Nike is UNAMERICAN
September 7, 2018

Nike provides lots of jobs, in other countries. They don't support our workforce or our country. In their new commercial they are disgracing the United States of America in an attempt to make money. True Americans will see through this and hopefully Nike will fall on it's face. We are sick and tired of USA bashing by so called Americans and FAKE American companies. Wake up USA CITIZENS! Shop elsewhere!

I bought a pair of Nike Mamba Rage for my son about 3 months ago. He told me there was a sharp piece of metal that was protruding through the interior heel of the shoe and it cut his heel. I inspected the shoe and not sure if it was metal or plastic, but it was poking through the fabric and he could not wear the sneakers. I called Nike and the advised that since I purchased them at $#*!'s Sporting Goods they would not warranty their defective sneakers. They said it would need to be purchased from one of their "honor" stores. If they sell your product then you should stand behind it. IDK what an "honor" store is but as you see from their reviews Nike is not honorable! $#*!'s store exchanged the sneakers without an issue. You lost a customer Nike!

Extremely disappointed!
October 29, 2019

I bought my son a pair of Nike Vapormax shoes, cost $160 back in May, within 3 months the sole had come apart from the shoe in one spot so I sent the shoes in to Nike to have them replaced, well today I received an email stating because the tag was not there they couldn't offer a refund or replacement because that tag tells them when they were manufactured, they will NOT give me a credit or replacement. Those tags tend to fade sometimes with the wearing of the shoes, but they don't seem to understand that, I even offered a copy of my receipt and that didn't matter to them. My family has bought a ton of Nike products for many years, I always thought they would stand by their products but I was wrong. Be careful what you buy from them and how much you spend as they may not stand by the sometimes poor quality of their products. I will be looking for another brand of shoes and clothing products for my family.

Don't assume someone of stealing without proof I'm taking this to the CEO of Nike, and I still have the receipt for the shoes. Can anyone answer this question why would I steal if someone I know works for Nike and I can get 50% off of everything through them? Andf next time if someone says they have proof of something they didn't do believe them.

Scammers
May 6, 2020

Y'all are the worst company on damn earth, got hacked and the payment wasn't arrived and they couldn't stop it. Probably because they are just a horrible capitalist company that don't give a hoot about how they get money. Literally scamming people and using child labor. All you had to do is stop the transaction or atleast give me like a voucher anything. But no, they just kept blaming every other thing. Horrible capitalistic dogs.

I placed an order of $400, later they cancelled my shipment, charged my card twice and claimed that the transaction didn't get through because my information was inaccurate. I called them and they claimed that the shipment address is not matching my Credit Card address, but they charged me twice. I put the charges under dispute because they didn't refund my Credit Card. You know what they say ´They say full me once shame on you and full me twice shame on me". I placed second order, a month ago, of $ 450 and again the same issue, they charged my credit card twice, cancelled my shipment, Deja Vue, shame on me. I went through the same process again and get my money back. I am planning to report them to the business bureau because they shouldn't be doing business. Imagine, how many orders they received in a week, deposit the money in the bank and get interest. You,do the math.

My order EO******* has been canceled after five day's they explain that they have a bug on online store with wrong price. They gave me a coupon for 15% discount (haha). I have to wait for a refund another week or two. This company is very unprofessional.

It took them five days to figure out something was wrong and they canceld my order. After that they have proposed me a discount that is worse than the standard promotions that they set for everyone.

I never again buy Nike products on their online store or anywhere else. Luckily there are similar or better products from other companies at even better prices and certainly with normal service.

That's right another comsumer to help our flag and share that I will never buy another pair of your product no matter what form it comes in, as well as I will no longer support the NFL and the players. Your a discrace to our values as Americans and a discrace to your own face. Good bye
