I was a little reluctant to purchase overseas but overall am very satisfied with the dress. The workmanship is beautiful. The dress needed some alterations back in the states once I got it as I did not give my exact measurements. Once altered the dress was too short for me and the customer relations had me send it back to them to alter for free (I paid the shipping $25.00). When I got it back, it fit beautifully and they were quick about alterations. Give yourself extra time before the event. Customer service through emails was pretty responsive and got back to me within a day or 2 usually.
