I am very unhappy with Nili Lotan and will not shop there again because of their poor customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans for a trip, and paid $25 extra for overnight delivery. When I followed up to find out why my jeans had not been shipped, I was told that Nili takes 3 to 5 days to process an order before shipping it, meaning my item is not scheduled to arrive on time for my trip. I asked for a refund of my $25 overnight shipping fee and was told that it would not be refunded. I love Nili's clothes, but this is really poor customer service.
Nili Lotan has really bad customer service. So disappointed I purchased from them. I wish I had read reviews before placing my very expensive order and I couldn't cancel or return anything or get credit because they were sale items. Couldn't even cancel right after placing the order. Terrible policies for a shop that sells designer clothes. They need to have some respect for customers instead of treating them like dollar signs. Some of their customer service reps are also condescending and talk over you. Do not buy from Nili Lotan EVER! All their reviews you read online are bad for a reason!
