Last minute request for a cake was accommodated and the cake design was easily adapted. There was nothing that was too much trouble... thank you for a delicious cake, very professionally handled and made the silver wedding anniversary very special.

The cake looked just as good as we hoped. The communication was excellent and bespoke features were just as we wanted. All arrived on time and tasted great. Our little boy was completely ecstatic.
We're using them again this year as we trust them to deliver something great.

I would have rated 0 if I could! The cake was nothing like it was advertised and a complete waste of money and the compliant doesn't get dealt with you just get told someone will get back to you and don't! Waste of money! Shut it down scammers!

I needed a cake urgently for my fathers 80th birthday I rung New cakes in slough and spoke to shay he worked with me from start to finish with great ideas for my fathers cake we did a football one it came out fantastic he done the cake within 24 hours and it was delivered a day later. The cake was made and delivered within 4 days amazing workman ship and professional company to deal with highly recommended I will be using them again, 200% thank you so much.

The Barbie cake is beautiful and my daughter was delighted.
Delivery was so slick and the cake arrived wrapped so carefully there wasn't a mark on the cake. Absolutely perfect.

I wanted a special cake for a very special person who was celebrating a special birthday. I had an idea and talked it through with the team at NewCakes. They checked a number of points with me, asked me for some pictures of things I wanted to include in the cake and then said they could do just what I wanted. The cake was delivered exactly on time and was precisely what I wanted. It could not have been better. The very special person - my wife - was absolutely thrilled. I am so grateful to NewCakes. The product and the service were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone.

While not a cake person, I ordered a cake from Newcakes, it arrived timely and was packaged carefully. As said previously, I'm not a fan of cakes, but this cake was delicious and the sponge was lovely.

Can't speak any higher of the cakes from Newcakes, 5/5 would recommend.

I have to say the New Cakes peeps did a wonderful cake for my mum's 75th birthday. As my mum is from India I wanted something very special so requested a 'Peacock Cake' as it is the Bird of India. It was so last minute and the final result was absolutely amazing. My mum, family, and party guests loved it. We didn't want to slice it as is was beautiful. Thank you to Hannah and her colleagues for everything. I've used them before for my daughter's 21st and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend these guys. I paid £93 for a ps4 cake and it had shifted from the base when it arrived... not surprising since it was delivered by UK mail. The cake was a basic black rectangle block with little decorating skill... just don't do it

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughters birthday in October when it arrived the cake was damaged. I sent them an email with pictures showing the damage. I received a reply offering a 50% refund which I accepted. After sending emails and making phones calls with them promising the refund I have not received it. I have now come to the conclusion that I will not be getting the refund. I will not be ordering anymore cakes from this company and I would certainly not recommend them.

I purchased an Electrician themed cake for my brothers birthday (obviously an electrician!) online from New Zealand. It was in the midst of covid and my brother and his family has been shielded at home for 12 weeks and I wanted to do something special and send a surprise birthday cake. I was very impressed with the speed at which my query emails were responded to, the ease of ordering and that the cake arrived on time. And the cake itself was amazing and according to my brother and his family tasted delicious! It was lovely to put a smile on my brothers face Thanks New Cakes :)

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The whole cake was a joke. I ordered a lacrosse cake for a 21st birthday party and I could not put it out for the guests it was so bad. There was football players on it, the figure that was supposed to resemble my sister was insulting and the pitch was a football pitch not a lacrosse pitch. I called to express my disappointment and was promised £150 refund (I had paid £200). This was in April and now fast forward to June. They are not picking up the phone and have not replied to my email.

New Cakes cake was FABULOUS! This was a very big and very last minute order. A complicated thing to organize in little time and New Cakes team was absolutely fantastic, professional and kind. The cake was beautiful. It was a surprise and everybody absolutely loved it. A masterpiece. And really yummy too!

Really fanastic service - I needed a quick turnaround for a cake for a surprise celebration, and they were very quick and responsive in their communication with suggestions of cakes and delivery timings.

The cake that arrived looked spectacular, and was delivered safely and professionally - and most importantly, it tasted excellent, tooIt was a very decadent, but wasn't sickly with all the chocolate. I'd definitely use them again.

I ordered a cake for my son's 18th birthday just before Christmas. I was really excited on the day of delivery, couldn't wait to see the cake. Hence, it was a heartbreaking experience seeing it first time. I nearly cried! It was nowhere like what I was requesting and paid for. Cake was too small for XXL size, supposed to be serving 40-50 people, not even managed 20 decent pieces. I had a theme on my order, I sent a photo, of what and how I wanted.It was so horrible there was no play station and remote control was terrible. They said their cake is fresh for 10 days, only on 4th day that we've had the party and the cake was so dry and no taste at all. The experience that I never wanted to have! Learned a big lesson, never ever order online cakes!

This was a late order for a very specific beer can cake. It came perfectly presented and with exactly the same colouring and appearance as the chosen beer can, and the cake and fillings were delicious

Thank you so much for my daughters amazing 1st Birthday Cake. Sooooo yummy and perfect. Customer service was spot on when our 1st cake arrived it had been damaged but a replacement cake was made and redelivered in time for the party.

I've ordered two cakes from New Cakes in the past and both times I had very specific requests of what I wanted and the detail I required and so was apprehensive of what the finished product would look like. I needn't have worried however as not only did the cakes meet my expectations but exceeded them! The second cake I bought, the detail was so perfect that the recipient even cried and it was the talk of the party! Plus delivery was on time and the packaging superb! I would never order a cake from anyone else and already planning to purchase another one for my partners upcoming 40th birthday! Don't hesitate to purchase from here!

I ordered a swimming pool came with a figure at the end of the pool for my husband's 70th. He is a keen swimmer and missing it during lockdown. I had asked for very specific details on the cake and it was so well done it looked just like my husband!
Down to the grey moustache and more importantly the medal around his neck!
Everyone was very impressed and he was delighted.
Very helpful and pleasant service while arranging.
Also made and delivered at very short notice.
It was quite expensive but as a special occasion it was worth it. Especially at these restricted social Times.

I ordered a 2 tier cake for my son's 21st birthday celebration. The top tier isn't round and looks a bit loop-sided. The icing car was far too big that it is looks dispropportionate to the whole cake. While the icing 21 numbers were so small!. The baker is clueless as it is a 21st birthday, the numbers 21 should stand out! When I cut into the cake, the icing on the cake was so too thick! And worst of all, the cake was so dry! I paid over 139.95 pounds for 2 round cakes that look so disgusting... I should have bought 2 plain cakes from any supermarket and would have impressed my guests. Ruin and spoil the whole celebration and fun for my son big day... Really disappointed and really angry...

I bought a cake from this establishment for my granddaughters 1st birthday, was meant to be Sofia the first it cost £60 omg I've never seen anything like it the Sofia character looked like Morph in drag absolutely shocking they ought to be ashamed of themselves! If I didn't have to give a star I'd give none.

My sons 5 th birthday cake was his favorite. A roblox cake for his roblox party. All the children's parents asked me where I got it. I was nervous ordering at first but received on time in perfect condition & looked superb. All the children wanted a big boys roblox party when it was their next birthday. A total success. In the process of ordering my 2nd cake. It's a "Fortnite" one this time. Tasty, fresh snd looks stunning! Can't wait to see this one. Thanks guys.
