No stars for nine colors, they should be taken to court. I had placed an order for a saree on 6 Feb, 2017 and paid through Paytm to nine colors. For a month after the payment, Nine colours kept saying they have not received payment while I had a confirmed paid receipt from Paytm. When i threatened them that i will go to consumer court, they finally agreed they had received payment and said my product will be shipped within 48 hours. It has been another 10 days now but they have not shipped the saree, nor are responding to emails or phone calls.
CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SITE. Complete fraudsters

Worst experience ever with Ninecolours, The item was in such a bad quality and completely different from the picture, so i returned it. I ordered again but this time I never got my order but was charged for it. Upon repeatedly contacting customer service they never responded. I never got my money back despite wasting so much time and effort to reach them. Bull$#*! company, there are so many other online stores better than them. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHEATERS

First time My Sister thought for customise lehenga for her wedding. I have gifted her this custom made lehenga for her eternal wedding day. The designer Drasti brought her dream come True outfit. The outfit is Wow & it is beyond the expectation. My sister was so. So. So happy when she have seen this lehenga. I acknowledge ninecolours as they have suggested me the platform youdesign. Even the team designer are very co operative & polite while talking.

GREAT STUFF & EFFICIENT DELIVERY. Overall very well satisfied with my purchase. To improve you can take the pic in various angles & in proper light so that the disparity between image color & product colour minimises.

I placed this order on 4th Aug after receiving assurance by email and online chat that the order would be delivered by 12th in Delhi. I had a puja on 12th Aug despite repeated requests the order was dispatched on 19th from Mumbai. It reached me on 21st Aug. Customer agents online and receiving telephone are not helpful at all. The only time you get good support is in placing orders. Once order is placed you are trapped and do not receive any help. I had to buy another set from local market for the Puja.
I placed another order this time for unstitched items. Again online chat cannot confirm the date of delivery. All they need to do is just ship. Didn't have a good experience in both my transactions and would not recommend this website to anyone.
Cannot comment about quality though as I came back to Kuwait. Hope it is good.

I ordered my weddingdress with my sizes. I'm a small person and they send me an XXL premade dress which they shortened at the bottom. The bottom was damaged, they gave me a second hand dress! Also the top was different from the picture. I had the dress sent to the neighbours house so couldn't react within 24 hours to send the dress back. I'm very dissapointed.

The quality is good, fit is perfect. Size is no issue and after washing colour is also fast. A must buy kurta, as it adds to the style statement.

We ordered three dresses from this place at the same time for a big event, none of us will be wearing the dresses despite the money we spent on them because of the poor quality, they did not use the fabrics they said they would use and did not refund or redo them even though it was their mistake one of them even had some stains but still the answer was no Returns so basically DO NOT order from them

Ordered and paid for a lovely pair of earring together with other suits from them. Upon receiving a shipment notification, I noticed that the earring was not shipped with the suits. I then emailed them only to be told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the earring was not sent. The earring is still available on their website so I then questioned them and asked what these unforeseen circumstances were for not sending the earring and after numerous emails, there is no reply on this matter. They then refunded me for the earring but I am annoyed about why they would simply ignore my order and do as they wish. If you are a business, someone has ordered and paid for an item, you send it as per the customer's request. The fact that they are not ignoring my emails questioning them on the reason is not helping their business. The website chat is even more ridiculous. The chat agent takes forever to reply. I am now waiting for my suits and let's see if they are of decent quality! Currently I am not impressed with these guys!

I had a very bad experience from shopping here. They lie about the material quality. I was told by them on chat that a saree was pure georgette but it is so cheap material

I purchased a product from this company with payment for customized stitching service. They grabbed the money and sent an entirely different product opposed to what was ordered. They lack professionalism and grace to even send emails to customers. They respond rudely when the customers call them repeatedly with concerns. The staff is unprofessional and reluctant about customer issues and never lets customers reach the higher authority to get solution. They charge excessive for shipping outside India. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Probably they are operating this business from home with family members and assigned one particular member of the family to receive customer calls every time. BEWARE! SOME OF THE 5-STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE PROBABLY POSTED BY THESE FRAUDS TO WIN CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE. There should be some legal action initiated against them for fraudulence.

Sir, where is the option to return the product? I cannot find it anywhere in ur site to return my product. Please kindly help me out. I want to return the product. U hv sent me a very cheap quality material :( :( i paid 1375rs for that product. Which doesnt worth it at all. That kinda cheap material u hv sent me. It is fake website. They dint even repond to my calls, mails and messages. Nine colours showed me all in nine colours together sending their cheap quality product. Be aware from ninecolours, they r not trust worthy

Poor quality and stitching is bad. They don't have return and exchange so if you order something that's it you keep the item no matter what condition it arrives.

Lovely pink and blue colour lehenga. Quality work on blouse and bottom. Had used so many time but it looking the same as I purchased. Worth the money.

Few days ago I bought a kurta from here and by mistakenly I selected a little bigger size and getting and wearing I got that its the wrong size I selected and then I started feeling tensed, so I called the customer support of this site and I was amazed that at first time of ring the picked my call and then we talked about my issue, they politely replied to my every question and quickly solved my problem. Customer support is of another lever of this site.

I ordered an outfit from this vendor, 1) the material was far substandard than what was shown and advertised 2) missing buttons and sleeve (shown as double bell, received simple sleeve) 3) substandard stitching. WHAT A SHAME INDIANS RIPPING OFF INDIANS! DISGUSTED AND DISAPOINTED! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS

I have orderd a banglori silk saree for my mom from ninecolours.com. Saree is very nice. My mom liked this saree. And when i have orderd this then i said to ninecolours plz delivered as soon as possible and they have delivered this within 3 days and it was perfect.
Shipping service is very fast of ninecolurs.

If I can give 0 star I would! Disaster! Thiefs and worst customer service. They are so rude, and disrespectful, adding to that the quality of sari are disgraceful! Never again!

I asked them again and again before ordering for eid and kept on reminding them that i need the cloth before eid. I even paid extra for faster shipping. It was eid on sunday and I received the cloth on monday night. I had to spend double to buy clothing from here again to wear it on eid. They have the worst customer service ever. The demand to be the largest clothing store online but in real they are just bunch of greedy people robbing people from all over the country. Not only that they didnt send the clothings on time; the measurement that i sent them they changed the whole thing and made is 5 inches shorter than what i originally asked for. So now i paid for a cloth that doesnt fit me also that i didnt even receive before eid. They knows how to ruin people eid.

All the comments with 5 stars are their employees writing the review so dont trust that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

Cheap and fraud company never order anything I ordered 1 SUIT AND FEW JEWELLERY, IN PICS THEY SHOW DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND SENT VERY VERY CHEAP QUALITY Fabric with poor workmanship and in jewellery stones are missing and very very cheap quality. Their pictures are very deceiving please DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE. I didn't get my money back FRAUD people... BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE
