“So far site sucks, i made a payment 4 days ago, payment...”

So far site sucks, i made a payment 4 days ago, payment was immediatly taken from account but it stills says it has not been processed. I have tried to contact them and all they give is an email. So far after 2 days no one has responded. And untop of it no info on the website seems like a scam
