DON't USE! I ordered 3 MLB hats. They sent 3 random hats. One that looks like a freebie from a job fair and says OBEY. All packaging in Chinese with no packing slip. Never confirmed via email that they received my order, my payment or that they sent the hats. I sent the following 4 days ago and haven't gotten a response: My son wanted 3 SPECIFIC hats. I found and ordered them on your website. You sent me 3 RANDOM hats, all 3 NOT what I ordered; one looks like a give away from a job fair! It has a company logo we've never even heard of! I contacted you by phone on Dec. 18th, was holding for 45 minutes then decided to go with your recommendation to leave a message promising you would call back without (and I love this) without losing my position "in line". It is the day after Christmas Day (over 1 week later) and NO ONE phoned me back! Would I still be on hold if I waited!? Am I still "in line"?! If someone would have responded at that time there would have been time to get the correct order here by Christmas Day. I do not have my order # but surely you can find my order using my email, last name (Stanton) and address: 4 Meadowlake DRIVE Lake Placid, FL *******. I feel your company should have let me KNOW you didn't have what we wanted, not just arbitrarily select items form your shelf and send them! There is a. *******001% chance that any customer would like the replacement or they would have ordered that item! I should not be responsible for returned shipping costs or the inconvenience of doing so. You left a little boy very sad on Christmas day. Someone please send the correct items and arrange for the return shipping of the items you sent. Thank you.
