“Have not received order and got no response to my emailed inquiry”

I ordered a PDF download of instruction for bass recorder. Penny Gardner's website says most orders shipped within 12 hours, and email if there is a problem. Ordered it 5 days ago and have not received anything. Checked my spam folders but not there either. Emailed the vendor yesterday morning and have not received a reply. Would include an image of my paypal receipt, but sitejabber does not accept a PDF file.

Tip for consumers:
In my experience, it is better to order music from a known vendor such as Music & Arts or Ted Brown.
