one. Netflix is always on time. Have what I want. And I watch on my schedule. No problems with delays. Excellent service

I love Netflix the movies could be a little faster but they are working with the post office to handle that and I had a rude representative and the manager apologized and fixed it they are great!
I enjoy watching Netflix a lot. However many titles are missing and they should update their content more often. They are however good pricing and service.
Have watched several shows/series and really enjoyed them. Not always able to see the shows when they are originally broadcast so watching these shows as much as I want, when I want is great.
