This has been an ongoing saga for almost 2 years. Bought boots for my daughter, never arrived. When contacted they told me UPS left them in my shed. I have no shed nor does any house in my street. They even sent me a picture of my terrace which shows, no sheds! So, complete contradiction and yet they insist this is the case. They have no UK headquarters, phone number, not even a basic office. SO, if buying online they can keep the money and you can do nothing. When I told them that I have no option left other than to start legal action they have simply ignored me. No reply to emails etc. I doubt they read these reviews but I will do everything possible to resolve this matter and get my costs and interest I am entitled to. If you must buy this brand then use the high street such as the shop in Camden, then you can simply return them. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. See you in court and thanks for your vile responses calling me a liar!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use the website, no consumer rights as they ship from Spain. Good shop in Camden High Street with friendly staff.

Never arrived. Scam.
Seriously, STAY AWAY is not an understatement. This review is for www.newrock.com not the UK site.
New Rock "customer service" said I could return a pair of boots, but then after they were shipped back at my own cost and delivered to the address they provided. New Rock denied ever receiving them.
They basically stole my money and got their boots back to resell.
Sent my custom boots late, missing my wedding, and they were incorrect, now failure to respond to my emails about returning and customs charges I am not willing to pay. I feel like I've been mugged but worse as I'm soending my honeymoon worrying about the cost of these and trying to return them. Awful.
These boots are really cool, but:
Durability = -100
These things wore out rapidly, didnt wear them frequently. They use very poor quality leather. For boots that cost as much as these do, they should use something better. These boots didnt even last be 2 years before they were unwearable due to tears, from wrinkles, in the leather. Crap leather quality they used.
Poor customer service, too.
I contacted the company, but they only offered me something like $50 off a new pair and only on the site from UK, I live in USA, considering the same boot is more than $50 cheaper from the USA site, it was discount at all. When I explained this to them, they didn't offer me anything consolation. They will respond quickly, but without actual support.
Also, the zippers are crap and wear out easily, they need a more robust zipper.
New Rock, I hope you're listening, improve your game, your style is on point, but leather quality is BAD. Zippers need to be more robust.
I ordered boots for 227 Euros at beginning of July. Three weeks later and I still hadn't received them so emailed them. They said they hadn't received payment. Spoke to my bank who confirmed payment had been made and to the correct bank giving a date and time the day after my order. New Rock kept denying it and will not reply to my emails. Have now arranged a charge back via my bank. Not worth the hassle.
First, I would like to say, aesthetically, I am satisfied with their products. But the quality you get for the price you pay is abysmal.
I've ordered 3 products in the course of a few years, so it's unlikely I just got a lemon out of the bunch. The metal looking pieces attached to the soles always start falling off within a few months, I've had a piece break in as little as 1-2 months. The last pair of boots I bought literally broke in half after a year of use. Not a single pair I've purchased have lasted more than a year, the soles come undone at the seems.
Keep in mind I never do anything physically demanding while wearing them. I spend most of my time sitting at a desk doing work on my laptop. If you plan on wearing their boots day to day, they won't last based on my experience. If you plan on using them occasionally, such as wearing them when going out on the weekends, then you'll probably be fine. As for me, I've given up on the NewRock brand.
Outside of NewRock I typically get boots that go for around $90 to $130. Some of them only last a year as well, but at half the price it's not a major concern. GBX sells a pair of 6-ring boots at that price range. They used to have a couple better ones but they're no longer sold. There is also MadFish. If you spend some time looking around you may find some nice looking work boots, which in my experience are much better quality.
Tip for consumers:
Even if your boots start falling apart after a month of use, you will have to pay for any piece that has broken off.
