I placed an order for a hat and a couple t shirts that are in stock according to the website. It took a couple days, but I finally got a notice that the expected delivery was last Monday, yet there is still no sign of it. Part of the issue of course is that the company uses FedEx which is a horrible choice for shipping anything, but it musy be cost effective for them. As usualy, there is something strange going on when you review the tracking on the FedEx site. Apparently, it takes FedEx 3 days to move the shipment over 1 state at a time. So, I placed the order 11 days ago and the shipment is currently touring the continental United States as I prepare to go out of town early next week. One would think ordering something in 2023 would not require a month to ship a few states away...
Trying to reach customer service at New Era is a bad experience in and of itself. You cannot call them or chat on their site. If you try to reply to the shipping notification, it is a non-reply email. You must complete a form on their website and then you get a message that they will respond in about 5 days!

Customer service at this company does not exist. You cannot call them or chat. You must fill out a web form and then you receive a note that they return emails in 5 or more days.

I never received any products as they are lost in transit
