We purchase windows from New South, which were Low-Noise, High Impact Models. In my opinion these windows are the best ones on the market. The quality construction that went into the design and engineering of these windows were excellent. We have had several homes and used other vendors, like Window World, but their product is not even close to the windows that New South sales. The installers were great and did a fantastic job. They also left the area nice and clean. Great Experience!
Paid over 40K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). Broken seams, stucco used improperly (Came off at first pressure cleaning) Crew showed up at least 4 times, not counting scheduled inspection. Last time I had to threaten with a lawsuit to have them come and fix inspection failing issues. Doors are not square, do not work properly I do not recommend at all
Overall timeline - weeks off schedule. Performs work without required permits. Uses COVID as an excuse for any promise that they cannot deliver on. Windows not ready - COVID. Doors not ready, which they don't even manufacture themselves - COVID. Permit(s) didn't get pulled 5 months ago when the contract was signed - COVID. I can't wait to see what else they blame on COVID.
Properly overpriced to boot, but time will tell on the quality front; I will not be surprised when they cannot deliver on all the promises the salesperson made.
All Hurricane Rated: 11 Windows, 3 Exterior Doors, and 1 successfully completed job! We decided to go with this company because they offered windows that are black exterior and white interior, just what we were looking for. And that's exactly what we got. Top notch sales from knowledgeable Brad, measurements were taken accurately, we even got frosted windows for the bathrooms. I was very nervous about installation since it such a massive project however, I had no reason for concern. Isaisa and his team showed up, worked hard and swift to replace our 72 year old windows. They fixed everything they had to take off to do so. We were so happy! They were clean and polite. So much so that the inspection had not one issue.
Now this is the part that truly made it over the top, white glove service…a gentleman came to our home after the inspection and cleaned every window & door, took off all the stickers, covers all holes and put in all strips. Just an incredible service in this industry.
If you are considering this major update to your home don't wait. They look beautiful, have cut down on the noise in a significant way, they are safer for hurricanes and security purposes, and great for homeowners insurance. Do it!

Overall, the windows seem to be a good quality, the installation was OK. They did do a lot of protecting the rest of the house with visqueen. I have been enjoying my windows for approximately a year and a half. I did have one area that I was concerned about when they were installing, it was the master bath I knew there was a leak down below. I just wasn't sure if there was other damage. They assured me everything was fine, knowing that if there was a problem, they would have to board up the window. I would have to get it repaired and then they would have to come back. This would also hold up payment because I would not be paying my final payment until the job is complete. Will fast forward to now. I have finally been able to remodel my master bath, which is been a nightmare in itself, but one of the bigger problems was that they covered up a ton of water damage that I did not know existed. They literally shoved the drywall. They cut out of my other windows down into a hole and packed it full of some type of cement bonding stuff. I would've liked to of known about the damage back then and done something because now my contractor charged quite a bit more for all these repairs. Plus he had to remove the window which ended up having to be repaired. Luckily, I was able to figure it out. I wanted to love this company in these windows, but after this fiasco, I would not trust them. I do have pictures of the mess that they created, obviously the water damage was not their fault. It had been happening for quite some time, but they failed to mention this to me, and just covered it up. Luckily, I was able to get this master done now because the contractor said the old tile was about the only thing holding the wall up.
