I had a very bad experience from shopping here and want to warn others.
The customer service is deceiving. They lie about the material quality. I was told by them on chat that a saree was pure georgette but when pressed that it is the blouse only. This should have warned me but I took a chance and ordered others. They were of poor quality material nothing like like in the picture. One was grey while it was white in the picture. All of them were poor copies, fake georgette, I was told they are pure georgette, and cheap looking. They differed very much from the picture

They have been super unprofessional. I placed an order 20 days in advanced trusting them to deliver the product right. But, when I called to inquire about the my order I was told that it is not ready and I can get refund back for my order. I needed the outfit for my niece's wedding. Now it's days left and I have no outfit! Very unprofessional and not trust worthy at all!

The clothes I bought from here has awesome finishing. I wanna appreciate the tailor for his really good finishing. I know most of sites but ninecolour has something which other sites lacks. Nor just me but my whole family buys from ninecolour. One if the trusted and nice quality at affordable price provider this is. Whatever I will say will not gonna enough.

The guys who runs it and the customer support members were truly amazing. Extremely good customer service. They will solve every queries and problems within minutes. Once I paid the amount I was tension free beacaue from last few months I am using this service and still not got any issue.

I had a great experience. I was little confused about placing an online order and was unsure about measurement. I m so happy with the ninecolours quality product. I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks for wonder experience.

The name is enough to trust. And not just name the product I got from here is really appreciable and I can't resist my self saying good about this. I received a good product and finally I am so happy because the pic at that time I seen the product is same. In few words delivery is very fast and everything I can buy here without being tensed about quality. Quality is what this site never fails to give.

Nine colors are a total ripoff in every possible way! Since this appalling experience we have not made any online purchases as there is no recourse on our part!
There is no legal authority to report to, with the result Nine Colors are thriving by ripping innocent shoppers off!
Online shoppers should be protected and assisted in this regard!

I bought one dress from ninecolours while paying its showing that cash back. After paid the amount its showing that my cash back amount will add in my account. When i try to return my product after 48hrs they r saying that v cant take it back... its completely fraud... not at all satisfied with ninecolours... my suggestion don't buy from online especially like these kind of websites... the material quality is horrible...

I usually shop online but I was not knowing about ninecolours.com I will surely purchase more stuff not just for me but for my family also and I will recommend it to my friends too! Because I got my perfect size in first time which is really a task for ladies. Thank you! I loved it. It is so amazing.

I have very bad experience, nothing is clear, products are not matching ordered one., refund they say It can go in my ninecolour wallet and can buy another products... call centre no one is picking up. Disgusting experience., 50% cash back also will go in wallet so no money back to account. It's a trap

In my life I seen so many sites and bought so many online products but for buying Indian wears this site tops the list. I don't know why but this site satisfied me in a way I never seen on others. Giving this site 5 star review because of its uniqueness and quality.

Items are not as described. It's says silk cloth but lehnga is net one.its badly stitched. Inner layer of lehnga is sticking out of top layer. Thread are coming out from so many flowers. Stiching is so bad.not happy at all. I tried to contact them they are not responding. Will never suggest anyone.

I regret shopping at nine colours. They said the product was moss velvet and its cotton and the other one was of small size. And if i asked them for return and refund they said it will not be refunded. I regret purchasing online at ninecolours. Dont waste your money...

I had planned a trip to india and want some nice Indian salwar suits – found this website and purchased 6 suits – I even spoke to a person which was very assuring that it was not fake website (last name is Agarwal) everything seems perfect and when I received the suits- I was very very disappointed they were very bad. The cloth quality sucks so was the stitching. Please don't waste your money.

I paid express shipping for a lehenga choli and it's been nearly 6 months and I still haven't received it, when I contact customer service they used to say please give us time. But now they just ignore! Wasted $150+ on them. Don't get caught in their scammm. They don't even deserve a rating of 1

Seriously this is the best place for shopping because they are providing all the category in dresses which you line almost every because they have the collection of men women lady girl old young Middle teenager all age category dresses which are also very trending in India.

All three dresses received are nothing like the ones ordered. Fabric is totally different, cheap rubbish fabric. Front bodice was sewn at the back of the dress! Unbelievable! Sizes were totally incorrect. Ordered a long dress, they sent a short one, ordered a long sleeve, they sent sleeveless. After sending emails and explaining, they only agreed on 50% refund, which we haven't received yet! DO NOT ORDER FROM NINECOLOURS!

Orderd pink lehnga for my daughter looked beautiful on there site, what tuned up was utterly disgrace. You can see the difference in the photos so please don't waist you money I ordered from Australia it's not even worth it to send it back I am gonna use it for table frill for Pooja's

I ordered 3 items. 2 items got sent and the 3rd one couldn't be delivered 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. Now I kept asking about the 3rd item's progress because straight after ordering and confirming it, there was out of stock sign on the picture. They took my money from me but failed to tell me that there was no item for 20 working days. I will not be shopping with them ever again.

Customer support is really appreciable.
I found my Stitching was awesome once you provide with the correct measurement of yourself, the gown is very beautiful.

I placed an order, and one of the items was out of stock. I emailed them, and they said they would refund me for the product. When I got my other products, I was shocked at how bad the quality was and how the products did not match up to the picture. I thought I could have easily returned my items since I had had an option online. However, the website was down, so I had to wait- during this time, they did not tell me anything in regards to the return policy. I tried emailing them again to see if they were able to process it via email, but that's when the return policy was brought up to me. I argued some main points, and they completely ignored my points. They did not try to even help me, and I am still waiting on the refund for one of the items that was not delivered. A complete waste of time and money.

Basis on the review i decided to pick up this beautiful piece of kurti.
I must say that this site didn't disappoint me. Same product what is seen in the image.
I am flaunting and flattering. Haha. Happy with the product.
Good for party dress or wedding events.
