“Poor System and Awful Customer Support”

Do not trust Nextraq. I repeat, don't trust these liars. Their system doesn't work half the time and they do nothing to fix the situation ASAP. The customer is awful. Their executives will give you standard and scripted answers and won't care about your stress. It's ridiculous. Please beware!
