It was easy to make my booking online. I had no problems at all. And I'm looking forward for my stay. I stayed there one time before about two years ago and I really enjoyed my stay there. And at that time they was remodeling the hotel. And I'm looking forward to seeing, what it looks like today.
I somehow got nitecrawler when I was looking for Holiday Inn. There are NO changes allowed. I tried to add an additional night. They said start again. It is more expensive that booking directly through the hotel.

We booked rooms. Was only given permission to use the card to hold the rooms only. The other rooms were going to be paid for by others that were getting the room. Now we have a charge of over a thousand dollars non refundable and we have no rooms anywhere! They won't even tell me where the town is or hotel in montana! Had I known the hotel was a 3rd party called "nitecrawler". I don't expect a call back especially when the scammer can't even speak English!

Took day off work both husband and I drove up to York Maine to stay for our one night off this year. Finally got to our destination stones throw hotel and were told we were overbooked by you! So now no where to stay no help with finding a place to stay. They told us they cancelled our booking and were trying to contact us. I asked how as no phone call not email sent. Do you think if you cancelled us because of your overbooking mistake you would just automatically send out a refund? Well no you did not. The hotel has an email from you stating your mistake you took my money now you want to refund me 15.99? Are you serious? I spent over 371.00 and you want to refund 15.99? I want my credit card refunded immediately for the full amount for your overbooking us and inconvenience.

I booked a hotel in Vegas for December 7th and 8th. When I got the itinerary emailed to me the system booked me for November 26th. When I called to cancel or change it they would not allow the cancelation or the change and had already charged me for the service

Very rapid response. They found a room when we were told by another booking agent that there were none.
I did not choose. I was on the hotel website, tried to book directly and nitecrawler popped up and like most booking sites “pirated” my information and before I could blink they were booking me. This hotel should NEVER charge resort fees it. It is very far from being a resort

I can't get the phone number to the hotel. When I called you there v was so much back ground nouse it was terrible. Couldn't understand or hear the lady at the other end.too much noise

When I booked this I had no idea I was paying a booking fee. I could have gone to the hotels website & gotten the same discount without the $15 booking fee!

Be careful not to book with this website. It's fraudulent. This system allows you to choose the correct date during booking and once you hit confirm or book hotel it changes to a different date. Then it makes it look as though you "accidentally" booked and choose wrong date. When you fell to try to cancel they blame you and then pretend that they're contacting the actual hotel and make you think they're taking care of it and they never do. These people barely speak English and will never return your call. They're good for leaving you on hold while they pretend they're contacting the actual hotel to help you cancel or alter your reservation. Please report this website

I went to make a reservation at an Inn I've reserved many times before. I certainly don't need any help. I went to what LOOKED like their website, but it was a mimic. I booked a room, and suddenly I have a charge from "Nitecrawler," which I'd never heard of, for performing a "service" that I didn't want and didn't need. Then I had to cancel and rebook because I'm a platinum customer at the Inn, but couldn't get my discount if I didn't book directly. I answered Nitecrawler's survey before & told them what I thought of them & offered to talk to someone on the phone. No surprise... no call.
