I question the company's integrity. My daughter ordered a prom dress from their website and shipping took a VERY LONG time. The dress finally arrived today, poorly packed. Unfortunately, the dress was big, well made, but the zipper was very noticeable. When I checked the return policy, you are instructed to contact the company for their address. I'm not kidding, it took almost an hour to get the address from an online support agent. They even requested a picture of my daughter wearing the dress to confirm that it was in fact big. POOR customer service and POOR experience! STAY AWAY and save your time, money and dignity. I can say it was a humiliating experience. I truly hope I get my refund!
So after I thought I would do everyone a favour to write about their product. They offered me $10 reward if I delete my original review. $10 will not make my dress longer or fix the lace colour or make my sleeves wearable. I warned them after I receive my dress: make it again as they wrecked it or I will leave a review. Did they think I was joking? This was in 09/2014 and it is now 04/2015. A little too late. I bought a different dress instead so no I don't accept your $10 as i couldn't even dispute my refund with paypal old 45days policy cos u took 60days plus to send your product to me and sweet- talked me to patiently wait for it. Now the policy change to 180days but it is too late for me to dispute anything via paypal. So if you think about ordering from them: do yourself a favour and go buy from a real shop.
I was disappointed to read the review that so many people who have had problems with this company. I was going to order a dress, but I think I will look elsewhere.

If you ever considered ordering a wedding dress online, especially from DHgate, please re-consider. At first it was all perfect, measurements were confirmed, their response rate was good etc. Come the due date, no dress... At that time the factory has confirmed that they are still busy, and that some beading are not done. I thought well, I'll have to go find a new dress in time for my wedding. After requesting a refund, there were a number of excuses, trying to avoid the return-refund situation. Very improffesional- the spokesperson asked, no begged, me and claimed that her boss will demote her etc etc. I stood my man, still requesting a refund. So I read their return policy, paid the shipping to China, but there the package was destroyed as they refused to declare the receiving of the package... Is this an age old trick? Hmm, not sure... needless to say, there goes the dress, my money and the money I spent on return shipping. Now they aren't replying my e-mails... NEVER TRUST NEWDEVE, I REPEAT, DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU... I BET ALL THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE ARE JUST AS FAKE AS THEIR SERVICE.
