We use their service for IDs. The IDs themselves are great. The quality is good. However, the customer service is so terrible it makes me want to quit using them. They never respond to emails, when they promise to call you right back they do not. Several times I have had to be the one to contact them and the response is always "oh I was going to do that..." It is not a good way of treating your customers. I get the sense it is run out of his house and they use a phone system that makes their company appear to be larger than they are.
