“A HUGE Thank you!”

Jennifer S.
7/27/20

We are extremely thankful for next day pets.com! We had been searching for a puppy for quite sometime, and we were running into a lot of scam sites. The moment I called I spoke to a Tania M and she definitely reassured me that everything was going to be safe, documented and she always kept in contact with me! I have always said communication is key! I rate them 110%! We received Lemon Drop and she was excited and clean! Thank you for making our family unite during this pandemic year.

“6328 N Park Meadow Way is in Idaho morron!”

Desiree T.
10/26/24

I don't care who's fault it is and I don't care how it got on this website but some how my name and email was used to create an account on this website using a false address! I know they had to be a morron who knows nothing about Pattison MS because they used a street address from Idaho and put "Pattison MS" behind it. That street doesn't exist there! Plus I never once opened that account so if you "verify" dog breeders before they can sell as your website says, how could you have let this person use my name and email to create this account? Sounds shady to me!

Worthless search ability that is not worth the money to upgrade. The sellers are not reviewed and the site is flawed beyond belief. Overall you'd be better off taking a $20 bill and burning it.

I purchased their service in January. Paid a one-time $25 fee and &5.95 to connect with a specific breeder. Found out today they have been charging me $5/ 2 weeks for some other service I don't recall signing up for. Additionally, these charges don't appear in my Nextdaypets.com account, but only in my credit card statements. I called to ask for a refund but got rejected, they said it was in the fine print of the payment agreement. Karen was very rude.

Update after Website's response:
I didn't "opt" to upgrade anything. After reading all the horrible reviews on this website and the better business bureau complaints (more than 25), it appears that the "upgrade" is in the fine print which is legal but sleezy. I didn; t get an email then or any sort of reminder in the following 5 months. Usually respectable companies send reminders of charges or payments posted to accounts, obviously this website is not. In their response they state "User accounts do not show applications or puppy match profiles." Why? Is this part of the scam to not show people what they are paying for?. Lastly, the customer support agent WAS NOT KIND. She was condescending, rude, constantly interrupted me, and refused to hear me out. I consent to share the audio of the phone call to show the world so don't say she was kind. I called her a "Karen" because anyone reading this review will understand what I mean by it. Again, a garbage business model. They scam thousands of people and make millions off this $5 biweekly charge, BE CAREFUL!

Tip for consumers:
Use but be very careful with what they charge you. Check your credit card statements every week.

The customer called our Customer Support today inquiring about his charges. It was explained to him that on January 6,2021, he created a Puppy Match profile for a Samoyed puppy. He opt'ed to upgrade this profile. Upgraded profiles incur a biweekly $5 fee until you cancel. This is outlined on the payment page. An email is also sent to each customer with instructions on how to cancel. Due to email spam filters, we have no control if that email makes it to their Inbox or Spam/Junk. When calling our support line today, he successfully cancelled his profile and subscription via our automated service. He also submitted an application for 1 puppy on January 6,2021, as well. He then created a User account and upgraded and paid $5.95 for 30 days. This account allows one to contact all the nonsubscribing advertisers across our site. All 3 of these are different and not associated with one another. User accounts do not show applications or puppy match profiles. Ramsey was issued 2 refunds of $5 and was told he could expect to see these refunds post to his account in 2-4 business days. He then instructed he was calling his bank to dispute. The Customer Support agent was kind and answered all of his questions. He may not have liked her answers, but he was provided with accurate answers. The Customer Support agents name was Beth, not Karen. Calling someone a "Karen" because you do not like the response is really not kind. The agent was simply doing her job and answered his questions.

Started off with $700 + 50 for shipping, strung along with letters and pics of Primrose a year old Pomeranian after they hook you they tell you your dogs needs insurance That will cost $1400. I told them I couldn't afford that that I'm disabled and only have limited funds available and please return my money and all of a sudden they stopped calling me and denied my request for a refund through Zelle the way I paid them through! Don't ever do it no matter how good they sound. Its a scam!
Haven't received any response about Zelle refund. Tried to contact Lamante Brown. Never received Zelle refund! Now what NextDayPets! Take Accountability for setting me up with this Scam! Notice the messages all say NextDayPets on them. Quit trying to get out of your site not setting me up with this scam! Enough! Are you going to refund my money or are you part of the scam! You choose! But it's one or the other! You let Mr Brown use your site, you should fix the problem! Until NextDayPets fixes this problem I'd say they are shady at best! Don't Deal with them! Save yourself heartbreak and money!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t deal with them! SCAM!!! Save your money!!! They don’t back the breeders they set you up with!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Hello Steve! You did not deal with Next Day Pets for your transaction, you dealt with a breeder directly on our site. What is the puppy id # to the listing you paid for? You can do a chargeback through Zelle as well. Have you tried contacting them?

You still have not sent us the Puppy ID # to the listing that we asked for months ago. You did not purchase a Signature puppy. We vouch for those breeders. We do apologize that you are going through this. This is why Signature breeders exist now. Our marketplace will be gone soon where this will not happen. You should thoroughly do your research when purchasing any puppy online. Ask questions. You could have always contacted us directly prior to making payment. You can do a credit card dispute through your credit card company.

The picture you sent of Primrose is NOT from www.nextdaypets.com.

Got in contact with breeder for a black lab puppy, wanted $450 to ground ship the puppy 9 hours away.We text the woman about it, but when called, a man answered the phone.

Asked for pictures, sent ones from website/google. COMPLETE SCAM AND PUPPY MILL WEBSITE! We asked for pics of the mom and dad. The mom was a picture that wasn't even a labrador retriever, and it was clearly off of google.
The dad happened to not be available. What a waste of our time. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! You will lose money!
BREEDERS NAME WAS "SHELEENA BARNETT"

Gave story that mother died and they needed to replace the puppies for costs only. Including delivery to door. Ask for additional information and pictures. Recieved information regarding Standard Schnauzer's. Recieved pictures after answering suitable questions and was ask for personal information to transfer pedigrees and delivery.
However, when I asked for copies of the Vet check, Pedigree and wanted to pick up the puppies, all communication stopped.

8-14-2020 we tried to buy a poodle puppy from the crooks at next day poodle puppies. We were lead on by a woman aka salvia williams. She gave us a song and dance about what a great honest company they had. They would only take money thru a wire transfer on ZELLA. We sent the money, and they said the dog would be sent the next day. The next day we received a email from a fake shipping company, saying they need an extra $1400 for a special shipping crate for the dog. We emailed them back saying we could not afford that and we needed more info. We tried to email both companies and never got another response from either of them. Our money was gone and no dog. I started investigating the companies and found that there really was a Global Shipping Company, and that they new of the fake company, and that this company had caused them many headaches in the past. The names Sylvia Williams, James Williams and Anthony Che were all bogus, along with the addresses. I filed a report with the FBI for internet fraud, The better business bureau, and several other agencies, We also have a lawyer working on the case.

Tip for consumers:
do not use site.

We paid $2800 for a black and tan teacup yorkie puppy which should have been between 3 and 3 and 1/2 pounds. We were sent photos of the parents and we drove an entire day round trip to pick up the puppy. The house was filthy inside and out; the parent dogs were not groomed and the puppy had sores on her body and duct tape on her ears to make them stand up. Being a dog lover, I did not want to leave the puppy in such surroundings. We paid for her and brought her home knowing we could make her well. A trip to the vet found massive hookworm infestation and major ear mite infestation. At four months the dog is twice the size of a teacup and is still growing. She is black and tan with several white splotches all over her body. She has spent two weeks with a trainer, so far, due to abnormal aggressive behavior. One ear stands up and one lays down. Regardless of all the above, we love her and are doing everything we can to get her healthy and well adjusted. The breeder, however should be in jail for fraud.
The name on her papers is Steve Hundl of Cameron Texas but the puppy was purchased from his daughter in Arlington Texas

I thought I was buying a teacup pomeranian, in which she was so precious and pretty I was so excited. But a day later in what I had all of her puppy shots in I did not and than tried contacting the breeder and she denied me access to the vet records, I thought her name was mary king, or Maggie because next day pets say they make sure everything is correctly registered. I tried calling the number which was *******674 #doesn't take incoming calls. Now after 1 1/2wks my baby girl passes away yes (DIED) from not getting her shots and dewormed. THEY ARE SICK PEOPLE! Now they have a rottweiler puppy up for sale from a 708 # registered to them and it is her husband Chris. I WOULD NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE I WAS HORRIFIED, AND NEXT DAY PETS ARE DOING ""NOTHING"" i hope this helps the next person, I wish i would have read reviews

We were in contact with a breeder through nextdaypets. We received photos of a puppy we were interested in and after back and forth communications we placed a deposit on a puppy. Two weeks later after trying to contact the breeder repeatedly we began trying to contact someone at nextdaypets. The person that answers the through the contact section, Beth, told us to contact the breeder directly. We went through it all again about the fact that the breeder wouldn't respond. We wanted to know what a breeder had to do to post puppies on the site, if nextdaypets checked them out in any way. Beth quit answering our emails completely. We asked if she had attempted to contact the breeder herself and if she had any response and all we got was a no. We don't know if that was a response to she hadn't tried to contact them or just hadn't heard from them or both. I said I no longer cared about the puppy or the deposit but wanted to leave an explanation of our experience on their website about the breeder and once again she quit responding. I would say anyone looking for a puppy should definitely do so elsewhere. Thank you for this opportunity to warn others about nextdaypets

I've used NDP for the past 6 years. I called and spoke to the manager of this site who ended up constantly interrupting me. I had to finally hang up on her for making accusations against me and yelling at me. I was upset that I was charged $19.99 a month from April to October. On your account history payments page, none of these fees were listed. All my initial subscription fees and the $5.00 promotion fees were on there but not the "hidden" 19.99 fee. I say "hidden" because it wasn't listed on the payment history page. Beware, Beware, Beware, Use another company. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this woman treated me is UNACCEPTABLE! She told me I was accusing her of "stealing" my credit card info. I was unhappy that I was charged something I was unaware of. I NEVER said I thought they stole my CC info. I've never been treated so horrible in a customer service setting. I couldn't even go above her, she said she was the manager of the site.

I told her I was a long time customer, she interrupted me and said I've been with them since 2012. At this point, I didn't want to argue with her anymore. I had a different account name that was joined into one account. We've been breeding dogs and selling with NDP for the past 6 years minimun. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!

You have to understand, we are in the middle of a pandemic currently. People are buying puppies left and right because everyone feels like it is the right time to do this. Advertisers are beyond busy. They barely have time to keep up with their accounts. Next Day Pets has been in business since 2003. We are not in business to defraud any of our customers. When making a complaint, please state who you are referring to so we can at least put you in contact with the advertiser.
