Every special occasion that requires a cake I go to NewCakes. They have a wonderful selection (always keeping up with current trends) and they taste amazing too. You can order them in advance and set the delivery for the day before. It's been a god send as supermarket cakes are good for a rushed by but usual have the same ones over and over again. You can be unique with NewCakes. Every single cake I have bought has been delicious and also arrived all in one piece (via DPD who are excellent) definitely recommend this company.

This organisation is fantastic. We've had several cakes from them now and each time they've supplied customised designs that have utterly amazed us. Recently a cake clock for a birthday, in the shape of the After Eights timepiece, and was enjoyed thoroughly by the birthday recipient.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, the delivery on time, the chefs / designers are incredibly talented. Order a cake today, you won't be disappointed.

What an outstanding cake. Always the best taste cakes that I've received from New Cakes. And delivered in one piece. Everyone was well happy when received and our 15 year old son absolutely loved it on his birthday. Would highly recommend New cakes to family and friends.

I've used New Cakes a few times now and can honestly say they are hands down the best cake company going. Not only are their cakes delicious but they are simply spectacular in design and artistic execution. They deliver fast and secure, the customer service is delightful, they are excellent value for money and simply they are the best out there. The most recent cake we had was for my eldest's delayed birthday party and I was simply blown away by how superb the cake was and how it completely captured my boy. He asked to have a model of himself in his favourite chair playing his console. Words don't it justice. It was amazing. Will always use New Cakes.

I have to say that the cake we received absolutely exceeded all expectations. The image on the site was great but didn't quite appreciate just how much work must have gone into this.

The person this was for was totally gobsmacked and didn't want to cut it up.

I had asked for the colours to be amended and they had colour matched them perfectly.

Beyond thrilled and impressed with the quality, attention to detail and precision of bringing my vision to life! It looked like an actual bucket of chicken. The custom hot sauce was a hit! Reasonably priced and top notch communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

With a week to go until my mums Louis Vuitton themed birthday party, I decided I would love there to be an on-theme cake! So I optimistically contacted New Cakes to see if they could help, and they were brilliant. They were able to design the perfect cake based on 3 pictures which I sent through. They then built the cake & delivered it to my door, one day before the party. The turnaround time was amazing, and the execution of the cake & the design was brilliant. Also tasted great. I think my mum cried when she saw it!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 21st... not disappointed... fabulous! I emailed New Cakes and asked if they could change the hair colour to red. The sponge and cream filling tasted delicious. My daughter absolutely loved her surprise cake. I would definitely recommend New Cakes and I'll be back again. Thanks!

Cake very small for amount of money charged. I was misled to think I would get 25 portions out of 8 inch cake by its site.
It's not even deep it's 2 inches high.
I could possibly offer tiny taster portions to my guests so never cut it. Have offered to return it abd was told they would not be offering a reimbursement as it's possible to get 25 SMALL party size PoRTIONS out of it.
Their own words ‘Small party size" portions on complaining but it does not state that on ordering the cake (the image taken below from their website when you order the cake)
Stay away from this company... and charged £80.00 and that was left in a box in the rain.
Could not tell you what it tastes like as never cut it.
On the whole a bad experience.
Still chasing a refund for the cake that has not been eaten or cut.
Will open a case through PayPal if this company carries on refusing me a refund

I ordered a "Walking" cake for my wife's 50th birthday, as an avid walker herself she absolutely loved it! It arrived at the hotel we booked in perfect condition (very well packaged) and tasted delicious!

Love New Cakes. Excellent service, light, great tasting cake which was a diversion from the standard choice and delivered on time as promised. No hassles, lovely communication. I come back again and again.

Just wanted to say a huge Thank You. Took my daughter out to London for her 21st birthday. Two weeks later... she arranged for 5/6 of us to go for a meal. Ok no problem there! Two days b4 the meal she says 24 have confirmed they're coming to my 21st party. Mum? You did get a cake? I'm like... what cake? New cakes made a stunning cake. Absolutely beautiful. Arrived on time and really well packaged. I don't usually bother with reviews but I felt that Hannah deserved a lovely recommendation. She got me out of a slightly awkward situation perfectly. Ordering was easy. Delivery was as agreed. Cake was superb and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Most Birthday cakes are either dry or way too sweet. This one was just perfect. I will definitely return for more.

Have New Cakes, got their act together? Ordered and paid in full. Worried somewhat after that because the cake was a lot of money, had paid with a credit card, so thought I may have some security there. Totally panicked as I then saw the previous reviews. But everything worked out fine. I did contact customer services, thinking it would be too late to change the delivery address. But no, that worked out. A bit of advice though, if you need to contact customer services and they promise to call back and they haven't after a while, make another call to them. I would say the staff are polite and helpful.

After recent discharge from hospital, I ordered a sweet treat gift pack from Newcakes.co.uk to be sent directly to the ward I'd been in, as a thank you to the brilliant NHS staff who'd cared for me. After online confirmation of the order, I received a call from New Cakes' Customer Services Dept explaining that not all hospitals will currently accept gifts and did I want to check, they also offered to put my name and telephone number on the package. Happily, my gift was accepted, and I was able to keep in touch with the Customer Services team who confirmed delivery and acceptance. I was really impressed by this concern to ensure my gift would reach the intended recipients, the level of service was better than the expected norm these days. I would happily use this company again.

The cake was absolutely gorgeous, it went down very well and, although not where our son had planned on having his 21st due to Covid restrictions, my husband and I tried to decorate the garden bar in a Las Vegas style - the cake was amazing! Thoroughly recommend, perfect delivery, such a reliable company.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was scared as I had already ordered a cake from this company online. My experience with new Cakes was fantastic the cake arrived in excellent packaging no damage on time and tasted wonderful 5 stars to new cakes would use them again in an instant

What a fantastic job the guys did here. I needed a special army cake making at short notice for the return of my fella he arrived home and saw the cake and was amazed. They managed to get the finest detail onto it even down to the markings and colourings on his shirt. Little buttons done with precise detail. We have kept all the icing parts as a memory for us. (The only thing that could have been better would have been more jam inside the cake as was a little dry). But other than that. Amazing!

I wanted a unique design for my sister's 50th, something that would exhibit her personality. I searched for an image and presented it to New Cakes. A "tiffany Gift Box". New Cakes designed a beautiful and tasty cake, a true feast for the eyes. They have many flavor options to choose from, and fulfill many dietary restrictions too. Their customer service was absolutely great, very helpful, polite and prompt. Delivery was on schedule and packaging was excellent. I would definitely recommend New Cakes to everyone, you will not be disappointed.
