I have made a few purchases with NineColors that I was happy with. Black Friday 2023 I placed an order that I did not receive. They proactively reached out and I was happy with their customer service... except the first week of December was the last I heard from them. Since then I can't speak to their live operator from the website or get a response using the WhatsApp account we were communicating through. I even tried Facebook; no one responds to messages. It has been 2 months of multiple emails, calls, WhatsApp chats and no delivery or refund yet.
Whetever prices they display, the actual prices are much more higher than that. I discovered the huge price difference during my video call. They couldn't explain the reason for the big difference. It's wastage of time.
We ordered five dresses from this site for our marriage programme day. Each dress came in a safety way and we recieved delivery at time. Quality was good. After recieving we realized we really spent our money on must trusted site. Fabrics and way of stictching is unmatchable. Ninecolour made me feel happy from its services.
I ordered lehenga choli. I got very cheap material, badly stitched & very short Chunni, not enough to wear on one side. I wanted to return. I got a message that I cannot return as they have sent exactly the one like in the picture. I'll throw in the charity. Please don't be deceived by the pictures and waste money.
Whenever I order something from them and I request them for sending my order on urgent basis or anything regarding stitching and fittings they are always ready to answer them. The customer service staff is very co opertaive. Everytime I call them with hundred of questions and querries and they always answer it so patienly and calmly. Thank you for your cooperation!

An awesome kurti for traditional wear... Great quality and awesome fitting... Looks great if paired with black loose palazzos... A MUST BUY. Great buy for such a great price. (PS: The golden print is rubber print so it sticks to eachother)
The lenhga is pretty good. Would fit anyone of anysize. And can be altered easily. Length of dupatta is too good. Embroidery wise looks same as shown in the picture while buying. Overall a great purchase at this affordable price. Price is something which is good even then quality is high but price is affordable which I liked the most in this site.
First product on this site I just loved this kurti, more den dat I will suggest to buy whoever viewed this kurti.

Don't think twice, this is the best kurta to mordenise your traditional occassions. Damn stylish and comfortable. I ordered small, it is a bit tight but comfortable enough. So go for medium. You will love the blue colour. Tip- wear it on cream colour jenes or pajama.
I ordered a Lehenga and it was such a cheap quality. It didn't look like anything like the what I ordered. I couldn't even wear it to the event. I would highly recommend that no one should ever purchase anything from this site. Save your money and time!
It was my first experience I ever bought something online and I never knew whether this site will deliever the same product or not but after recieving the dress I saw that the dress was same as I ordered. I bought an anarkali suit from Ninecolors. It was very nice in picture, and it came with "Promise" tag, which means the product will be exactly same as in the picture. When I recieved the product I was shocked. It was such cheap product. I complained them saying that these 2 are not same, but they are reluctant to agree. They said its exactly same.
But the saree was great.It same as in the picture. And stitched the blouse also as shown in the picture. I was happy with saree.
Tip for consumers:
Buy sarees, but not anarkali and lehangas.

This cheating web site show some thing sale some thing else. Regarding Cash back its a whole lie. You won't be able to use full wallet money. It will allow you to use just 5% of your cart value. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Nothing compared to what is advertised and what I received. The items what I ordered don't match to the real picture. The beige churidar is totally different from the picture, There is no detailing at the bottom as shown the dupatta is absolutely shockingly short in length. The green sharara doesn't have the pleats as shown in the picture. Dont order from this online shop. Not worth
Seriously a SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE! Stitching was HORRENDOUS with literally no shape to any of the skirts, designs were COMPLETELY different than on the website, AND WORST OF ALL MATERIAL WAS AS CHEAP AS IT GETS. I CANT BELIEVE THEY DARE TO SELL THINGS AT SUCH RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES WITH SUCH POOR QUALITY! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
