I am still unable to use any credit card on my Nintendo account. I have opened accounts in other countries where I have residency and bank accounts with cards issued by those countries, and in none of them am I allowed to make purchases.
I have bank accounts and Nintendo accounts in the USA, Brazil, and Argentina, and in none of them can I use any credit card. I have tried dozens of cards, cancelled and requested new cards from banks, tried single-use or fixed-use virtual cards, tried physical cards, and so far, nothing.
Not only have you not solved the problem, but you also do not provide any explanation. You don't tell me if something might be wrong, you don't tell me if you simply don't allow me to use them because you don't like me, you don't tell me if it's prejudice against me, you don't tell me anything. You don't provide any decent contact channel, you don't care about customers who want to spend money with your company.
Do you realize this? I am trying to spend my money on your company and you won't let me do that. What a complete disregard, it's lamentable. I await any explanation that is minimally plausible.
I can only conclude that Nintendo has some prejudiced reason for preventing me from spending my money on their company, because it is not possible that a world leader in games and technology cannot simply provide a coherent explanation of why they don't allow me to use any credit card.
This is a consumer disregard.

You cannot edit your order while it is processing. I was told to wait until it is delivered and then return it or place a whole new second order. I went through customer service chat, text and calling spending almost 2 hours dealing with this just to get this answer. Unbelievable. Definitely over Nintendo at this point.
Once you have paid, if there is an issue, simply consider it money lost. Steer away from eshop "gift cards". There is an amazingly quick "support" response time - assuming it is in place just so that you can pay faster. Love Nintendo but the online payment system is designed to very quickly take your money and leave you helpless if there is an issue.

One thing I appreciate about Nintendo. They have a real loyalty program, that they have stuck behind over a decade. You can actually get free stuff from them, by participating in challenges or buying new products.
A classic which I will never forget - Nintendo. Their navigation is really easy and their products have a huge nostalgia in them. The variety of games leaves me happy as I can find what I am looking for.
All the games by Nintendo have amazing graphics, and some even have online play! You can make your own Mii that looks like you or make on from scratch!

Absolutely $#*! company I bought a switch and within 4 months it broke I then cancelled the subscription which was 6.99 however still got taken out of my account for them to then say they I didn't cancel ( basically calling me a liar) and refused to give a refund absolute joke would NOT recommend would just stick to playstation or Xbox at least they last and don't have problems with them

LOVE this website. Got referred to it from our Wii gaming system(!) which gave us an error code and this website name. We actually used the owner's manual and followed all their steps to get things set up/connected. But life is always more complicated than the owners manual.
This site has an option for chat help that actually features REAL PEOPLE! Been greatly ticked off at sites that use (supposed) artificial intelligence chat interactions. Nintendo even used a temporary software download to control my pc and speed up the identify-the-problem-process.
Excellent site for troubleshooting with lookup possible by error codes. But, a real person beats an error code lookup any day!
Nintendo made a huge mistake on putting the Xenoblade 3 special edition on their website only. The problem is that they never put any kind of effort into their website when there's traffic. Oh what's that? You clicked on the pre-purchase button, wait, you get the limited 1 error? So after a few hours, you're finally able to get it on cart. Alright cool. Then you proceed to check out, wait, it's not on the cart? But it shows that something is in the cart, okay, let me refresh. That is a big mistake! Now you're stuck on the virtual waiting line for hours to just see if it's on the cart. Hours passed and Nintendo avoids to update what is happening in the website. This is pain. So much pain.

For the past month customer support has been giving me the run around about my own account. Just one big, massive headache after the other with lies and no answers. Than when I finally get an answer, it turns out they were the reason why I was locked out to begin with. Locking me out of my own account just because my computer crashed at a payment screen... really? Couldn't they have just told me this when I first called in instead of wasting hours of my life I will never be able to get back?
The system has games for all ages making it a great family system. With the ability to have 4 plus players on some of the games. One of the things I really enjoy is the fitness games that allow multiple players. The kids get their exercise and we all have a lot of fun at the same time. I think this system really does offer a whole family entertainment package. I cannot wait to see what they do next with all the VR and AI technology that is starting to arise.
I love Nintendo and the games they make! They create quality products that while some of mine have been messed up within a year or two they have all stayed pretty good. Most of the controllers they make i love but the price is always high, other than that you should get yourself the latest console, i love it!
I love Nintendo, super cute stuff. Very Kawaii. My husband is a nerd and likes his Zelda stuff. I love my Animal Crossing Switch and the game (duh). Can't say how much I also enjoy playing Mario Kart with my family and friends. Awesome company overall!

This company doesn't let people upload their music online without getting copyrighted. They made a new game called Nintendo Switch Sports but they one time released a thing for Switch Sports that didn't work at all. If it doesn't work then what's the point of releasing it?
Nintendo My children when there home they all set around and play Nintendo I love watching and get kicks out of three expressions. I have not been able to master the sticks you play with but they sure can. The littlest one can do it a good as the adults. This is horrible I spent $5 to buy among us and it told me I have to buy Nintendo online I tried to get my money back but you can't Minecraft is 39.99 and Microsoft recommended 6.99 the downloading takes hours so I'm warning you be carful
I had a really great experience with Nintendo today and I just wanted to let everyone know what a great company they are! Their customer service specialist I spoke to on the phone was really patient with me and walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps for my son's 3DS. I love their multiple systems for my family and I will continue to buy their products!
Since the old school NES in my closet STILL works every weekend, I can attest to the quality of their products! Got my combo super mario/duck hunt, the golden original zelda cart, and castlevania 2 simons quest. Oh yeah, my weekends of yesteryear are here to stay! Then there is the wii. Say what you will about how it ignored conventional gaming control, Its just too fun to hate on! Forget anything else crapple or sony even microsoft put out, nintendo is the gaming god!
Had to send our Switch OLED back twice with a joycon rail issue. The second time they had it for over 3 weeks and then told us there was water damage and they wanted £190 to repair it. The Switch had never been out of the house!

You can't talk really to anyone on nintendo 3ds, or any nintendo devices, parental controls are strict if you want to reduce game time for children and overall. Much like the PS4.

That Smash melee is really the straw that broke the camel's back, I would say thank you to the leakers for revealing Nintendo's dark secrets. The secret formula that is filled with poison about the company itself is now exposed.
There are only a handful of games. With no concrete plan for legacy retro games leaves it feeling more like a blank slate of unfulfilled potential on day 1.
