This saree was awesome. I wore this for an engagement celebration the night before the wedding celebration. I got lots of compliments. The print was cool. Material was great and not too hot. Didn't wrinkle too easily (wore it right out of the package without having to steam it out or anything).

I ordered 4 suits, custom stitched but the lining used on 3 of the suits was absolutely see through. I emailed to complain but was told I could receive a 5% discount on my next order. I told to keep the 5%. I sent them pictures to show how poor quality the garment was. I will not be buying from their website again.

I bought chain pendant from Ninecolours.com 2 month back but it still shined perfectly and was true to being sterling silver! I love it, i let my husband see before i got to and he was suprised that it looked that awesome! This ring is for my 2 year anniversary and Im not big on fancy things so i don't need a 2 or 3 thousan dollar ring to be happy so thats why we got this! Its perfect and I am sure more compliments are to come! I cannot wait to go to work to show it off!

I just receive the Worst order of my life i've spend 160 and they just kidd for me. This is the worst quality i've ever seen in my life. The product are totally different from the picture. Never never never buy on the website they don't Want to refund my order. All dresses are big for me.

Don't order from this people. Complete scam. They won't pick up your phone after you pay. I think they have caller ID so they will pick up the phone and keep your phone on mute. I had to get refund from paypal.

I ordered 2 kurtas. Both of them arrived wrong size. One larger than ordered size and one smaller. The customer care refuses to consider any option for possible fix for them. As per them its okay to receive large and small kurta. Also the quality of fabric is also very poor. They look cheaply made. There are other sites which deliver quality product and service for similar price. Thanks!

The saari was very nice and soft. The beeds seems to stuck nicely. But if the blouse hands could be much longer would've been looked nice. Overall value for money! Awesome

Ordered a blue dress for the first time at ninecolours and received a slightly different blue colour. The pattern and style were the same. I understand the slight difference and it's OK. I call the customer executive and told them that I found difference in colour so they told me that this is very normal we have mentioned this on our site and it was my mistake that I didn't see that still was not liking it as I imagined it like that only do I called them for return and they were quick with it and then I didn't got any problem

I had purchased kids wear sherwani for my 5 years boy especially for the diwali function. Nice colour, fabric. Material is good in quality. He can wear same sharwani for attending any relative wedding also. Thanks ninecolours for real diwali promise.

I did receive my order after hundreds of follow ups then it was totally in different colour. The product i recieved was in pink colour and the one I ordered was clearly marked as red. Its been 2 months. Still chasing it. Now they are saying they only received saree not the lehga suit. Forgot to mention the earrings I ordered they didn't have ut in stock. But they deduct the money for that and never bother to tell me that its not in stock. I found it missing when I received my order. Not a single apology from them. Feeling frustrated..

Talking about the process of delivery then ninecolour never failed to deliver their products at real time. I am so happy that I got my orders at time otherwise its going to create a problem because tomorrow I need to go at my friends wedding I have no new dress to wear. Very poor service. Untrustworthy and unreliable. I ordered a black anarkali but I received lengha. Instead of trying to contact them through what's up and emails no response from them. I would highly recommend not to shop and trust them. They show something else on the pictures and when we purchased it we get something else. This was my first and last time to shop with nine colors

It was my second order on Ninecolours and the first order was good and I was 100% satisfied so I ordered once more but this time I am not that satisfied as the fabric quality was not as mentioned. I ordered a net saree and I was expecting it to be great this time also but the net was not of a very good quality. The embroidery and everything was up to the mark. So i will tell them to just improve this thing else everything is perfect so that I can look forward to shop again with them.

I ordered one kurta from here and I really got good high quality material. Very nicely stitched and very comfortable to wear. I want to but one more and one of my friend also told me to get one for him. I got the same kurta as shown in the picture while buying. Don't go anywhere else guys. This is best service.
